I think the place was good. Service and rooms were standard. I did not have anuthing to complain about.

There is no noise insulation. Lived in the 302 room. It's the first floor. You can hear people being told at the front desk. You can hear the dishes ringing in the restaurant, the neighbors can be heard ( ( ( ( (. Rooms are small.
( ( (The worst thing about the hotel is the restaurant. Some kind of cake soaked with water, not even sweet water. And some kind of cream from the top. And that's all at 18. In general, if you want to eat, you will remain hungry. They'll save on everything. Even in the center of Rome on the site near the Vatican you can eat seafood decent piston for 10 degrees.

Small very well appointed rooms. Hurry up and get breakfast it goes fast.

The hotel is small, clean, pleasant, is in a sleeping area, 800m from the last metro station, generally convenient, breakfasts are scarce. They clean up every day.

Great hotel. I'd consider it more than a three-star. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, although the hotel was full, we enjoyed the utmost tranquility. Maximum sleep Comfort for the great quality of the mattresses. The kitchen is great too. Nice and helpful Chef. All really at the top! Will come back without any doubt!

After paying and booked a room arrival in the facility and the room is not there I am given an unacceptable room with disabled bathroom to not believe it (sorry for them as they treat them). I ask that I be changed room and with the request made of two single beds I give a double luckily I am with an honest friend.
Needless to put photos of large and comfortable rooms when you are given a small noisy dark room with bedside tables that to get into the bathroom risks a knee fracture a slim breakfast and staff completely inadequate. Surely the rooms of the photos are those from 200 euros so do not pass rooms from 80 euros nice and nice when they are tuguri. I will definitely not stay there again and will advise against anyone you ask.

The room was very clean. Very nice staff.

The images did not correspond to reality. The breakfast was very short due to its little variety and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The lighting in the rooms is not very good. And there were not enough plugs either.

Don't expect a decent hotel, much less. The maintenance service is very improved with blood-stained curtains from the entrance to the room. The extra beds have very fine mattresses where you nail the bed base. The hotel restaurant is very nice to find dirty jugs on the outside and dirty cutlery; The food very better too. Furthermore, the hotel is very far from the centre of Rome. I do not recommend this hotel at all, if you expect a hotel as one of Spain this is not the most suitable.

Very clean and cozy room, great service with very professional staff and attentive to every detail and request, we ate a amatriciana and for second Straccetti that were phenomenal with salad… To conclude an excellent House Tiramisu.
All accompanied by a very soft music (live) I recommend it absolutely.

Possibly the worse place I have stayed. Was here 5 days, asked 3 days to get our shower drain fixed, (wouldn't drain, flooded the bathroom) never happened. Blow dryer didn't work, never got fixed. I asked for a alarm clock, never got one. It is quite a hike to the bus station, and at least a 20 minute walk to any restaurant, (food here over priced and not too good). I am not usually a complainer however this place has too many problems to list them all.

Friendly staff and cleanliness make the hotel great for a pleasant stay. Good value for money Very convenient shuttle bus service to get to Metro stop which is easily accessible even on foot. Will be back very soon.

The hotel is in a good location, well served by the means. Small rooms (especially the bathroom, where in two people you can hardly stand) with superficial cleaning. I booked a service B&B where I found myself in front of a breakfast to say the least embarrassing! Plates and dishes of plastic (also the cups), little choice of dishes, brioches and cakes inedible. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel near Subway 15 min walk! Very nice staff especially the person who takes care of breakfast (Salim). Apart from its my room was small which is not too serious may the sockets do not work in my Room 2 out of 8 operated, the roller shutter does not descent at all (the staff did nothing for it) the restaurant of the hotel is closed, an infernal noise the night of the hotel bar which is always filled and we hear very strongly the couples around us. The more the noises of people talking in the hallway it's complicated to rest at night.

Nice cozy comfortable with parking convenience. Very clean and a breakfast with good products. The rooms are very bright but well heated. Modern but harmonious structure is very cured. Definitely recommended.

Awesome hotel. Staff are very cooperative. Breakfast has little less variety and must include some other continental food items. Over good experience.

If you are without a car: Be aware of shuttle schedule. And plan you day accordingly to shuttle schedule. Hotel is great. But without shuttle, too long to walk to/from.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and have to say that the overall experience was pleasing. Rooms: Very clean and very modern. Even though we were out most of the time it is still nice to come back to a clean room. In our experience this isn't always the norm, as our previous stays in Italy included filthy bathrooms. Location: A little bit further out of the city center but still close enough that it is easy to get to by bus or metro. The closest train station is Battistini, which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Hotel. A shuttle service is offered by the hotel to the nearest train station but this is usually quite unreliable. Even though there are fixed times for shuttle departures, it's more of a "we drive when we feel like it" kind of arrangement, i. E. The shuttle service decides when they drive, so the fixed times aren't respected. Staff/Service: Very friendly and very helpful. Upon our arrival we received a map with all the important sights and instructions on how to get there easiest. The guy working at the bar is great fun and is worth a visit for a quick drink if you want to be entertained at the hotel. Apart from the shuttle service we have no complaints here. Food: Wouldn't recommend eating here as food is not fresh. Instead there is a great restaurant near by called "I Fraschettari" where they serve the best spaghetti alla carbonara in Rome! :) Conclusion: Would visit again.

I found it difficult to contact the property by phone. I have retrieved a mail address via Facebook. This aspect is also to be improved. Excellent location at 8 minutes from Niccolò Cusano University.

Much better than I expected with a shuttle to the metro or 10 mins walk. Only 20 minutes to Rome centre on the train at a great price. Lucca at reception is very helpfull with information and hints for getting about.

Hotel located outside Rome, very clean, staff, serious and very nice, strong point, free parking and free shuttle thatyou deposit and recovered to the remote metro station of 15mn of the hotel.

Located in a very convenient location, with parking always available and 10 minutes walk from the Metro Battistini.
There is a free shuttle bus service that takes you to the metro station.
Large and bright rooms and very clean, with ample bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and in the lobby.

The Hotel is equipped with a restaurant and you can book for lunch and dinner. International breakfast plentiful.

Bad. I would not recommend this place, the cleanliness is very bad. We booked a room three single beds and we were given a room with a double bed and baby cot. Parking was indicated free and it wasn't. Not even room were missing blankets and toilet paper. The hair dryer was broken. Don't go there.

Not easy to find, in fact we got lost trying to find it after our train ride to the city. The hotel is a several blocks away from the subway station, so if you have mobility and joint issues, this is not a good fit.

Located in a not really happy location The hotel would also be nice but needs maintenance and would welcome a bar available to guests. The reception is sacrificed in an entrance that diminishes the structure that is assaulted by annoying mosquitoes. Good and varied breakfast.

I was here with my girlfriend for Easter and we were very well. Our room was not huge, but sufficient for a couple. The indoor parking is free but there are few places, maybe maximum 7/8. Possibly there is also a paid parking or you can safely put your car off on the road. In the evening it is practically empty. The breakfast is OK, sufficient, the rooms are clean.

Small and cramped room. Booked a triple we found a double bed dirty and full of hair and a sofa used for the third bed. The bathroom as well as unseemly for the filth two people didn't fit in. Immediately I pointed it all to the front desk asking for the room change, the prompt little friendly response: we do not have any other rooms available. I don't understand how the three stars are assigned. Free parking is a lot to find available. Bad experience. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is very good. There's a free shuttle to Metro-every day, including weekends. Good breakfast. Laundry changes every day. The staff are very helpful and helpful. All Dostoprimechvtelnostej are 15-20 minutes away.

Unpleasant staff. Air conditioning drip in the room, it got wet the suitcase with everything inside, the receptionist alerted by telephone said they did not want to be woken up at six in the morning. The rooms are small and narrow.

If all 3 stars were like that! The Hotel is very nice, rooms a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Wooden floors, LCD TV and bathroom clean and simple. It's a little bit on the outskirts but provides shuttle service for dinner (not the restaurant). Breakfast very good, staff very friendly. Unfortunately the free Wi-Fi was very slow and almost unusable. If you need a hotel in that area, this is for you, I had a great time there.

Clean, average food: no fresh and organic products, shuttle service is almost non-existent, since we waited three quarter of an hour, to no avail. Very noisy hotel.
In regard to the pool and fitness center: no information and no need for our stay.
The outdoor surroundings of the hotel are very very dirty: an effort could be made on this side (abandoned car, mattress on the street, overflowing bins. "Who seem to be here for years).
The hotel is far from the center of Rome: not recommended for a tourist stay (obligation to take public transport that are 15 minutes from the hotel).

Positive: very new and Nice, clean and quiet. Decent breakfast, location a little out of the way but with shuttle buses, courteous staff.
