Thanks to Domenico for opening the doors is a very nice and familiar atmosphere we help each other as much as you have the private room.
But if you arrive there is always someone to receive you either the host or another guest to share a coffee ☕ is in the area of the universities and near Termini and several trams at the door.

Difficult to locate but warm welcome and off road parking great as we discovered Rome on public transport. A full kitchen available.

The structure is lower than the expectations, the added value is given by Domenico, a very kind person and a convenient internal parking.

Nice, good location in the geographic. Simple, clean, and attentive.

The Room was very nice and comfortable.

B&B very convenient, in the central district near Termini station and close to the main points of interest as Colosseum. Also right In front of it is the tram stop, more convenient than that!
Domenico, the manager, a young boy with a great desire to do, is truly an exquisite person! Available to accommodate the needs of the guests, made us feel at home! Arrived by train to Termini station, we came to pick up to deliver led keys of the apartment house, despite having to go to work!
Also great advice on how to get around, what to visit and how to get organized for lunch and dinner.
The room is tidy, clean, comfortable, with several comforts, private bathroom, television and air conditioner.
Personally we had a great time, a comfortable, pleasant and cheap weekend! A good compromise! Very good value for money.

Host is really helpful, and has a very positive attitude.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 25 Rooms B n B. Domenico is extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and characteristic. Location was perfect in San Lorenzo, a tram stop right outside taking you to either the Vatican, Travestere or the Colosseum. Or you just take a short walk (20mins) to the Colosseum and Termini Station. Would recommend to all!

A very nice hostel on the inside, all the rooms seem to have a unique feel with their own personalisations making it very homely. The street it is located on is very dirty and loud at night however it didn't feel unsafe. The staff are very friendly and willing to help and there was a nice free breakfast too. The only issue I can think of was the fact you cannot flush any toilet paper, instead it must be put in a bin which is changed each day. Other than that the showers are good and same for all the other facilities.
