I celebrated my son's christening at the hotel and it was amazing, we were very happy, I recommend it!

A hotel in a great location just minutes from Fiumicino airport and Ostia. The staff were courteous. The spacious room though not very recent décor. The room was clean. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but access is paid for. 1 night in the double room without breakfast paid 64 euros.

A place stopped a few years ago equipped with all the necessary amenities pool including accessible to all… Staff available… A short walk from Rome Fiumicino airport… The shuttle to and from the airport must be paid for (as of 6:00 a. M. ) … of breakfast I can't tell you since it's included in. Price of the room but we could not use it because it was served from 7:00 on wards but we had the plane at 7:30

MOULD IN THE ROOM! My stay was mainly for personal business so my expectation was not high already. The hotel was fine but it looks nothing like advertised. We were shocked seeing mould in the room right by the door. It probably has been there for a while and surprisingly no one noticed it. We informed the reception and it was not until the 3rd time that we got someone came and fixed it. Breakfast was poor and aircon is off at night. I did not enjoy my stay here and not gonna come back.

Indecent. Much less than a three star. Even less than a single star that can be expressed here… Inadequate structure. Cleaning to a minimum. From the photos there seems to be a mega-galactic pool that is little more than a wetland without even the surrounding anti-slip safety zone. An absurd thing: the lack of a towel holder in the bathroom (I had to improvise mac-giver and use a clothes hanger to keep the towels in the bathroom). I'm not going back.

Decent rooms for one night, but not a day longer. Also it looks nothing like the photos. The mattress sinks in and the shower had a little mold in the corner. The room was really clean however.

My partner and I experienced the spa, we had booked to be alone and to do various massages.
The manager, Pamela, was just great. He treated us very well and made us relax just as we wanted. It has always met our demands making us this unique and magnificent experience.
We are really very satisfied! Definitely!

The interior of lobby was beautiful, very artsy and modern. The outside pool area very nice, at night had a lighted gazebo that was breath taking. The rooms were average. The service was horrible, except for gentleman who checked us in. After that they were so rude. Thank goodness we wetter there for only one day.

Modest. Pleasant reception, rooms all more or less identical between them with a style not overly modern, but the rooms are clean and effective. Great prices, with 20/30 € you can sleep one night. It is 25 minutes from Rome and 15 km from the sea of Ostia.
Watch the prices of the bar, let them specify first is better than having surprises on the bill.

When I go back to Rome I always come here. There is the restaurant, watch the prices.

Great location, quiet area. Poor cleaning especially bath, hair everywhere attached also to the lining of the bathroom. I bet the beds, they seem to be the camping roller shutters. Very nice and friendly Staff.

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of May 2018, attracted by an alleged low-priced mid-high level and the alleged proximity to the airport. The room level is very low, breakfast makes you regret the American motels 6. The front desk arranged the shuttle to the airport late and due to this I missed the plane. I'm still waiting for an apology that will hardly come, since the manager named Stefano is not able to see the damage that was done to me nor to question the work of his collaborators. A classic example of local malbusiness, from which I strongly recommend to stay away.

Nei dintorni non c'è molto da vedere a parte Ostia lido a pochi km dall'hotel, zona nel complesso tranquilla. Le camere non sono eccezionali meritano una rinfrescata per renderle miglioria nel complesso sono buone. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Sono stato davvero bene.

Very clean room. Personable helpful staff. Enjoyable breakfast with many choices. Wi-Fi not very good. Close to airport with shuttle for fifteen euro each way. Shuttle pick up from airport not that clear, yes, there is shuttle bus wait area but bus was over the road, did not drive by spot ask driver if going to hotel.

Shame. Shame. Shame. I've never eaten so bad. Never. In the hospital you eat much better. Raw Risotto, tasteless. There was no telling what C was all about, not even the waiter was able to tell me what was inside.
Be ashamed.

Fantastic hotel for a reasonable price. The room had enough space for three people and the hotel was simple to get to from the beach at Ostia and the FCO airport. Staff was very helpful with any questions we asked any the hotel and the area. Would definitely stay there next time I'm in the area.

Average hotel, inconvenient location for public transport and walking to the port impossible. The beach of ostie is not attractive.

A mess. Place, they charge you to the air, all the Wi-Fi says Q is free but only for social networks, to navigate you must pay.

The hotel is appreciated for the welcome, the services, the spaces and the comfort. But the cleanliness of the room should be more accurate. Also the rooms seem to be lacking in soundproofing. Some furnishings are old. In the positive there is a good restaurant, although it has high prices, a good breakfast, a large and comfortable parking, an impeccable welcome. In the surroundings there is practically nothing, to move you must always use some means of transport and move at least 5km from the hotel to find services and attractions.

We were in nine and found ourselves here by accident. Excellent structure, staff of an overwhelming and professional sympathy. The dishes proposed belong to the Roman tradition and we took all different dishes to taste everything and there was only one dish that was not exciting, in short, a place that I recommend especially to those who have family because the prices are accessible and the Cleanliness and quality of services are excellent. If I were to return to Rome, I would prefer to do a few more miles and stay here. Thanks on behalf of all of us to the staff who were cute and very helpful. Return.

Excellent hotel and very good value for money.

Two years later I can say they made a restailkng to the rooms. Everything is much more tidy. But the Wi-Fi does not work well!

Hotel hasn't changed much after five years, I found it improved in room furnishings, with a sense of space greater than the last experience. Bathrooms, acceptable, perhaps you would need to maintain the showers with greater care. Acceptable value for money even if it is a big facility, outside Rome and with high management costs. Good restaurant, right alternative of the dishes and desserts made on your own.

Smart reception area, nice breakfast with plenty of options and good parking. The room needed refurbishment. Stained curtains, floor not particularly clean, bathroom and shower were mouldy on places. Bathroom had obviously been painted in haste as there were paint splatters over all the fixtures. Some bathroom fixtures such as the shelf over the sink were loose.

Room was great, service was great, just need to follow up on their maintenance as the shower head sprayed all over the shop.

Bathrooms were large compared to other hotels. Great pool and lounge area with cabanas and a bar. Very friendly hotel staff!

You need a car to stay here. Really good value for the price. Not luxury but clean and comfortable enough for the great price. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had trouble finding our B&B that we booked, the owners had gone home and we could not get in, we saw this hotel very late at night and thank goodness they had a room, we will stay here again in the future. The ruins are a not to be missed place to see, not crowded, a good place to spend a few hours wandering and dreaming.

Rooms were nice and landscaping in back was very pretty, but the location is far from ideal. You cannot walk anywhere as there are no sidewalks around the hotel. Not near beach at all.

Nice and quiet, not noisy, fresh, easy reachable from train and bus stop, many bars, restaurants and other services.

Inexpensive rooms. Whole town smells of garbage and sewage when the wind blows a certain direction. Nice pool area. Wifi only free in the lobby. Decent customer service. Decent rooms. Perfect if you are on a budget and don't mind going to lobby for Internet. Bar and a restaurant (7pm) in lobby. 15 minutes from airport.

Very nice hotel with spa, great rooms. I used to work but I made lunch/cene with them. Colleagues have used the spa and they loved it. Great service. The breakfast lacks a bit not like variety but quality in my opinion. Recommended.

Our room smells like pee and the AC doesn't work at all. So we had no choice but sleep with Windows open and then get bug bites.

There are already. I'd like to ask a question at the hotel. For school trips, how many beds are?

Rooms were clean and the staff friendly.

Cheap hotel with great rooms, Wi-Fi and swimming pool. The Wi-Fi was at least so fast that you could browse something. The bus also not always stops to Ostia and Rome right in front of the hotel. Properly looked through we don't have at the crazy Italian bus traffic unfortunately…

Affordable price and good breakfast, also the location of the hotel is convenient … Perhaps there should be a greater cleaning bathrooms and more timely maintenance, but overall the experience was good.

All 6 or 7 points until you deliver the invoice. They charge amounts totally different from the booking, for VAT and demases. To top it off, they tell you that take you to the airport for 10 euros and the taxi driver ends you gaining 50.

It pretty much looks like the pictures/videos from the website. Happy with the room, happy with services. Its kind of far from the airport, it was a €70 taxi ride from the airport at night. There is a restaurant next door that can get loud at night. We are an only-english speaking couple that stayed for one night.
