Comfortable and family friendly hotel.

I have stayed 4 nights total here and was happy until I accidentally double booked and payed on Expedia, their policy is no refund whatsoever! They are very obstinate to returning payment for a mistake I tried to correct within 5 minutes. The front desk will and will not do anything for you. I will take this up with fraud they got over $320 euros for one of their rooms that night. Very disappointed in them. Especially since with hotel and dinners and breakfast and parking the total spent was over 800euros.

Very clean hotel with a shuttle bus to and from the airport terminal. Food is pretty good in their restaurant, too, so you can have dinner here.

We only stayed for one night but the place was very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious with seating area, a larger size tub and heated towel rack. Free shuttle to airport ran every 15 min starting at 5am. We needed to be there sooner and the staff was very accommodating. They scheduled a shuttle for an earlier time for us. If ever in Rome and need to be close to the airport I would stay here again.

It's not quite as close to the airport as you might expect. The serving staff in the bar and in the eating area we're not very efficient. The evening before we went to the bar and had to wait quite a long time just to have our order taken. In the morning when we came down for breakfast we had to wait about 5 minutes just to be acknowledged that we were there to be shown a seat. In addition, when we arrived to check in it seems like it took forever to get our key card and assigned a room. Their automatic door for entering into the main lobby was not working and people had a really difficult time getting in with all their bags — the obvious solution would have been to have a staff member open one of the side doors so that we could all just get into the lobby. Overall it didn't seem like they had a real concern for customer satisfaction.

They have coffee, tea, and a water boiler in the room but they doesn't have free bottled water. 500ml water will cost you 2euros.

Pretty basic place isolated so you have to eat there. Breakfast buffet was really pretty good. FYI pre pay for the breakfast buffet at check in orbit is 5 euros more in the morning.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was unplanned and unexpected. I had to stay 2 extra days in Italy due to illness. All of the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful from the time I checked in to the time I departed. I had a smooth check in with Francesco. Matteo, Francesca and Giulieta helped me scan important insurance documents. Sara’s kindness and warm smile made my stay more pleasant as well. I requested extra towels at the desk, and by the time I got to my room, a very friendly housekeeper was there to deliver them. Thank you to all of the staff for helping make my stay pleasant. :)

Me and my family we stayed in the hotel for a day as we had a 10hr layover. Staff were compassionate to give us one bedroom for the whole family. Very friendly staff, clean, family oriented and superb service. Food there is great and lots of variety to choose. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay whether it be layover or tourism purpose.

This hotel is a great buy, not only prices are accessible but the Hotel is pristine, super clean, it looks like you were the first person to stay there. Food: hey have a good dinner buffet, with a great mix of Italian and international dishes for €22 including bottle water, that since to be a big deal here in Italy. Didn't try breakfast so couldn't tell. Staff: is attentive and nice. Almost everyone speaks English, if that important for you. Location: on one side this is the perfect location for Time International Airport, just minutes away with a free shuttle that passes every 15 minutes. There is no need to stay in walking distance overpriced options like the Hilton Airport. On the other side there is nothing interesting there, so only to stay because you need to be close to the airport for either early departure or late arrival. Overall a great option, I stayed with my whole family and was a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get here following the shuttle instructions online from the airport. The family suite is spacious and has 1.5 baths. They have a baby cot available on request as well, with sheets and all. There's a small laundry room upstairs too. The restaurant is great as well, with menu or buffet options available for every meal. Dinner was fantastic, with a large spread of Italian dishes, from salads to pasta to pizza. Breakfast had waffles, eggs, fruits, and the like. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

This was the best value in Rome!
Room was great with a minor exceptions; shower door design made the floor leak.
Also and this goes for any where you go in the EU is bring a AC Outlet Adapter.
We were there at 10am and waited till 12:45 for our room but that was because we got there early which in my opinion was great.
We had lunch in their restaurant and it was the best €15 spent for lunch on the whole trip. The Buffet had a variety of Italian food and service was great.
Our complimentary full breakfast was also great with a lot of variety. Fresh eggs, omelettes, etc.
Shuttle bus to airport ran every 15 min and at no charge.

Excellent hotel. Everything was easy, and transition from the hotel to the airport was fast and painless. They have a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to the airport, making the process of getting to/from the airport very easy. I reserved a room with two twin beds on the Hilton app (it was the only room available) however, they were able to move me into a room with a king-sized bed without any issues when I arrived. It's away from a lot of restaurants and other places in Rome, and it would not be possible to walk to another place, but the hotel restaurant was actually quite delicious for a hotel restaurant, albeit a little pricey. Their breakfast buffet is robust as well, offering both American, English, and European style foods. I want to try staying at the other Hilton hotel (the one right next to the airport) next time to compare the two. So far, I would say that I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

The room was ok. The dinner buffet was also acceptable. What’s NOT acceptable is the time it took us to check in. Family room for party of 4 and the clerk said at first that the charge is €570. Whoa! That’s a lot! Turned out he was charging me for a party of 12 with 3 rooms in all. Finally, after talking to reservations, he supposedly fixed my reservation, and told me the correct charge for one room is €189. Then, our keys won’t work; we have 4. So back to the counter we went! Next day, at checkout, my room charge was €289 and nobody knows what happened to the error corrections that supposedly were done during checkin. They said they need to contact reservation agent again but I had no time to wait until they open at 9 AM. I left with a bill of €100 more than I expected and I hope to get it fixed when I return home from this overnight stay. I am a Hilton Honors member and one would think nothing like this should happen to me!

First, don't do as I do. This is Hilton Garden Hill category and no real Hilton which implies 2 things: 1) It's not exactly inside the airport (so don't follow the signs to Hilton that you find around). You have to get out of the terminal and take the bus "Staff Express" which will take you in a few minutes to the hotel. 2) The quality is not that of the classic Hilton (but not even the price fortunately) but it is a good place to stop for those who should have flights early in the morning or just do not want to risk flight cancellations and want to leave with a Day in advance and stay very close to the airport.
Comfortable rooms with very comfortable bed. Breakfast more than complete and varied. Competitive price. Recommended. (But, again, it's not the Hilton you'd expect)

The room was nice, clean, and just what we needed before flying back home. The shuttle made it easy to get to and from the airport. The food at the restaurant was pricey and just okay, otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating.

It's a good compromise. Clean discreet good facilities, a bit awkward from the terminal but close to the "Taxi Driver's Bar" (discreetly famous) where you eat local specialities made as you have to reasonably priced. The rooms are not huge but well made, clean, bright, comfortable. Breakfast not bad and services great. Friendly staff. Mean. Hard to find reasons to complain.

Hotel Hilton is not far from Rome Fiumicino airport. The hotel offers quality and Hilton prices and can be reached by free airport shuttle.

Nice and practible hotel next to the intercontinental airport of Fiumicino (Rome). Good breakfast, nice and cleaned room. A little bit far from Rome down town even if there are shuttle bus for the Immortal City.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and it is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast is wonderful with a nice variety of fresh fruits, fruit juices, hot foods, and grab-and-go items. The staff are attentive and responsive. Dinner options are well presented in the dining room; room service is available. The free shuttle is also clean, timely, and very convenient.

Stayed for one night cause ' flight changed '. My assessment can only be partial, not being a "paying" guest, the service was reduced. The room is definitely the mirror of the name, clean and tidy. In the bathroom there are no night kits with toothbrushes and slippers. They are found paying in the shop near the reception.

Quite cheap, on the same standard as the Ibis hotels.
It has a restaurant inside, not exactly cheap, but not even very expensive and the quality is more than acceptable.

After losing the link with our next flight we were transferred to this hotel on account of Alitalia. The attention of the receptionists is excellent, but as dinner we were given only one sachet with two mini tuppers of salad (one of them exclusively lettuce! ), a bollito of bread and a piece of fruit… And in the room there is not even toothbrush… that if you can buy it if you want… Actually, I was expecting something else…

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The attendant on duty (morning of February 18) was very gentle and honored with a good attention the difficulties arising from the cancellation and rescheduling of our flight. The cleaning service and the restaurant were at a great height.

Is a very basic Hotel. I had requested king bed I ended up with two single beds not very comfortable. No electrical outlets in the bathroom. But it did have free shuttle to and from the airport which was quite nice. The Personnel was very nice and helpful. On a layover like I had I would stay there again just knowing it is very basic. Also has a nice buffet breakfast.

Very nice service, well prepared and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the food delicious! A great place where to stop while travelling, just a few minutes away from Fiumicino Airport in Rome! Plus there's a free shuttle service starting at 5 am in the morning and connecting the hotel with the airport! Could not ask for more!

Hilton was once synonymous with elegance and luxury. You would not have but found the bathroom flooded after having taken a short shower. However it is always a high standard hotel, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

A quick drive from the airport. One should take a staff bus (the shuttle) from the departure level to get to this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. Accessibility to the airport is the biggest advantage of this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly. The bus ride is a bit away from the airport and the only food avaiable without driving is the hotel restaurant which was a bit of a bummer. The beds were comfy. The gym was average. I would recommend this hotel to someone. Convenient for one overnight before out flight.

Great hotel, if your flight leaves early or you only spend one night for another flight, this is your hotel, the room, the bed comfortable and the restaurant also very good, has free transport to the airport.

Nothing to say it's perfect, high end hotel.

Memory foam beds that are pushed together and if you are with your wife, forget cuddling because there is a huge lump in the middle that will give you the worst body aches… I've never had such a terrible back ache. The bathroom was fine, but the half glass shower wall left the floor soaking wet. Parking is 20€ a day… Even for diamond members… Which is insane in my opinion. Breakfast was good with wide selection of choices. I gave it one star due to charging 20€ for parking and the awful memory foam bed. … That is down right criminal.

Clean and satisfactory. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely good for overnight stay to catch a flight on the next day. Pizza and pasta are ok and not expensive. Wifi is good. The free shuttle can be found on departure level, marked by a display post with digital display showing arrival time of next shuttle. Signage shows Blue Line Staff Express which goes to Hilton Garden Inn, as the last stop though the sign shows it as the beginning point and it does not indicate a loop. Photo of sign is attached.

Restaurant was terrible, tried the pizza and it was horrendous. It was basically tomato paste on toasted flatbread. The minestrone soup was potato soup and the chicken was over cooked and dry. However we did complain about a extremely soft and uncomfortable bed and they did change the room for us late at night, definitely nice of them and saved a dreadful review to being instead being a mediocre one. As others have stated this is a good transit hotel if you don’t have the time to head all the way into the city and just need a place to stay for an early flight. Don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

It's okay if you just want to stay for a night but stay away from the food. It was one of the worst dinner/barbecue I ever had! It was disgusting and very expensive! The reception was very profissional but the restaurant/kitchen was poorly managed! A big improvement on that will give more stars ;)

Positive: Free Shuttle fromT3, very helpful staff, breakfast superb, perfect for late night arrivals, very nice bathroom. Negative: Sorry to mark them down an entire point but our 6th floor hall carpet stinks … hard to roll suitcase — we suggest you get rid of it!

Our original reservation at a hotel near the beach in Rome fell through. It was a dump. I immediately got on that site and made a reservation through Priceline. It had been a long day. I did a happy dance when we got to the room. Excellent!

Just junk from start to finish. Would never stay here again. Check took 20 minutes, I was only one there. Key for room didn't work. Restaurant was waste of money. Needed a converter for US plug, don't have them. Just one thing after another. Poor staff attitudes. The Hilton here is a dream and this place a nightmare.

The hotel is about 10 minutes away by shuttle from the airport (free of charge). The staff is very helpful especially one of the girls, kind and super prepared. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The only negative is the poor quality breakfast and the absurd price is 18 euros, if not included in the overnight.

Absolutely horrendous. The food is disgusting, the pillows are essentially a bag of cotton balls encased in fabric, Wi-Fi likely will not work, they don't use a flat sheet between the fitted sheet and the shower has cold hair blow in you because of its half door. The line at the front desk is always 10+ people long.

Not quite right is how I would describe this place. I had trouble getting help with basic things like setting up the Wi-Fi or directions on the shuttle. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but were busy. Same with the wait staff. I went there to have a restful transit between flights, I did not. For the price I expected more. At least the rooms were clean and nice.

Flat out horrible. The location is in the middle of nowhere. The Internet barley works as the VPN settings they use are completely configured improperly The members of the staff were very rude to an elderly British couple in front of me and joked in Italian about them after they left. It's clear the only reason such an awful establishment has any guests are the unfortunate souls forced to stay there after some airline books them room after bumping them off a flight.

The structure is apparently well taken care of and clean rooms. Bathroom clean and functional, but then you find out that the beds are smashed, is what happened to me that others came to colleagues. Too bad. Deserved more.

Excellent short stay. My luggage was left behind during my transit stay. So I was looking forward for the things which we normally don't need. Especially electric convertor plugs for guests should be available to borrow for use, to charge mobile and laptop. A bit less menu for vegetarian in restaurant.

So imagine hotel, only to spend the night.

The most wonderful staff on earth. Our recent holiday came to a painful end when my wife fell in the colosseum in Rome. She broke her leg, her arm and her wrist all right sided. Movement was severely restricted. We moved into the Hilton Garden inn as it was near the airport, had disabled facilities, a wheel chair and an in-house restaurant. The insurance company had delays in getting us nursing assistance to return us to Australia. By the end of our extended stay here we felt like royalty, like family. Staff whether cleaning staff, desk staff, bar staff or restaurant staff or doormen could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The shuttle to the airport handled the wheelchair and what had been a disaster for us was eased and made bearable. All of the staff and management have my ongoing gratitude for service of unequalled quality.

I was recently a guest at your Hilton Garden Hotel in Rome and was not satisfied with my stay. I made a reservation that consisted of breakfast for two and when I went to breakfast one morning I was stopped and told that I have to pay an extra 20 Euros. I told the attendant at the front that my reservation included breakfast for two yet I still had to pay for my wife's breakfast. Also, as I was leaving I asked to have my bill printed out and the attendant at the front desk spoke to me in a very rude manner. The attendant took a very long time to assist me and in the end informed me that the printer was out of service. I felt as though your staff was very disorganized and did not do a very good job in providing any type of hospitality. I spoke to other guests of the hotel who told me that they too experienced many problems with your staff and were highly dissatisfied with their stay. My stay at your Hilton Garden was my first and last time.

The Garden Inn was clean and the staff was friendly, pleasant and professional with lots of smiles! The front desk staff was helpful in giving us directions on how to get around when in the city of Rome. The breakfast was fresh daily and there was a good variety. The dinner was good in a quiet dining room with an attentive bartender and waiter. The free Wi-Fi and easy access to the office room in order to print our flight itinerary was great. The store was convenient and the work out room had a variety of machines. Just need a pool. The distance from Rome was a bit more than expected, but it was because of this we had to learn how to maneuver around Rome by various methods of public transportation and this only enhanced our first trip to Rome. Very convenient from airport. Room is roomy and clean. Hotel staff are friendly. Dinner at the restaurant is nice albeit a little costly. Will come again.
