Not very courteous and professional. The 2 daily entrances, which they gave me before Covid, I could not use them. I had called and no one had told me by phone about the extension to be made on the site.

I have been going to this Spa for years and I am pleased to see the way they reinvent spaces or add others to offer more paths and relaxation areas. I found a variety of fresh produce offered at the lunch buffet, very welcome. As for the aperitif, the box offered seems uninviting to me. The room where it is served is cozy and pleasant. The staff as usual attentive and courteous. The welcome kit was incomplete, the scrub was missing. I remember that before Shower products were better than what they offer now. Very bad review for the slippers, they are very uncomfortable and hurt a lot, in fact I had to take them off at the end of the day. Thank you! I will always recommend with pleasure.

The only truly exceptional thing was the masseuse PAMELA and UGENIO!

Total disappointment. Saunas and turkish baths not usable. Only the hot tubs were usable. The price of 48 € per person is definitely not worth the service offered. I will never come back.

Exceptional structure, organization, and hospitality impeccable. In addition to the SPA for a full day, I booked the lunch price is very reasonable. I do not agree with some of the criticism, I would say that the only problem some guests, especially couples, who, ignoring the purposes and rules of a spa, the affect with their behavior, what might otherwise be a perfect experience.

Wonderful structure of sin to discover that over time has deteriorated. Poor the cleaning of the inside for the number of people housed. Bad, and embarrassing, the behavior of the people, without adequate control of personnel and without restraint have virtually traded and used in saunas, hammam and jacuzzis as if they were motels, or curves from the stadium.

Amazing Couples massage, relaxing environment and wonderful lunch. Much needed Rest & Relaxation post cruise, prior to our flight home.

Spectacular property, very quiet and clean. Only flaw is the aperitif served in a gazebo closed the dark, on a single table, without plates or cutlery at the buffet. I was there for my birthday and I couldn't believe that I had to do almost punches x take 3 muffins and 3 slices of salami… very little fine and elegant as what. I also found very annoying the couples present, almost all in the attitudes explicit, invading the swimming pools and hot tubs, so much so that it was like being in a brothel. I found the whole thing very embarrassed, to be honest I think that should be a minimum to keep a watch on these behaviors, I believe that those who want to do certain things, may well rent a hotel room. I propose to set days available only the x of us single, so you can take advantage of the structure without running the risk of being in a bathtub with people who try to procreate. I found this thing really is very annoying and out of place.

It's three consecutive years that I go and always all perfect the only flaw this year for the aperitif have taken away the dishes and I did not like the I found it very chaotic and unrefined compared to the place you can not even see what is in the buffet and especially to eat v I know that the food you have to put in a glass or hold it in your hand another thing the pierced bathrobes must be thrown away I saw several around today and it's not nice other difference the other years spent handing out sun creams and face masks during the day ata this year no and the bath products I found several much less good and fragrant to my taste for the rest all spectacular cleaning staff and top kitchen.

I can guarantee a lovely place, great service, an experience to repeat!

Beautiful place. Very clean & staff is very friendly. Buy the 22 euro lunch, great deal! Skip the 6:30 happy hour, not organized and it was like a herd of people grabbing for free food and drink! Not worth the frustration, especially after a beautiful, relaxing day in the pools!

Amazing Spa. We went for the twilight/evening from 7.30pm… food/ buffet was lovely and there was an included bar too. The facilities were lovely. Very relaxing, amazing pools, saunas, steam rooms, plunge pool and everything in between! Would definitely return!

Lovely place, very clean, cared for, very nice staff. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying a day of pampering! I wanted to give the maximum of the stars, 5. But unfortunately at the exit, there was an unpleasant episode. At the receptionist, we asked for a taxi to arrive. 5 minutes the car came out of the spas, but to our surprise we saw that it was a
Car without the inscription taxi, we asked for clarification and the driver told us that it was a rental car, where you paid a fixed fare regardless of the destination. We astonished, we explain that the journey is only a 3 kilometers, and paying 20 euros seems excessive. The driver justifies himself by saying that's the price. When we point out that we took a cab on the way out. He says that so much taxis will never pick us up because we are in Fiumicino … (stupidity) anyway in the end we called a taxi, and they took us to our destination paying only 13 euros, nothing but 20 euros fixed!
The question arises. Why did the guy at the front desk contact a rental service by dealing it with it x taxi? maybe there's something underneath?
Is it correct to charge such a high rate x a few miles? and then serious thing, to say untrue things. Doesn't the taxi service in Fiumicino exist? wanted to steal 20 pounds of it, that's the summary! but then one already pays the entrance 53 euros …

The outdoors and the room were lovely. Great place to relax.
I was disappointed with the food.
They have hapyhour from 6:30 which is poorly designed since all the guests are starving by then…
We went for dinner at their restaurant and the food wasn’t so good and the price is very high.
Another thing that bothered me was that the shower towel and the sleeping sheets had a hole.
A spa should have the best towels!

So accommodating when our flight was late and lunch was fabulous. Such a interesting and relaxing atmosphere. Drinks were included and snacks also later. Spas were top shelve, I recommended not to miss while in Roma!

Struttura ben tenuta ed organizzata, personale competente e professionale, servizi curati secondo quanto prospettato. Un po' da migliorare la capacità di accoglienza del parcheggio e da limitare il numero di ospiti per evento. Bene il buffet, ma aggiungere qualche bevanda analcolica in più.

Not 5 stars. При заселении ожидание комнаты почти час из-за неподготовленности персонала. Персонал неприветлив. В комнате старая мебель уровня 3 звезд. В ванной неприятный запах видимо из канализации. В ресторане скудное меню. Спа комплекс в целом неплох, но самая жаркая баня до 70 градусов. На день приехать отдохнуть можно, не останавливаясь в отеле.

Posto bellissimo e pulitissimo, belle le piscine con idromassaggio e ben fatti I vari bagni turchi e saune. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buono ed economico il ristorante a buffet con 22 euro mangi quando vuoi compreso vine e caffè Coca-Cola esclusa. L'unica pecca le acque non sembrano proprio termali, solfuree per intenderci ma normale acqua di piscina.

Food was mediocre. My wife and I both got bug bites on our lower legs from this place. Staff was snotty. Had issues with getting pushed into a lower size room than we had booked. They should think about putting shower curtains in the bathrooms too. Would not go back nor can I recommend to anyone.

Siamo stati in questa fantastica struttura che già conoscevamo per godere di una giornata in questo centro termale incantevole. A pochi passi da Roma, completamente immerso nel verde un susseguirsi di fantastiche piscine termali a 36 37 gradi, bagni turchi, idromassaggi tende immerse nei boschi per l'aromaterapia, saune finlandesi, uno spettacolo da fare almeno una volta l'anno. Basta portarsi un costume, tutto il resto viene fornito dalla struttura dalle ciabatte agli shampo. Vivamente consigliato per staccare la spina.

Third time at QC TERME ROMA, and once again I remain partially satisfied.
Firstly: the price decidedly not up to the offer of the services, because for 45 euros, I expect to find at least one herbal tea in the thermos available to the customers, and not "a smooth and also hot water, considering that now every spa, Even the lowest, offers a herbal tea to its customers.
Secondly, the ceilings of some rooms, in particular the one of the Turkish bath, should certainly be restored as it is neither beautiful nor healthier, to see and breathe the stains of mold that "greet you" while you relax…
Thirdly: the cushions of some sun loungers in the vicinity of the area where Apericena is needed should be replaced, are old, stained and smelly.
Fourth: A little more courtesy at the reception, it would not spoil…

The place itself is beautiful, the gardens manicured and the spa path is gorgeous, but I wasn't expecting some style falls. Firstly one of the outdoor pools, the one with the underwater music, was not working. Then in the men's baths it is not possible to close because the keys were missing. Lunch is good but it costs a bit of a break and finally the evening aperitif is really ridiculous, just a little wine, fruit and cold pizzettes. Quite irritating to a place that costs me 50 euros just to get in… Too bad because the property is magnificent.

Alas, when he opened this wonderful place a few years ago, I was terrified that they would ruin it in time, and so it was. The place is wonderful, a real oase, since the first opening I have returned many times and unfortunately every time the services are less and less. Facilities (e. G. Turkish bath) begin to lack maintenance (moldy ceilings) and there is no more, unlike a few years ago, a number of people who can enter. They welcome people until they burst, this does not make you enjoy the stay in the center since all the stations are practically always occupied, unlike before it is very rare to see passing the people who work there, they no longer pass to give you the cream or masks, there is no one to check whether silence is respected or at least a proper tone of voice, bathrobes that disappear continuously … for charity 2euros for a bathrobe I can also spend them (to have another one) but not if they stole it from me after 15 minutes That I entered!
I mean. I would be willing to pay even more but have the old services and the old care for the customer who was there just opened!

The structure is well organized and maintained with care, many and varied environments and treatments both inside and outside in a beautiful juardino.
The staff is very helpful and courteous, excellent The apericena that is offered in a large space enjoyable even in the winter in the garden.
In short the cost is not exactly economical but every now and then is a pleasure to go!

Wonderful place. As a Roman citizen it seems to take a day trip to a completely different place. Beautiful outdoor bathtubs with plenty of beds and places to rest. I recommend anyone to go at least once… It was for me to take the season ticket. The only flaw are the changing rooms too small is too hot… After the shower and the phone begin to sweat… The good thing is that you can go without anything because they provide all of them from the bathrobe to the slippers to the soaps to wash even there are the body creams for the face and the hair gel…

Would have been a great place but is not really renewed and the pools and saunas are nothing special. For such a price I would expect much more care from the administration. Good massage. Crowded, noisy, kinda fun place for sure not for relaxing.

Just great place. I liked any corner of the wellness route, the courtesy and availability of the staff are excellent. We used the formula with appetizer and it was very provided as well as very good. Despite being February it was not too annoying the cold in the outside areas. The only problem were the wet bathrobes that were freezing. To go back, and surely we will!

A disappointing change.
Certainly there is always a magical place and prefect for a chance to relax. But for us who have been so many times with the afternoon formula with aperitif, attracted above all by the magical atmosphere that was created in winter right at the time of the aperitif (served once in a gazebo all glazed from which we saw suggestive scenarios of Warm fumes from the surrounding pools lit up in the night), having moved the buffet service in a shed away from the outdoor pools and especially so far away from the thermal one hundred (since you are accessed only in bathrobe, then wet, and you have to Long Walk to the frost of winter evenings) was a big mistake.
For the rest the food remains good, although a bit repetitive.
On the thermal path nothing to plead, as always.

Very nice Spa Park and full of activities. Extremely pleasant was the stay in the structure very carefully and attentive to the clientele. Very clean and pleasant Spa that welcomes guests in complete relax from start to finish. Also excellent in the dressing room the presence of shampoo and bubble bath, a sign that everything is cured. It takes every now and then. Nice place with various types of relaxation. In the room check that the snacks are sealed and do not assign rooms with bathroom without heating. I thought it was a breakdown but the front desk confirms that some are as well as the N 114. To know it first as before you know the price. Good to eat. Aperitif not very assorted but of quality. Too much pizza and pizzas to my taste. I will definitely continue to go back but I'll make sure of the room requirements.

I thought better, very busy with little care for special needs, example not good organization for celiac guests, the place beautiful and well furnished, but dispersive with the discomfort of having to pass out for a long way with wet bathrobe to get to the aperitif zone.
The spa part very cured, and also clean, even the relaxation area really nice. A criticism for food, lunch nothing that, quite varied but not the quality that you would expect from the level of the place, the appetizer inconsistent and I have not appreciated for anything the wines, but that can be subjective.

We stayed with my wife in the bridge between New Year's Eve and the Epiphany. Many people but there is room for everyone. We had a very good buffet lunch… The only sore note that has rounded off the day more than perfect the rush to the evening aperitif. It was the first time we had stayed up in the dark and it was beautiful… The place is lovely.

It was a very nice Location. The paths are pleasant, spacious well kept. The lunch, for those who want, to pay was pleasant, good table wine, cheeses and dishes davverl good for the amount spent. Restaurant staff mediocre friendly but still not annoying.
Aperitif not of quality as lunch but I can well understand it because people who come to eat for free often do not regulate.
Only downside I really didn't go down… Is that being the first time I come I did not know that the towel had to be changed by 15 (another guy at the front desk said even before lunch, so one thing still unclear) and on top of that no one told me that there was this detail… XK's important detail when you're there from 10 till winter evening can annoy you have a wet and cold bathrobe. After exposing the problem to the front desk the operator told me… Eh sorry but had to bring it first… Trying to explain the situation I hear myself say… I'm sorry, but I don't know how to help.
I go to get my card and I head to another operator who was at that time free and when buying the service (€1 towel and 2 bathrobe) I explain that if I had known before I would have spent time to change everything, and that for a couple of EUR Or I certainly don't lose my dignity… That unfortunately in my opinion after spending a sum that includes double entry, double lunch and other services for a couple of euros unfortunately, the dignity has lost who directs QC Terme.

We had a good. It's been a great day. There were not too many people so we really relaxed. So many outdoor bathtubs, professional staff, too bad for the few saunas but it was very nice too. Good and kind masseurs. Good the buffet and also good the free aperitif in the evening. Honestly I would gladly go back. A nice experience for us.

Acceptable experience but with negative notes. The baths are located on the floor less one of an ancient Roman house and extend over a large outdoor area in the adjoining garden. Quiet and relaxing environment, however, lack of adequate relaxation areas, the rooms are not heated and therefore creates a crowd of people behind the only fireplace in operation. Same situation in the covered spaces close to the outdoor tanks.

A really good place, affordable price, you do not have to bring anything from home because the property offers you everything you need (bathrobe, Adciugamami, slippers, you shampoo, conditioner, creams. Except the change of clothes etc). You eat well at the buffet, for all tastes, variety of pizzette, appetizers, vegetables and fruit. The tubs are many and varied also out, very nice even visually. There is also a sauna and a Turkish bath. Both inside and outside there are rooms for relaxation, with lots of hot tea and soothing music. The 50 euros is worth all of them. We were in December and I can only make one note, maybe to eat at the buffet, you could dress better, that in the bathrobe is cold despite the heating.

I was there time ago in the winter entering the 17. Crowded! Far from Rome and not too comfortable. Beautiful the indoor tanks but the external ones that are not cold. The Apericena was offered in a very nice room pity that cold if not close to a stove and two mushrooms. I would have preferred hotter at least while eating!

Fantastic and relaxing experience upon arriving in Rome. An excellent way to decompress after a long flight, here you can walk around I your bathrobe and hop from hot tub, to sauna, to hot tub, not to be missed!

Beautiful place. The tubs are many and are located both outside and inside but there are few saunas. The location Very pleasant aperitif in the middle of the meadow. Very friendly staff and very nice rooms. There is also shuttle service to airport transfers.
Definitely great place.

Very nice place but absolutely not suited for cold weather. Walking outside in bathrobe is mandatory to reach the rooms, many of the pools. Also the breakfast products were not very good. They forgot to heat the eggs. Only cold dishes for 18€ lunch. The room was not so well isolated against noise. Positive: the shuttle from the airport was very comfortable.

Beautiful environment. Unfortunately it deserves a star for the attention to the customer. I went on a holiday. A confusion and a mass of people is indescribable. Unable to relax. For what you pay there should be attention to the quality of the stay totally different. An entrance for 2 persons (with massage of 25 min. Paid 170 euros). I asked him to anticipate the massage to go away before, but it was denied even this. So I went away without even avail of the massage (also denied a change is made to another date or another equivalent product) because the environment was nothing short of suffocating. Again, for the price paid they should put a limit to the revenue; they would have a gain even with only half of the inputs. Bad management in my opinion. Pity, because the location is spectacular.

Cannot give 5 stars because the relaxed atmosphere was ruin all day long by the gardeners working with very noisy tools. I couldn't fully enjoy my private massage as I couldn't even listen to the relaxing music playing in the room. I would expect a little bit more attention to the customer and organisation from such a nice Spa (probably noisy maintenance would be best done in the evening). Anyway, the place is amazing with many baths, swimming pools, fountains and gardens with beds and armchairs. An oasi 2 steps away from Rome. Really worth it!

Cannot fault this place! Absolutely amazing! If you had a long trip in Italy and are looking to relax this is the place to be! 2 major hydro pools plus about 4-5 small ones, 3-4 saunas 3-4 steam rooms, Turkish baths roman saunas! The ultimate relaxation! It's a spa hotel on steroids! Honestly we booked only one day and we regretted not staying more! I'm thinking that 3 days would be perfect! The grounds are so serene and everyone whispers and walks around in robes! Perfect! Restaurant was very nice and the food was superb! The breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs, bacon and make your own fresh juice with a selection of fruits! Also free shuttle ride to airport that comes every one hour.

Cool and well managed place, enjoy the baths and relaxes as an ancient Roman. Nice location and a lot of activities to perform. High prices but in line with quality.

Nice experience, but I suggest not to going there during August because is overcrowded. Nice food, very simple, not a lot of choice, good if you are on diet or try to save some calories. 1 star for the towels and flip flops service, that was horrible, they gave me everything so dirty. The towel and Robe was with black big spots on it and the slippers full of blonde hairs (I'm brunette). I suggest to go there if you want to try a nice experience but not if you are maniac for hygiene because even the pools after carry all that people was dirty and smelly and the white pillows Above the loungers have not been cleaned since they opened and they have taken a brown color.

Luogo ameno poco distante dal Grande Raccordo Anulare (quindi facilissimo da raggiungere). Le Terme si sviluppano in un area interna con vasche con idromassaggio, percorsi, saune, bagni turchi e aree relax ed un'ampia area esterna sia con vasche sia aree verdi. Il personale è molto disponibile e professionale. Ottimo e abbondante l'aperitivo incluso nell'ingresso. Spogliatoio grande e ben fornito (all'ingresso vi verranno date ciabatte ed asciugamani anche per le terme e negli spogliatoi si ha a disposizione un armadietto con cassetta di sicurezza e saponi e creme di vario genere della QC Terme, disponibili in dispenser comuni). Ora alcune note negative: sono una persona molto ligia alle regole ma vedo che per tutti non è così. Nonostante indicazioni specifiche presenti all'esterno delle saune/bagni turchi (entrare senza ciabatte o con asciugamano, etc) spesso e volentieri non vengono seguite e ciò lede anche in parte, a mio parere, la qualità del prodotto finale (se io entro scalza in una sauna dove tutti, contrariamente alle regole, entrano con le ciabatte, entro scalza in un ambiente comunque meno pulito di quanto dovrebbe). A tal proposito, mi aspetterei forse più controllo dal personale QC Terme. Altra piccola critica è il malfunzionamento di alcune vasche. È la seconda volta che nel mio percorso nell'area benessere trovo una delle vasche non funzionanti (in ogni occasione una vasca differente).

Struttura perfetta. Pulita e completa. Saune a temperature differenti. Bagno turco un po da migliorare. Nel complesso è una delle strutture più belle e complete in cui io sia mai stata. Consigliatissimo per relax e benessere. Massaggi eseguiti molto bene. Le ciabatte in dotazione non rispettano la qualità della struttura e risultano poco confortevoli. Ritornerò appena possibile.

We visited the spa here just for the day (not as overnight hotel guests). It cost €45 each and was worth every penny. Lots of fantastic facilities indoors and outdoors and includes towel, robes, flip flops etc. We also paid €18 each for the buffet lunch and got our money's worth in wine alone! A huge range of food options both savoury and sweet. Great day all round and thoroughly recommend it.

Great SPA with a lot of different pools and saunas. A little bit too crowded in the late morning but still completely relaxing.

Beautiful indoor & outdoor SPA center. The huge park full of pools with hydromassage and relaxing areas make you forget the high price and the fact that it is not thermal water (but just hot natural water). They provide everything you need: towel, slippers, bathrobe, shampoo, etc. The food is very good either.

Building surrounded by greenery and an important site historically. Spa circuit fantastico as well as special events. Park and swimming pools. Maybe the pools are a little repetitive as "treatment". Outstanding lunch buffet; good snack. Aperitif in the media, I would have expected more. Clean spaces. Price still high.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, far from noise and from the frenetic pace of the city. There is an inner and an outer path. Lounge areas where you can enjoy a relaxing herbal tea. Lunch buffet at 18 where you can have lunch in a bathrobe and then resume the wellness program. Extra charges apply for spa treatments. Beautiful experience!

Day at the SPA, relaxing and enjoyable.
All wide and full of options. Three saunas, a Turkish bath, a steam bath, a Kneipp path, four hot tubs. Showers and tubs. Pity there is not a limit to the inputs. At 17 felt like the GRA: file, chiasso and rudeness. Too bad.
Talented masseuses.

Went there with my wife a month ago, after a massage she came out with one arm blocked and a bad inflammation with consequent costs of physiotherapy. We wrote to the direction and we were told to have masseurs, that doing so many massages, statistically this thing couldn't happen … as if it were an answer or a justification. Bah. The money they took them though. Never again.

Very relaxing afternoon between a tub and another time has flew … concluded with a hyper relaxing couple massage made by two master Alexander M and Claudia that eventually they even thanked!

A beautiful and very well maintained between archaeological sites and a place to be visited … Unfortunately not on Sundays I will return because they are too busy and full of people going to the Spa not to relax but to talk out loud … ruining the relaxation to others who paid € 48! the aperitif buffet is super crowded and we were not able to sit (and there were 2).
I would recommend maybe more control over who enters although I understand that the revenue yesterday will have been high, the language and the behavior of customers was not on a par with a 5 star hotel. "but I know only ahooo sti sketches! but that vordì! "

Great evening in the Spa, will definitely return. The SPA was great and the food and drinks are a good addition to the experience.

It's a great place for a romantic date freely at special.

If you love the warm water and saunas or Turkish bath at room temperature and maybe you want to take a nice dip outdoors is the place for you. If you love the hot water you won't find one with temperature thermal bath. Despite being the same company that operates the baths of Bormio is there really a big difference and the relationship between the money (very high in my opinion) and the service received does not hold water at all. The drink consists of pizza (in some cases), biscuits (old), fruit (good) and mozzarella (good) but is outside so it is cool in the summer months; nearby is a large but always warm water. I came out from the baths I had a cold.

Please. It's loony-tunes wonderful. Just heaven. Run don't walk.

The hotel itself is just OK, certainly NOT 5-star worthy in my eyes. The room was poorly cleaned and with several faults that were not fixed over our 2-night stay! The spa, however, is great, the best I've ever visited! Highly recommend the massages. The restaurant is hit and miss, but generally OK value for money. The hotel and restaurant appears to be understaffed at all times, and the staff seem inexperienced. All in all we did have a memorable experience, staying in the spa pools most of the day. Be sure to attend the "aperitif" from 18:30, where you can eat and drink like a Roman for free, to your hearts content, with everyone in bathrobes under the hanging vines!

We spent the whole day over there, it was very clean and relaxing, the only thing is that the water is full with detergents and the brunch was just OK. We will return!
