I had a dream weekend: clean rooms with all the comforts. The staff are friendly and welcoming, thanks to the sadithe pool and the manicured garden feels like staying in a paradise. The restaurant really great. Not to mention the spa. I will definitely be back!

I came with my fiancée for some relaxation, finding an oasi not far from Rome. We would fall asleep looking at the frescoes of the walls, take a bath in the wonderful pool with mosaics, some exchanges at tennis, and then close with the magnificent SPA. Staff also kind and familiar. We couldn't ask for better than this!

Very upscale boutique hotel with spa and great restaurant, the manicured garden is dotted with flowers and culminates in the beautiful salot pool. Highly recommended to those who love class places.

We have nothing but praise for the staff and there friendliness who have made us feel so welcome. The food in the restaurant is absolutely first class and the gardens are just perfect. We were there x the path spa, intimate and cozy place immersed in the green of Bracciano, helpful staff and spa of effect and comfortable.

Very nice Location as well as the room. The food is very good Decent breakfast and the prices are right. I will definitely go back in the summer when the pool is open. Having a few rooms is an oasis of peace!

We had a one night stay and despite the brevity, it was one of the best nights we ever had. Arrived early but was greeted like family by Fausto and Dimitri. We did an hour and a half in their spa suite, followed by massages and a fine meal at their restaurant. No better way to recover from jet lag and start a vacation off right. The room was wonderful and the service beyond compare.

I stayed with my partner, a single day in this Hotel, but I got to enjoy the peace and quiet of a structure completely immersed in the Green, the relaxation of the Spa be granted, upon request, for the exclusive use for an hour and a half and the quality and uniqueness of the cuisine of chef Rosalinda. To this, I add the hospitality of the owner Fausto and his fascinating stories in front of the fireplace in the restaurant of the Villa, which made the atmosphere quite impressive. Finally, the comfort of spacious rooms painted and meticulous in detail, helped make the trip very enjoyable.

Tucked between Green Lake and lulled by the spontaneous beauful desired, you can immerse yourself in a relaxing detoxification. Only nature sounds and words that pleasantly and with very friendly managers.
This property was designed and built with love, attention to detail and the utmost courtesy of the owners and staff to make customers feel not customers but "welcome guests". We could only stop one day but definitely also because Lake Bracciano is very nice.

Room from farmhouse, the photos speak for themselves. Pure water I was made to pay compliments to the 4 stars. Double bed with 2 lumpy mattresses, courtesy is great but it doesn't go to overcome the serious deficiencies of the dependance. — Small room rather go to Rome at a higher level of quality.
