Men Italian/Roman, great quality food, very nice staff, prices in the high mid range. Open kitchen, large room with beautiful dehors with a view.

We had Christmas lunch and I must say that everything was simply delicious. Each dish served with exquisite and abundant care. All seasoned with an extreme kindness of the. Staff and a beautiful location. 10 laude!

Every single dish is an explosion of flavors, taste and pleasure. From appetizers to dessert, through to beers, everything is perfect. The staff is super helpful in indicating tastes and combinations, satisfaction is guaranteed. I brought a lot of people and they were all excited♥️♥️♥️

I had been to dinner many years ago. The interior décor nn has changed to nothing, maybe it would need an update. The thing that hasn't changed is the kitchen: we had an excellent dinner. Tonnarello cacio and pepper resounding. But the most beautiful thing about this place is the rooftop terrace. Spectacular view of the hills and in the distance Rome. Truly spectacular, alone is worth the evening. A single flaw, but that nn depends directly on local, and that to park it took half an hour. Anyway, it's worth it.

Outstanding food, slightly old style Fellini atmosphere, this is truly top level cuisine at a very reasonable price. The terrace is perfect and a real bonus.

Passed here a ceremony (confirmation) beautiful place in the center of Frascati. It eats well, the paper definitely costs a bit but worth it.

Spent here the lunch of the first of may. Location was very nice & helpful with excellent view of the surrounding countryside. The dining room staff is very helpful and friendly. The chef came to greet us at the table. We were a group of 4 people. Appetizers (porchettina, a specialty of legumes). We were offered a plate of fried vegetables at the right point, very light (they were served without being salty, the dispenser of the salt was of the party; a warning to those who do not eat tasty hard to find in local). As the first we chose the tagliolini cacio and pepe, fettuccini with artichokes in 3 cooking, ravioli, cod. All accompanied by 2 bottles of white wine of the house Cacciani De Santis truly exquisite. Over the water. For dessert a soup of English and 3 in puff pastry, strawberry and chocolate. 2 coffee. The bill at the end was€ 40 a head, which in view of the quantity and the quality of the food, it was more that right. Try.

Historic restaurant in Frascati with a breathtaking life that dominates the whole capital and beyond. Food great, professional staff, the owner very attentive to the needs of the customers. Traditional dishes and revisited admirably. The piggy is something superlative. Well-stocked cellar with important verticals. Definitely worth visiting.

Good quality restaurant, to be improved in the dialectic with customers during the presentation of the dishes and the wine list… Too pumped… a little more simplicity not hurt.

Very good but would have many more customers if there was an escalator or an elevator that would connect directly to the train station so from there you could get easily half an hour without fatigue and without stress.

Polite staff — good food — local a little old should be revamped — overall positive — cheese and pepper specialties but for those not accustomed to know that it is a bit salty taste for pecorino. Excellent artichoke to Judea.

Excellent I found the taste and freshness of our products of the territory and congratulations à Giorgio for his know-how and propose the dishes long life at the restaurant Cacciani of Frascati.

With its stunning view, we really enjoyed our lunch in the late afternoon. I tried quite authentic, classic menu like saltimbocca, and found out it definitely makes difference. Simple dish at a glance, but it has very complex taste, at the same time well balanced. Realized I don't need to go too far creative and staying classic is also being creative. In addition, beautifully matured Cepparello 1999 was a big surprise. Want to visit again.

My only regret about this restaurant is that we didn't discover it until our last night in Rome/Frascati. The food was excellent (I had the zucchini appetizer followed by the steak and roasted vegetables, and my wife had the fish of the day spaghetti al mare), and the service was above and beyond. This is clearly a neighborhood family restaurant. And, like much of Italy, they get busy at 9 PM. So, if you're an American used to eating around 6:30 or 7 PM, and you get there by 8:30, you'll have no trouble getting in. If you intend to eat after that, make sure you have a reservation. On second thought, that statement applies to most of southern Italy (maybe north, too — I don't have the experience to say).

Good place in the centre of Frascati (close to Rome), beautiful view from the balcony, seasonal, fresh and special food, ask for their wine and oil. reasonable prices from 35 to 50 euros.

Cacciani is a reference to frascati & Rome from 90 years, a longevity due to a local cuisine at the highest level and that, in addition to a unique view over Rome, offers exquisite hospitality. The service is always up to par and it is not uncommon that the owners visit the tables to ensure the needs of the customer. Excellent choice of wines.
