To return absolutely. I felt like a family for 10 days! Highly recommended.

This hotel is very basic but functional. Showers are tiny and beds are not that comfortable. However it’s very clean and breakfast has plenty of options. I never saw the bar open and there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Quiet hotel outside Rome. Convenient to reach the castles among which I highly recommend Ariccia. The car is indispensable.

Hotel a 20-minute drive from the plane and the centre of Rome, convenient for air travelers. Friendly staff and always helpful. Great cleaning. Spacious, only sin rooms feel the room neighbors (in my case unfortunately very noisy). Good breakfast, I would advise the property only to increase the quantities of the products offered. I would go again.

We had booked well in advance in January and despite that, we were given the cramped underground room with so much broken bedspreads. In the bathroom there was little toilet paper. Breakfast is good but it was taken off before ten o'clock.

This is a very nice place, beautifully done and has an extremely quiet well maintained environment and amenities. They serve a buffet for breakfast with a variety of fresh food that you can hardly get in the restaurants nearby or in town. The staff are very friendly and even offered assistance on our way about since it was our first time in Rome. The hotel is very accesible as the bust stop is about a minute away and takes you all the way to the train station. Marini park also serves as a very nice romantic getaway if you are looking for place to retire and relax. I would definitely come back to Marini Park Hotel.

A bit far from Rome center but served by the urban line that leaves you in San Giovanni and then you can take the Metro, but close to the catacombs of Callisto. Well-appointed Hotel, comfortable, abundant breakfast and very polite and kind receptiiniste ladies.

The location Convenient free parking. We had booked a double room and instead got a suite! We had a great time and definitely will come back.

La località è ottima perché è vicino a Roma ma non in centro quindi facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina. Le camere sono in stile retrò che può non piacere e la qualità dei suppellettili lascia un po' a desiderare. La colazione era buona a parte il caffè/cappuccino che se si vuole servito dal bar si deve pagare a parte, altrimenti si può fare da soli col distributore automatico ma è pessimo.

Location outside the center but not very far, so great for a holiday in Rome. The room is a little bit old and not too comfortable. Breakfast was not the best, also because at 9 was already almost all finished.

We were with Smartbox and are not demanding. Clean room and king size bed very nice. Breakfast Very friendly staff. On the other side of the road we take the bus and hop here we are at the Coliseum. :)

Beautiful structure in the southern suburbs of Rome, a few steps from the GRA, excellent value for money for those who move in the car. Friendly and helpful staff, large breakfast, free parking, Wi-Fi dancer, spacious and well-appointed room.

Three nights… very nice hotel with very helpful staff… also economical for the services it offers located in front of a bus stop that takes you in any direction… the fact and that after the first night I realized that the heating was not working and I did this meanwhile I also slept the second night in the cold… I redid the thing but also the third night I made it in the cold… being December I assure you it was cold and now I have a cold… I hope it was a singular case because without This episode I would have given 5 stars…

Staff very rude. Bar closed early shower not very good.

We had a two night city break in Rome and had a fantastic stay here. The room was excellent and spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast offered plenty of choice. The daytime receptionist Federicka (hope I've spelt that correctly) went above and beyond assisting us with info on buses, car parking and help and suggestions on places to see in Rome! We wouldn't have known the Rome high point that offered such a great view, and somewhere to eat our own lunch on the park.

Fantastic place to stay! After a busy day seeing the sights in central Rome, you can come home to a calm place, great service, great breakfast options and wonderful ambience. Highly recommended, a home away from home!

I just spent a night at Marini Park hotel although I can say already that the offered services were complete and the staff professional. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the only down side was the breakfast.

Very nice room. Only knocks are below average breakfast, spotty Wi-Fi, and ok beds. Would stay again.

Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, water in the fridge at disposal, parcheggioampio.
Great for work or weekend, great value.
Only minus the bathroom a bit small, but I'm pretty big, so it can go.
Definitely will come back here if I'm in the area.

Service, cleanliness, helpfulness, kindness. If I would have to return to Rome will be my hotel of confidence.

Where do I start it. Also look to our room and propaganda are not the same, are two single beds and together. Very rude staff, breakfast was excellent. We complained to another room because they shout very loud or very late, we can't sleep. We were told that if we "call again". Most maddening is that when my girlfriend and I came back to England and found that we are infected with scabies on the bed we slept. All in all, a poor.

A sincere thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness, especially to Mrs Federica who with her friendliness was able to whip up breakfast an hour past the designated time period (11) treated us like we were customers DOC and especially knew how to give us the information with a resounding result, not to mention the room tidy, clean, excellent in my opinion is worth a star in more than it has.
