I was a guest of the hotel for one night. The location of the hotel It is great if you are passing by, very close to the exit of the highway and, in case it served, very close to the fair too. I stayed in a single-use double room. The room was definitely spacious, I enjoyed the parquet floor and the bathroom very large. Lovers of mattresses not too soft will certainly appreciate the bed too. Breakfast, in my case not included in the fare, provides a wide choice of sweet foods and a slightly more limited choice of salty foods. On the other hand, it is definitely acceptable. The décor seemed a bit too old-fashioned.

Very large and spacious hotel, welcoming staff and helpful for every need. Fantastic breakfast: buffet with a varied choice between sweet and savoury with a chef who prepares crepes, toast and more at the moment. Nice and clean rooms as well as all the hotel premises. Fine and classy restaurant but a bit pricey. Highly recommended.

To be avoided absolutely… I paid a triple and they trimmed me a double with added cot, the room was so small that to get out of bed I had to climb over my daughter's bed, in the bathroom was missing the whole set of towels for the third guest, soap and toothbrushes. Absurd… A 4-star hotel? maybe 3 beautiful grace.
At check-in we were at least 15 people waiting for poor Joseph who alone had to do everything him… absurd to leave one person knowing that in those days the hotel was full.
The staff never smiled they looked like they were doing you a favor by serving you breakfast. I was awful

Excellent Hotel, convenient location at the exit of the Ring road, and on an avenue that leads directly into the center (walking a little distance suitable for walkers, better by bus).
Nice, comfortable and clean rooms.
I had dinner and the restaurant is charged as a 4 star restaurant and offers excellent quality. Good value for money (not the trattoria of Mrs. Maria).
Breakfast is included if you are in allinclusive. But x me was paid. 12 euros… that seem excessive… but then between pastry brioche, cakes, and rich Buffet… you will find that they are well spent.

Nothing negative to say, the room was comfortable and spacious, perfectly clean with everything in order, as well as the barhroom. I hadn't seen a hotel shower with doors that actually prevent leaks on the bathroom floor in a long time. I didn't have breakfast included, so I can't say anything about the buffet, but if you choose this option you can still have breakfast at the bar; we had a really good cappuccino and brioche for reasonable prices. One really useful service was the smartphone that can be taken out of the room; I was running low on gigabytes and this really saved me with the maps when I was around the city. It is not located in the city centre, but the hotel is connected with it with a fairly good bus service.

Great option traveling by car. It's a little out of the way to walk around.
The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are friendly.
The big room, with all the comforts. The complete bathroom (bathtub, bidet).
The breakfast was very good. There was a cook making tortillas, pancakes, etc at the moment.
The city of Vicenza is a work of art paladiana (of Palladio).

I had a wonderful week, the staff and Mr. Giovanni friendly, kind and helpful!

Easy to get to. Good location. The staff was very helpful Parking. Clean environment. Comfortable rooms. A good rest before a nice visit to the city of Palladio.

Clean and comfortable rooms, courteous staff, generous breakfast and good quality. A bit far from the centre if you are not self-fitted. Recommended.

Hotel of style, cared for, attentive in proposing new and healthy things even in the food. It is often proposed with events with theme wellness and health.

Hotel in great location, receptionist friendly and very helpful, the rooms comfortable and spacious, always very clean. Equipped with all the classic comforts of a star. Located 3 minutes from the exit Vicenza Ovest, close to one of the very few places in Vicenza where you can eat even after 21:00, the Spiller (walking distance from the hotel in 5 min). Great place for business trip. Ultims Chicco: Breakfast to scream.

It was a very nice Hotel. It accepts Smartbox and has a good restaurant inside. Convenient location both x the highway and X a visit in the center.

Beautiful 4 star Hotel! Very elegant Hall! I stayed here one night in a double room, very nice and very clean with nice view being on the top floor. Modern Bathroom and impeccable cleanliness. Only Note: The bed was very comfortable, but the mobile structure under the bed made noise even simply turning around. However Hotel Recommended!

Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione poco varia ma comunque di buona qualità. Un po' distante dal centro ma raggiungibile comodamente con un autobus o anche a piedi (circa 20 minuti di camminata). Consigliato.

A very good hotel with clean and cosy rooms and an absolutely tasty and perpeft all-you-can-eat breakfast service. It's also a dog friendly place with very nice staff.

This hotel is very beautiful. Luxorius clean room with wonderful interior. But room service was very poor. AC adjustment was centrally automatic and not working properly. When repeatedly complained and asked for help, they sent someone who literary knew nothing about it and whole night we slept in high temperature without AC. About food : If you are an Indian and vegetarian, you will not like it's taste. It only had European Breakfast and nothing hot spicy.

Cute and well cared for, but my husband and I had a bad stay after we han embezzled 50 euros left on the coffee table in the room. Despite our complaint, their only response was "never happened, you can file a complaint but in any case we believe our employees that cleaning the room they found nothing! ". Do you think a thief could ever confess to knowing that he had not been seen absolutely by anyone and knowing that the confession immediately implies the loss of employment? of course not! not recommended or at least look good from leave your belongings in your room! from a 4 star l incident immediately was absolutely regrettable.
