It's a pretty nice place to stay, they are good for big families and it has a home touch. I would definitely stay here again in my next trip to Vicenza.

Good customer service, hotel is clean with daily cleaning service. Has a free breakfast eggs, potatoes, ham, cereal, coffee, juices. Rooms are small and have not been updated in 10 to 20 years. Bus stop is across the street. Walking distance to Chapel Gate.

The staff were all wonderful and the place is super clean. The service is actually 5 stars but we give the hotel a 4 because the beds are hard and bathrooms are small. Typical Italian breakfast is available, this was ok-for us, we don't like this type of breakfast.
