Excellent nice service.

Service in general unimpeachable, great reserved parking and free and discreet hotel location. Great pool and sauna service, truly gorgeous junior suite room, both as size and comfort. Small note to note, breakfasts: agree the presence of some mixed sweets and a few hints of salty but overall it seemed very stunted!
Anyway I had a great time here! Congratulations!

Bad hotel, disorganized and unse competent staff. The guy at the reception gave me wrong information by phone And so I found myself paying for a room with including the spa that I did not use because of accessible there was nothing but the sauna. I found them very unfair, they said that half-board would cost 20 euros per person (40 euros in 2) and I found myself paying 52 euros, which means that half a litre of water and a coke made them pay 12 euros. We spoke to the guy at the reception the same evening and he wanted to reassure us that the next day he would make us a reversal of the money for the services not used. On the morning of the check-out they did find a third person who knew nothing. Moral of the fairy tale, 166th for one night without having done anything. Simply outrageous. Almost a complaint. I felt cheated!

Not really exceptional hotel but which allows a stop for a trip if needed. Pool very disappointing.

Convenient location to explore downtown Vicenza, neat rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff, parking included, good value for money.

The staff was very friendly. Daniele and Betty were very helpful and made my wife and aunt's stay very enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean and they look forward to their next opportunity to stay there again when next they visit. They entertained family at the restaurant and everyone was delighted with the entire experience. Mille Grazie!

For Italian conditions a good hotel. Staff is very reserved at the beginning, but quickly settles down. Very child-friendly; Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. There is no need for more.

Nice hotel located near the stadium and a 10-minute walk from the Olympic Theatre from which the historic center of the city departs. The room we stayed in was luxurious with a large terrace at our disposal. I also liked the breakfast which sees the choice of sweet and savory foods served in an elegant setting. I did not use it but there was also the possibility to dine in the hotel at a price of 15 euros including two courses, drinks and supplement service excluded. Also good the price paid.

Great Easter lunch menu and the gentlemen working there were so charming. Had a great experience. The food is delicious too so you cannot go wrong on any level just the blonde lady at the front desk could improve her hospitality skills. She’s not very nice.

When finally getting to talk to the manager he was incredibly rude, yelled at me over the phone, and hung up on me rather than attempting to rectify the financial hardship. Additionally the power routinely went out causing the A/C to break and internet to crash.

Good value for money. Adequate spaces and furnishings. Location a little unhappy as Ľhotel is located between a railway line and a busy road.

I was here for Christmas with my husband… The place is really nice the rooms and the bathroom are very nice, the staff very friendly and the breakfast is quite good…! We tried their restaurant…! Great…! We will gladly return!

Very deceiving image of the Pool, it's hardly 2 square meters. The fitness room is surroundwd by glass so it's wayy to hot to workout. No information book in the hotelroom. Currently renovating wich was not told and in my opinion they are making the hotel look nice and expensive but they invest cheap. The door mechinism will lock automatically if you close it, but to close it you have to pull or smash so hard that your neighbors will wake up if it's late night. The door to the balcony is not really convenient either. The water pressure of the shower is really low. The beds are very hard… The only positive things I can think of are the hotel staff, they are very helpful and it's very clean.

Everyone was very polite and the room was tiny but very clean. The breakfast was nice.

The hotel is very beautiful and well-kept in general. The staff was very friendly and helpful on all requests. I was in Vicenza for a cycling race and they let me keep the bike inside the hotel safe, in addition, have allowed me to leave the car in their car park after check-out. The restaurant attached to the promotional price with excellent cuisine
Nice also the balcony in the room.

We just stayed with the school for the vinitaly in 3 days. Preliminarily we can say that the prices one line, they are completely different than the real ones. In the second place, the staff is not organized for a group of people and for situations extra package. In fact, every time that needed something extra or different from the process, the staff went into a panic the most absolute and we had to wait a long time and talk with more people so that our requests would be met. But we speak just to add to the menu of the wine, or change a plate of pasta with sauce in white. And finally, you make a payment, without that there is the possibility to solder everything at the end of the stay. We will not come never, treated badly.

Noble, elegant and refined atmosphere, but the food turns out to be of average quality, I expected better from the fame of the place.

We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel and we found cleanliness, staff attention and availability. One positive aspect is the presence of restaurant for guests, one for external customers and a deli where you can eat something good on the fly … would recommend it!

Our waiter was from Spain (spoke English) and actually cut out baby's food up and fed him. He was so sweet, great atmosphere and delicious food. We have been several times!

The food is great and servings are huge (you will be full with one main, don't over order! ) but the place is tacky and service sometimes it's not up to scratch.
