Bob and Jenny´s Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay as you explore Vicenza or nearby Venice! The apartment is within easy walking distance to downtown Vicenza (this beautiful city is a well-kept secret! ). And there is a beautiful bike/walking trail directly behind the house. Bob and Jenny go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Sitting on the terrasse overlooking the garden — — — bellissimo!

The apartment is modern, comfortable, very clean, nice view of the river and centrally located. Everything that we needed was in the apartment, to include a safety box. The apartment includes a secured parking which is located two minutes walking distance. The main square, Piazza die Signori can be reached in less than 5 minutes. There are two bars almost across the street, one is a coffee-bar. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The train station is about a 10 minute walk, we visited other cities using the train systemand did not have to move the car. The owners, Bob abd Jenny, are very nice and friendly, easy to reach them. Thank you Bob and Jenny for the breakfast and Easter Cake; thank you for your friendliness.

My husband and I stayed in this B&B with a couple of friends. We were excellently in all respects: the place is comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful time at Bob and Jenny's B&B. The apartment is spacious and neat and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Also, Bob and Jenny are nothing but kind and willing to help with whatever you need.

So glad we stayed here! Bob and Jenny were extremely helpful with all their suggestions on things to see and do, things we would never have known about Vicenza. Super clean with all the comforts of home (washing machine came in handy and the garden was great for soaking up the sun). We felt right at home here, and genuinely appreciated Bob's advice regarding where to eat and mingle with the locals. Jenny took care of all our needs and Bob played the piano for us one evening which was a real treat.

Bob and Jenny's is a home away from home. Either one night or longer, Bob and Jenny welcome you into their family and ensure you have everything you need, The rooms are very, very clean and the beds very comfortable. Each apartment is a little different, but all offer all you need for an extended or short term visit: parking, stove, refrig, washing machine, iron, TV and free fast internet! Convenient to the military installation and downtown, the neighorhood is safe with many good restaurants within walking distance. Bob knows the area and all the great places only the locals know, so pick his brain or enjoy a meal together! Bob and Jenny's is a great value and so much better than a hotel!

They're great! Its difficult to decide from wich one of their aces to begin: very top clean place, really kind and available for yours needings that first they've all thought in all the detail of the rooms, bathroom, kitchen, frigo, … really everything. Its seems that they choice the best for you first. Its a green urban area, with animal on the water course, silence and good energy but with shops, market, ristoranti and pizzeria nearby. I've knew Bob in this first visit but he has been alike a long time friend. Grazie Bob, you're really, really, really a great mannwith a great place.

My husband and I stayed at Bob and Jenny's B&B while visiting family stationed at the nearby military base. It is in the perfect location for exploring the town. Bob and Jenny are amazing hosts and we loved staying in their B&B. We had our own room and bath with a shared kitchen area (with a washing machine). We met some wonderful people from around the world. Our only regret was not being able to spend more time with Bob, Jenny and their children.

I stayed nearly two weeks and it was a delightful experience! Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, very clean and charming. Bob and Jenny are wonderful hosts and help to make the stay a memorable experience. Lots to see and experience right in Vicenza, and also in close proximity to Venice, Verona, Soave and other beautiful and historic cities.

This place is great! I love the views and especially all the time that was spent in the garden and apartments to make you feel like you are at home. Bob and Jenny are great and really friendly. The kids are great and got along perfect with my daughter's. We even went out to eat with them to a restaurant that had a big indoor playground. That was really awesome. The area is awesome and a lot to see. The restaurants around within walking distance. A really big supermarket around the corner. If you are looking for a B&B spot in Vicenza this would be the spot to go. What really top it all off is the easy access parking lots he has for his guests. Perfect! I will always recommend this place and will stay in touch because we became good friends as well.

Went on a three-week vacation to Italy before Christmas, partly to rediscover the country I loved being stationed at 35 years ago, and also to introduce my wife to the beautiful country and the fascinating people there, and let her share in my adventure here half a lifetime ago and discover new sights together. Spent a major portion of our trip here in Vicenza at this B&B, both at the start and end of our vacation. Bob & Jenny's B&B was by far the cleanest, best-kept, relaxing place we stayed at during our whole trip. They made us feel at home, and provided us great tips on transportation, restaurants and local sights. Easy (and safe) walk into downtown area, and close enough to food, groceries, buses and historic sights. Recommend Pizzeria Da Pino nearby and Righetti Self-Serve ristorante downtown between the two big piazzas. Bob & Jenny helped make our trip a memorable one.

Stayed for a week and loved it. Bob was extremely helpful and Jenny kept the place spotless. Convenient location near the center but quiet and green with outdoor seating in the garden. Came for work but had a bit of time to explore the nearby villas and downtown area, a short walk. Bob and Jenny's had everything I needed, even cooked a meal and did the laundry! Best of all I slept very well the entire week. Been to other B&Bs but this one's got it all.

My wife, our four and a half year-old daughter and I stayed at Bob and Jenny's for a week during our tour of Italy this summer. The accommodations were delightful and convenient and very comfortable, let alone reasonable. Best of all, we were minutes away by walking to La Rotunda, Villa Valmarana ai Nani, and Basilica di Monte Berico. Thereafter, it was only a short stroll downtown to the center of historic Vicenza and a 40 minute train ride to the center of Venice. Bob and Jenny and their adorable children are very friendly and accommodating and helpful with sightseeing and getting the inside scoop on attractions and restaurants. The rooms are air conditioned and spotless. The kitchen was light and airy and well stocked. A wonderful supermarket is just across the street! The parking lot for our car was just down the block from the lovely garden in the back of the house which, along with the patio, is a wonderful place to unwind after a hard day of sightseeing. Many beautiful castle towns and hot springs are within less than an hour's drive from Vicenza, which is the home of Palladio and the heart and soul of the greater Veneto. I couldn't recommend Bob and Jenny's enough to anyone traveling to northern Italy or Venice.

My most charming bed-and-breakfast experience to date. Had the good fortune to move to Vicenza Italy in May 2014 to work at the American base, Caserma Ederle, and needed a soft landing for a month while I searched for housing. What a great nest I found at Bobby and Jenny’s Bed-and-Breakfast in Borgo Berga. A 30 minute walk to and from work each day and the local Italian deli, bakery, supermarket, pizzerias, and ristorantes were all within convenient walking distance. I stayed in a large, cozy bedroom with private bath and had the use of living room and kitchen (with yummy breakfast foods and coffee/tea available daily plus I could create my own salads and pasta with the use of the refrigerator and stove). Used their Wi-Fi in living room and bedroom, the washing machine was really useful (drying the clothes a l’Italia on the clothesline). Good amount of privacy and quiet which I like but brief, pleasant conversations also available if I needed. Beautiful backyard and outside table for nice glass of wine and antipasto! Bobby and Jenny couldn’t have been more inviting, gracious, or solicitous. I was even treated to Bobby’s first class piano playing as we shared a few evenings of pop, standards, and jazz on his upright piano. I was spoiled by their timely responses to all my requests — and loved coming “home” from work to find comfortable bedding changes, cleaned bathroom and bedroom, and Jenny’s loving finishing touches!

I have been coming to Bob and Jenny's B&B for five years now. It's like coming home. I love the clean, cozy, cheerful, quiet, air-conditioned rooms (I tried them all! ), as well as the convenience of their matched bathrooms. I have stayed for short as well as for extensive periods of time. I have been able to use the free Wi-Fi, do my own laundry, cook my own lunch or dinner, park my rental car safely. I have enjoyed the walking distance from the train station, from the center of Vicenza, from restaurants and cafes, as well as the walks to the Venetian Villas nearby (Villa Valmarana ai Nani and Villa "La Rotonda") and to the Berici Hills. Bob and Jenny are always there to help in a friendly and competent manner, ready to open their home for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and to provide their guests with useful information. With their awesome children they are an example of an international family who has been able to perfectly fit in the local Italian culture. A precious experience! My husband Den has been able to play chess with Bob. We have enjoyed his music and our conversations with him and Jenny. We'll definitely go back for ever.

Great spot so convenient to everything. Bob's tips made Vicenza the highlight of our trip. The B&B is clean, quiet and has everything you need — even did the laundry! The A. C. Made it so nice in July and we loved Bob's piano music.
