Great welcome! A special thank you to Alessandro for his humour and advice for the restaurant where the food was excellent.

Rooms are very good neat clean Good furniture wash room also very good centrally aircondition.

We stayed there in the halve selections of a congress from 6 to 8 July. We were really treated well. Good reception, satisfied with the rooms, the abundant and varied breakfast, as well as the dinner. He really deserves it. To praise the courtesy of the staff. In a nutshell you are fine.

The Hotel is 400m from the main entrance of the Fair. Walk in 5min.
Front The Hotel there sn reserved parking and in the street marked with blue stripes nn you pay if you are customers of the hotel. The road nn is busy as it only leads to the hotel and makes the one-way tour. In the Hall you find the reception at the vs dx where I advise you to get acquainted Alessandro ke releases great tips x a great stay or just where to eat in the evening. The room assigned to us (2nd floor) is very spacious wall TV, long convenient desk, "open closet" ke I prefer to any stench of closed closet and practicality in the gearbox, and then nn risk of forgetting anything inside. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is roomy. Breakfast from 7am as usual in almost all hotels. Great jam croissants but we sn to cream and empty and stunning cheesecake cakes and tarts in large quantity prepared by the "Alpha" women. For the salty a few slices and the classic hemental sheets, hard-boiled or scrambled eggs but no bacon, too bad. Fruit juices, fresh fruit and sandwiches. Free Wi-Fi x Customers from me in the room cn 3 attached device worked well… great x a stayed of 3gg. Recommended.

Not being sure that She arrived there I wanted to thank us for the welcome given to us during our stay for the congress of Jehovah's Witnesses! In particular I wanted to thank from the heart Two of your collaborators Monica and Paola for their kindness and patience in meeting any need during the breakfast also great! Hoping to return I offer you my warmest greetings!

Great location for those who have to go to the fair area (less than 5minutes walk). The décor leaves something to be desired though new, outdoor "closet", bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable. The size of the Room is quite livable despite we were in 4. Breakfast not fluid, often missing glasses, cups, but all in all is fine, the coffee to review.

Ok rooms. Breakfast was very good, not much to choose from but everything was delicious. The fitness room was a nice add.

Alfa Liera looks like it is a hotel with a great location but an indifferent owner/management. Its best days are behind it, it seems. The hotel corridoors and layout remind one of Russian hotels. The rooms are spacious, the interiors are good, and beds are comfortable and clean. But that's about it. The staff are made to read out a manifesto on dos and don'ts at the hotel. Fairly insulting but I guess that's local hospitality especially when the guest is part of a tour operator-managed crowd. Then, when one points out that the air conditioning is not working, you are told that nothing can be done about it. Maybe it was one individual at the front desk (the server staff was friendly and responsive). Still, this is why this hotel is a goner unless the owners and top management rethink their future: — the hotel mostly has tour groups as guests based on the one night I stayed at it. — this is an easy fill-revenues option for the hotel management but a definite race to the bottom. — service quality and staff responsiveness goes out of the window. — other guests start noticing it and take their custom elsewhere. Breakfast Also Staff a little rude. In summary, never again.

I stayed here a month a go and the owner refused to refund me for the last evening that I wanted to cancel despite giving him more than 24 hours notice. I gave him 72 hours notice and he simply declined stating that I got a better rate because of the amount of days I stayed which was not true because my colleague who was staying one day less had the same rate that I did. His staff was very nice, but this business owner was rude and disgruntled. Furthermore, it is worth noting that they admit-tingly get their restaurant food from and outside restaurant, freeze it and then resell it. I am giving it 1 star because of his rude demeanor. If he is in the hospitality industry, he should learn hospitality. He can learn quite a bit from his staff.

The room was small, breakfast skimpy, parking nearby for free. For large groups is ideal.

Very nice hotel at the exhibition grounds. Parking is free. The rooms are beautifully decorated, Wi-Fi and TV are available. The Breakfast was not overly much but enough to choose from. The staff was very accommodating and can speak English well. Here, I would stay again.

Nice hotel. Looks suspect from the outside. Renovated interior. Good breakfast but not great. Lots of bread and cold cut selections. Limited hot breakfast food selection. There were some scrambled eggs though. Lovely selection of tortas and croissants. Good breakfast drinks too. Has an orange juicer which is fun. Beds are OK, bedding kind of old. Very clean and crisp interior. Good location to the fiera (convention center grounds). Difficult to navigate to due to construction and being tucked into a dead end street at an interchnage.

I didn't like it! A cold place, little clean, uncomfortable bed and even worse pillows. Very vintage!

A door has a strange smell, looking after the original bathroom is the tide ㄕ taste. The bathroom has not been clean, the bed caved in, the quilt has the small insect body, the window opens is a big platform ⋯ feeling everybody can crawl in, the sound insulation is very bad.

Excellent location for visitors to the fair. Staff Great breakfast and varied.

The hotel is very close to the fair and the A4 motorway. Very quiet place, courteous staff. Very spacious room with all the comforts.

The room is small but everything in its place well taken care of well clean the staff and cozy.

Very nice. Clean and tidy Hotel, impeccable service (all kind and helpful) and very close to the fair of Vicenza. Very convenient also the fact of being able to take advantage of the outdoor parking for free (normally it is striscua blue then fee) if you are customers. If I have to find 2 flaws, do not make room service and the ceiling of the bathroom (above the false ceiling you notice the bricks and the cables) … but these things do not affect the very good service they lend. Great.

The hotel is far from The city center. It was not a problem because I was by car. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is great. The coffee is very nice. I really recomend. It was a very good experience.

Ample parking, right in front of the hotel, both private and with blue stripes, but communicating the plaque in reception is free. Nice and friendly staff Clean rooms and no carpeting. Unique in that they are worth a star: The bad view and the walls without sound proofing, that nothing leaves the imagination.

Generally well disposed, in a convenient area to reach the fair, courteous staff and free parking. The room was very clean Bar with uncomfortable hours, breakfast not bad but with little variety of dried fruit.

The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the center, however in a quiet location.
Unfortunately in the room does not take well the Wi-Fi and the breakfast could offer a little bit of choice in addition, otherwise 5 stars deserve.

Impossible to sleep the walls are of sheets of paper the waitress has a trolley that when she passes in the hallways it seems to be at the supermarket.

Cooperative staff, comfortable and affordable rooms. This place deserve much better reviews for the quality and service. However I was surprised after looking at the low rating. The staff responded immediately and called an ambulance when one of the guest fell sick.

Spectacular, are cared for detail all the finishing and services! The number one hotel in Vicenza!

Certainly the decor of the hotel is a bit "out of date", certainly the neighborhood is not top (in front of a fair and in an industrial area) but the professionalism, kindness and availability of the staff make it almost perfect. If you add impeccable cleanliness, large well-equipped rooms, very comfortable beds, a tasty breakfast and a free and efficient Wi-Fi: You can easily put a 5 * at the Alba Fiera.
For €116, I slept two nights with breakfast in this 4 * which deserves them easily, even if at first, one can not imagine. I was even entitled to a late check-out at no extra charge.

Good service, but it needs a security cams.

Room ok, but the fact that it is in the middle of the trade fair has its pros and its cons: it is perfect if you know is there for that, it's a bad area to see (but without obvious problems otherwise) otherwise. Decent breakfast.

Great value for money. Very professional staff. Highly recommended for those interested in visiting Vicenza and surroundings.

My experience: accepted by the friendly efficiency of Lambert, risvegliatomi with the pleasant aroma of good coffee servitomi at the bar by Mrs. Lucia with a smile extremely friendly; dismissed by the friendly warmth of Paola. Breakfast without the cumbersome and anonymous service drinks dispenser. If to all this we add the fact that the hotel is within walking distance from the fair, you will understand why I have chosen this as the usual destination of my future visits to Vicenza.

Perfect for getting to the Exhibition Centre, I stayed at home space. Enviable 4 star services, friendly staff, and perfect location if you are looking for a hotel near Vicenza City (only a few minutes drive away). Positive rating for the solution of the partner restaurants, great formula.

If you want to visit the city, the distance between hotels and Vicenza city is little, not even 5 minutes drive. For those who are in Vicenza on business like me, this 4 star hotel are appreciable: parking, free Wi-Fi, snack bar and very friendly staff. Relaxing and comfortable rooms.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Vicenza was my goal at the time of a great trip last winter. Convenient, clean and affordable value. Positive note for key staff and free Wi-Fi.
