In the center of Verona 2 steps to the Arena. Parking space.

The air con isn't turned on untill peak season. But the house keeping is top notch.

Very noisy, not only on the street. Residents are noisy until the morning, the administration does not make any effort to establish the order.

Very nice hotel. Very well located. The staff are very pleasant.

The concierges are not very friendly, rather parcos. The hotel was very nice and clean. Good breakfast. I would recommend it despite the opinion about the staff at the ticket table. They lack cordiality to serve the public who chooses them.

Customer service was terrible. They seemed to be annoyed when we talked to them, and actually argued with us. For our honeymoon, they gave us 2 beds too, which they knew we wouldn't want. But the location was good in the city.

Location location and cleanliness. Rooms are smaller than usual Italian hotels. Bathrooms are average size. The rooms are maintained very well and housekeeping is done everyday. Breakfast is good though very simple with choice of cereals, boiled eggs and some pasteries. Staff are really helpful.

Didn't stay at this hotel but spent time in the lobby. Great decor, friendly front desk. Location is amazing, right near the city center next to the arena.

You will love this place it's BB, I enjoyed myself to the fullest.

It was OK, but not anymore either.
Quite expensive, no heating in the fall, very small bed and bad windows. Not so good café at the breakfast buffet.

The locación is perfect. Very close to the Arena. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not so good and the garage is expensive. I would recommend it.

It corresponds to a hotel of e stars. No more, no less. Excellent location.

A tip for the next guests. Make sure that the beds were really changed!

In my view, breakfast buffet has a good variety of products both for the sweet that regards the salty.
Recommended for a short break in Verona, a city not to be missed!

The place and the attention were excellent. Internet anda perfect. Very close to the arena and the castel vecchio. We were lucky to get it with almost no advance notice after a cancellation.

This must be the most unfriendly campsite, I've ever met. I was on the phone and was told, we can book in advance 1 day. She seemed very unfriendly on the phone. We booked and appeared the next day. The Manager called us (two families with children) and told us, they had no room without so much as an apology. There are many other locations in Tarbole, anything better than this dump.

Actually a nice place but unfortunately was 3 days the beach with sand filled. From 7 30 to 17: 00, trucks drove constantly BB´s and the excavator was located 3 metres from our pitch. It dusted all day and was very noisy. Something like that should not be.

We were 4 x in 2009 and 2010 1 x here and we will be again in 2011. The restaurant has a nice campsite with very nice staff good food, only the small SB "Restaurant" in addition to the jewelry shop is a little overpriced for the performance of the food. The place is clean and well maintained and there are many small shops in the village and a nice ambience also Jesolo are not far. Conclusion. We come back.

Very small and simple place. Mobile homes are located directly on the Lake. Pitches which are not occupied by permanent campers are very close to a main road. To walk is to very quickly in Bardolino. Lady at the counter is very net and get good german.

Camping Europa is anywhere super rated, so we were very surprised that it is not there kinderfreunlich. The very nice swimming pool children do nothing what kinda fun. Will kick off immediately by the "guards". Ball play, splashing, cheer, everything will be punished. We were busy to keep our children quietly the whole time. The pool includes watch 13 00. Why? The slide is no fun at all because everything from an observing site is controlled. The entry was not possible with the Club card alone. I had to go back to the Caravan and also pick up. Having just returned from a weekend to Verona, I am writing to advise people for whom the notion of smoking and non-smoking rooms is important. My husband and I were dismayed that an hour after checking in to our 'non-smoking' room we smelled a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We advised reception immediately. The receptionist on duty assured us that all would be fine when we returned. I asked if there was a need to move room and was told no that would have had to have been done immediately on arrival. On our return the room had no smell, had been sprayed and a window left open. Later that night and then again the following morning we again smelled strong cigarette smoke in our room. We spoke again with reception — the same person as the previous evening. He told us we had a no smoking room. We asked if the room adjoining (with connecting door) was no smoking and were told that no — it was a SMOKING ROOM. I advised the receptionist that obviously with adjoining doors, the smoke from next door comes straight under the door and into the non-smoking room. He was adamant we had had a non-smoking room. We looked at the layout of the corridors and each non-smoking room has a smoking one next door to it and across the corridor from the one we were in (203) there was another. We were therefore having secondary smoke from both sides of our room! The receptionist knew it had bothered us on arrival.

The hotel is nice, right in the heart of Verona — unfortunately you can't write good professionalism of reception: when checking out they forgot to hand over the identity documents that have been sent by registered mail upon payment of a money order of euro 11, 00.
