Very beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was so tasty and upscale. The only thing not so good were the sheets were as scratchy as a pair of linen pants. Nothing smooth or silky…

Amazing hotel breakfast was outstanding a must to visit.

This is the epitome of a hotel in Italy, no, in any where. I and my tour group members all liked their starched and ironed linen bed sheets. What a comforting and luxurious feeling after sightseeing in a hot humid day! The hotel service was impeccable and breakfast buffet was a feast. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would like to go back when I have a chance to visit Verona in the future.

Visited whilst on a short trip with the family. A beautiful terrace overlooking the old town of Verona and a marvellous retreat from the bustle of the busy lanes. Don’t be put off by the lift, it is small and hot but the terrace is worth it! The staff were wonderfully hospitable and the drinks delicious.

Best hotel in Verona, and of some historical importance. Discreet and efficient staff. Dinner was excellent. Do make sure you visit the rooftop bar — fabulous view of the city. Dinner was excellent and of high calibre. Guest room a bit dark but large and tastefully decorated.

Incrediably beautiful experience. World class surroundings and service. The art in this hotel is very special, including the life size portrait of Maria Calais. Late night we ordered simple cheese platter and a salad. For dessert a white chocolate orange filled with fennel mousse. Elegant and perfectly Verona.

A magical place. We took an aperitif on the terrace of the hotel, and you can enjoy a wonderful view of Verona. The prosecco they served us was really good. I highly recommend for those wishing to relax in a luxurious place and enjoy the sunset from a spectacular place.

The windows have stunning views, but the rooms are unfortunately quite small.

Jazz concerts take place in the excellent five-star Hotel Due Torrey. The hotel is located in a chic 14th century palace and is part of the Balloni chain I love in London. Once this palace belonged to the Seligers-rulers of Verona and modern chamber jazz here sounds great in a cozy lounge with friendly staff and homeatmosphere. At 20, a gourmet dinner begins, and the musicians go out at 21.30. Beautiful food and famous jazz musicians. I recommend booking in advance. Cost only 60 euros per person for dinner and concert.

One of the best hotels in Verona: A 5-star hotel that fits into the best of the world. Nothing is overlooked: from the period furnishings to the paintings on the walls, to the precious Murano chandeliers. The service is attentive and professional and very well ordered in performing assigned tasks. The breakfast is rich, varied in the courses and the quality of the products of excellent quality. A terrace on the fifth floor where the view of the palaces, the course of the Adige, the churches. Where Santa Anastasia dominates, the hotel's central location and homogeneity are complete. Quick check-in and check-out at the reception. Very rare, as during this stay, find everything perfect.

Splendid Hotel in the historical heart of the centre of Verona. To visit the large hall and the beautiful panoramic terrace 360 degrees over Verona.

I was on the terrace, on the 5th floor, accessible to everyone. From here you can enjoy a beautiful panorama. We were welcomed by Francesco, very kind, who has prepared us a non-alcoholic fruit aperitif, delicious! The ambience is very elegant but at the same time informal and relaxing. As soon as I can, I will definitely return!

An ancient Italian Palace, with an antique charm, very well placed in the heart of the historical city.

A very nice hotel, location excellent, service exceptional. My only criticism is the breakfast buffet is not the best for a hotel of this standard.

This was our third stay and the service and quality have gotten better. I truely enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was excellent as always with the best coffee in Italy so far. The internet was also extremely fast this trip.

Fantastic, centrally located hotel. Within walking distance of everything in Verona. Rooms are perfectly sized. Cleaning service runs everyday and they keep the rooms immaculate. Provide plenty of amenities for shower. Full breakfast with lots of options. Staff was friendly. Room keys are heavily/bulky but front desk staff will hold them while you are out.

A magnificent hotel in a 13th century building. Hospitable and courteous staff. Cozy rooms. Cleaning and changing accessories every day. Excellent breakfast. All attractions in walking distance. Opposite the hotel is the church of St. Anastasia, where on weekends the organ plays. I recommend.

Fantastic hotel 5 star in location adjacent to church in quiet square. Hotel very popular in opera season as many of singers stay here as there is a huge grand piano in foyer where they practice in the afternoons. Very short distance from the main square, shopping streets and the Duomo. Many restaurant s and bars close by.

For many years the most beautiful hotel in Verona, in the old Town, near the beautiful church of Sant'Anastasia, a short distance from the house of Juliet and the Arena, famous attractions all over the world. Very nice and very fine. We found ourselves here for a meeting with rich appetizer and it was very nice. A pleasure to refined beauty and courtesy.

Historic hotel, housed in a palace of about 1300, located in the historical centre of Verona within walking distance of the most popular tourist attractions. It strikes the hall on the ground floor, with elegantly frescoed walls, marbles and chandeliers as precious as ancient. The rooms are certainly not the largest I have seen, but they are also furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. Great restaurant and just as good as the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located in the oldest part of the city. Maintains the characteristics of a historic hotel for furnishings, lounges, services. Hospitality is the attitude that characterizes all the staff. The food in the restaurant is prepared with great art respecting the traditions.

It’s not a modern hotel, it’s just a very nice hotel with patina and history. I like it.

Classy Hotel, elegant and refined, room and bathroom linen at the top. Very quiet in beautiful location, also the breakfast is of a very good standard.

So it was very hard to sleep whithout water, and the small bottel Of water did I have to pay for. But in else a realy good hotell.

Wonderful stay at a very elegant hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. Room very comfortable and clean. Near all famous landmarks. Terrace restaurant has amazing views. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Had a delightful pre-dinner drinks and a meal at the terrace bar and restaurant. Great view, excellent nibbles with my drink. Delicious meal from the grill. Not cheap, but quality ingredients and terrific service.

This is an old style elegant hotel with gracious staff and a very convenient location. There are two places to eat, the restaurant on the ground floor is for European style posh dining. The terrace grill has a lovely outdoor vibe with a less formal menu. It's expensive to eat and stay here, a splurge at the end of long trip if you're not rolling in dough.

Nice but old, pretty trascutato. It should be restored. The courteous staff alternates to the very rude one.

I did not stay at the Hotel but I was there for an organized dinner on the 20th of March U. S. Affected by the ambience of the room: cared for in details but not cold and formal. Quality of service in great room. Author's kitchen That surprised me for research, taste and presentation. The panoramic view from the terrace is worth the trip.

The meeting rooms in the basement without light are not the best.

Historic Hotel in Verona. Stayed behind in the time however both for the worn and shabby furnishings and in the behavior of the staff. On a stay already paid before arrival c they asked for a credit card for warranty on the stay and not having it bartered in a somewhat embarrassing way based on what we had in our portfolio a guarantee of three hundred euro cash. In other reviews I read that users found themselves in the same situation they asked for a hundred euros. In short, a bargaining of welcome that puts you naked with how much you turn in your wallet. Embarrassing. Also not specified to the reservation the need of the credit card. Cmq Hotel Clean Comfortable bed, the entrance is arabesque and effect. Hotel in a nutshell "old"

What a fanulous hotel, with rooftop bar with far reaching views. Breaksfast room decor is stunning with fabulous breakfast. Whilst staying we were lucky to have a room overlooking square and a wedding was taking place and we had a prime spot to watch everything. Their wedding reception was held in our hotel and champagne was flowing all night. Unfoetunately this meant we were not able to have a drink in the bar on an evening because of the wedding. Whilst staying there we had numerous Models as guests of which my husband enjoyed emensily.

Great location, beautiful location. Old building. Very nice lobby with murals and pleasant sitting area. The Conference room on the lower floor is elegant and spacious but not too much.

I mean, just the location deserves the best, and live and make history in the city. Of high standing, meets all the characteristics that a similar location must have. Breakfast from principles. High-standing service. Silent service, confidentiality, all the way to the stars. To stay and remember.

Charming property with a nice Jazz Festival. A reference to Verona.

All I can say is, its the staff, that give a hotel its reputation and the staff at due torri hotel make it a pleasant enjoyable vist to verona. Extremely helpful, they take a great pride in the hotel and Verona and look after you from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave the hotel. the food is fantastic and the hotel decor is unbelievable,. if you want to spoil yourself in a beautiful city, then book a couple of nights at the hotel due torri in the beautiful city of verona.

Beautiful hotel, great service, but the 5 stars are more because it is a historic hotel that for services.

A group of 16 Venezuelan ladies organize a trip to Italy in Verona reserve two nights, from 6 to 8 October, and pay three months ago the rooms.
Day 6 call of Sirmione warning that we would come with 1 hour of delay and answered us that there was no problem, which were waiting for us. A half an hour they called us to let know us that by order of the Italian Government we had rooms removed and relocated to another hotel, by order of the Italian Government needed the room for a Russian delegation!
I sincerely thought that these abuses occurred only in third world countries but never in a country evolved as Italy!
The Due Torri hotel manager came to apologize, we invite you to a gala dinner, gave us a beautiful roses but all that not erased the rage and impotence by such abuse.
Fortunately the hotel where we relocated, Antica Porta Leona, although it was not 5 stars, was very nice and they were very kind.
