Not a good place, why? The manager own an B&B building, and make the most money of it, everythings is at charge, Wi-Fi 3 euros a day, Who charge Wi-Fi in 2017?!? slowest Wi-Fi ever, no direct cable, Towels 12.5 euros / Person, thinner towels ever, would be wet during all stay, cause if you use the heating devise, mosquitoes arrive, so keep the room cold cause everything is humid, no save box, the key was lost No TV, cause no channel, just an awful Dubai network don't expect to watch an good football game in Italy, no comb or anythings just liquid soap The only things good is location, Don't expect too sleep late as the streets start to be busy at 6h30 in the morning as workers starts they day as said taxe hidden in the description, make you thinks is less expensive then 77 euros taxe add for 3 day, (313 euros/3 Days) yes Rip off This guys transform an AirBnB place in just a B (bed) actully S (sofa). so many other place to go, I've been there cause I didn't see the taxes added, and expect the most of the extra taxes. Quality… but nope.

The room was old, furniture falling apart, and the worst thing was that there was no heating. We asked them to bring a heater, and they said they would, then nothing. We ended up getting ill and it ruined our holiday. Avoid.

The owner used an unethical practice to charge 12.5 euro per person for using towels and sheets, which is unclear when you book. This is hidden in the "fine print" section and in the confirmation email, it was marked as 2.5 euro. Even when we check-in, the guy at front desk only mentioned to me that they would charge tax when we check-out. The room is awful. Everything is falling apart. Sofa bed is super uncomfortable, I can feel the coil on my back. The room is very humid given the fact it is right on the canal. Everything is wet and the "air-conditioner" doesn't do anything except for making noises. We tried both "moisture removal" and "cooling", one reason might be the AC is so far away from the main room. The room is noisy too because of the boats just next to your window. The price looks good at first look, but if you add the 12.5 euro per person hidden charge for towels and sheets, the price suddenly is almost the same as a real hotel. We were a family of three staying one night, so it did make a difference for us. If you stay longer, it might not matter much, but seriously who can stay for more than one night in this shady place?!

This was by far the biggest DISAPPOINTMENT I've had with a hotel-apartment booking. First of all, we had to fetch the keys ourselves at a nearby hotel and pay an extra 50€ for "late check-in". Then we were charged 25€ for sheets and towels. Plus 9€ Wi-Fi… The room was very old and heating didn't work properly. We asked for a double bed, but instead were given two single beds stuck together (so we would fall through the middle). We had no views and it was really noisy from the boat traffic in the grand canal. Finally, pictures on the booking site looked nothing like the actual room (superior one bedroom ap. ).
