Good location, rest can be improved. They charge extra on top of what you already paid for towels and blanket which did not get changed during our three night stay. Only good thing I can say is they had some light breakfast available in the kitchen area.
➜ Very bad value for money. Not too expensive for Venetian standards but very little knowledgeable staff. Deposit blocked on paper, but they only accept payment in cash, shameful even the "breakfast" (a carton of milk) also in our accommodation was not specified was to be shared with two other people and only one bathroom. Without basic services like toilet paper and soap. Shower not working. Also air conditioning to share so not adjustable. Really bad.
