Room with balcony booked… But there was no balcony! Landlord Rude. Air conditioning set ice cold, on request you to throttle a bit, completely parked.
Good location.

Rooms above the average. Clean rooms well furnished. Not far from S. Lucia Station and the most beautiful and romantic places in Venice. Decent staff. I would go back.

Good location. Near the train terminal. But we had a hard time finding it. There's no sign on the door or anything. It's a floor up stairs with no elevator. No reception. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is shared with two more rooms, so sometimes it's tricky to go. The price relatively well.

Good stay at reasonable prices… For Venice great Price… Vaporetto Stop Casino.

Hotel is placed in the quiet location. Rooms are big and clean. But on the other hand, beds are really small and uncomfortable. There is also no 24h reception.

Was staying in this hotel for 2018 New Year vacations, but had to leave the next day after check-in. The room is freezing cold and the air conditioner wasn't giving enough warm. It was — 1 on the outside and 10 degrees in the room. Me and my wife both caught cold that was getting worth each hour of staying and we had to leave 4 days earlier paying high prices for the last moment return ticket. Totally worse stay we were having so far. Don't go there during the winter period.

Amazing place to stay. Just a little tucked away from the busy areas, and right by some lovely small bars over the river. Genuinely worth staying here if you're in Venice.

We were guests at this hotel Corte Loredan in Venice for 3 nights (9.2. — 12.2.2017). At the evening of 11.2. Glass sliding door of the shower felt on my wife, when she was having a shower. She was injured by several cuts on the legs and on the arms (some of them required stiches). We immediately called hotel service and a person came in order to clean the bathroom from glass and blood. We explained how it happened and that it was not our fault. During cleaning we went to the hospital, where we had to wait for almost 5 hours and came back to the hotel after midnight. The shower glass door was poorly attached in the frame from the start of our stay at the hotel. It seems now that it was „ticking bomb“. It is hotel's responsibility to provide safe equipment in rooms and so for this reason they have no right to charge us with extra money from our card account (300 euro) without our consent or being aware of it.  In addition, before the incident, we found few pieces of glass in the bathroom – it seems that similar accident had already happened before. We advice strongly not to choose this hotel!

HORROR: "painful scars because of broken shower and stolen 300eur from the hotel! " The first day of my stay in the room I cut my foot with a small piece of glass which was in the room! The room was VERY cold and untidy! But the worst was, that shower door was hard to move and the second day as I open them, the glass door fall on myself, luckily glass cut only my arm and legs, but there was a lot of my blood, we call hotel service to get them know what and how it all happened and that it was their fault. They didn't say any, as I went to the hospital they shoppily clean the room, blood was just smudged and there were many pieces of glass in the bathroom. On the top of that, they steal 300euros from our card account as the Booking offered them approach! There was no evidence and this kind of bathroom door is not so expensive! We are defenceless, Booking doest communicate and thieves from Corte Loredan are winners. I have ugly and painfull scars on my arm and fingers. All this influence negatively my opinion on Venice, Italien people and Booking. I would highly recommend choosing different hotel. As the first day, I step on a glass in the room, I suppose it is not the first time it happened!

Clean hotel with a lot of new furniture. Wifi was a little unreliable for us at first but then got better. The two issues for us were getting eaten alive by mosquitoes, and also the message scrawled on the door downstairs saying the hotel owner bought the most of apartments and evicted the elderly, mother and children Venician residents : (

The site seen from the outside does not promise absolutely nothing… But once you see the room, it completely changes your mind. Large, spacious, neat, clean… Really, this is quite good, both the room as your bathroom, shower, Wi-Fi, etc.

The building is very old, like all Venice, but the rooms are modern, comfortable and spacious. Close to vaporetto stop, railway station, cheap, shop for local Prix Discount, free Wi-Fi, safe, nice staff. Hotel for those who want to experience the real life of Venice, not just touristy.

Good stay, reliable Wi-Fi. Our room was large and had air conditioning. Other guests were respectful. Bathroom was pretty clean. Check out is 10:30am and if you have time to spare before you leave Venice, they'll store your bags until you need to head out.

Great location halfway between the station and Fondamente Nove, an important Vaporetto stop. Free Wifi. Helpful contact. No breakfast.

Nice place. Nothing fancy, but has absolutely everything you need, is clean and inexpensive. The "receptionist" is nice and helpful.

Nice rooms with a tv, clean and big bathroom and a nice location near the train station and only 20 minutes walk to the centre. Good price for the offering.

Nice room with a TV and air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and the location is near the center. For the price of 45€ it's really cheap too.

Decent rooms. Flat screen TV. Stairs only. Private bathroom with key outside of room. Bathroom is good though!. Location is not to bad 2min walk to food and markets. Nice walk. For the price I think it's good being it's Venice and all!
