Just stay here! Amazing 16th century building and the room was equisite. Susanna is a genuinely wonderful host who will help to make your stay in Venice so much more enjoyable.

Fantastic place to stay in Venice! Highly recommended. Andrea is the perfect host. He would always greet you in the morning and offer you plenty of coffee to keep you fuelled up for the day. He is super kind to all his guests offering all sorts of recommendation to do/to see/to eat depending what you feel like doing for the day. He would also help to make reservation for you if you prefer. Not only that, he is only a message away which he insisted. Fantastic location and most of all, service!

Hands down the best of all the places we stayed during our two week trip through Italy. The B&B is converted from an ancient noble house and the entire place is just grand. Our room and the shared areas are beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. The owner, Andrea, has been an amazing host to us spending so much time telling us about Venice and giving us recommendations on how to spend our days and nights, with detailed instructions on how to get everywhere. If we ever are fortunate enough to come back to Venice we wouldn’t give a second thought to staying anywhere else.

Venetian Gem in the heart of Venice: Myself, two friends and my close family stayed here for 2 nights on Wednesday 11th April 2018 to Friday 13th April 2018. All the rooms were beautifully decorated with incredible high ceilings and had super comfortable beds/pillows. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, served in the pretty grand sitting room with a classic veneitian terrace. The owners Andrea & Susanna were the most welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts you could imagine. They were extremely knowledgable about Venice and explained routes to explore and recommended local restaurants. We discovered the most amazing sorbet and ice cream parlour at Gelato di Natura — San Giacomo dall'Orio (which is a short walk away), there is also a fantastic bakery next door which serves fresh ciabatta with prosciutto and many more sandwiches. If you are looking for somewhere authentic and beautiful to stay, which is away from the maddening crowds, then Campiello Zen is the best choice. Very nice B&B, in a quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from the main Sightseeing. Andrea was a wonderful host, he had always good tipps on museum/exhibitions to visit or nice walk for us to do to discover venice. Plus he helped us a lot on restaurant reservation and recommended us very good places. Overall, 5 stars location. We will definitely come back here for our next visit.

A great place to be and see Venice. Quiet after the day tourists have gone home. Andrea and Susanna are excellent hosts and will provide many ideas of what to do when in Venice.

This cannot be beat! Great location, beautiful rooms and most of all the perfect hosts.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. This B&B is located away from tourist crowds in a very quiet location. Owners were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious.
