The location is tricky, search for ca'pagan, not the address, the rooms seem to differ quite with the cost, but even the cheapest ones are fine, the service is also good, we spoke mostly with the evening person and was quite helpfull.
➜ Very luxurious hotel of ancient Venetian taste, with very kind and caring staff although not answering calls on the phone. If you do not know how to find it however it is good to follow the map indicated on the hotel's website or you risk ending up literally on the other side of the city.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We were forced to stay in the hotel due to floods and the lovely ladies could not be more caring ensure we were looked after.
