Wonderful staff so friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location.

Recently visited for 5 nights for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived we received 5 star service until the moment we left. Every member of staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The hotel arranged our transfer, adhered to special requests prior to arrival and is perfectly located in the centre of Venice. Highly recommend a stay or even just a visit to the bar; Jack's cocktails are outstanding and he went out of his way to create special drinks at our request that were spot on.

Supreme staff, Supreme hotel, Supreme rooms. Wow! elegant and clean and quiet rooms! a wonderful retreat from the crazy fast pace of life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful hotel located a few minutes walk from Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. Exquisitely appointed spacious, quiet rooms. Good breakfast and excellent customer service. Our family of four loved our stay here.

Great location, friendly staff especially Giancarlo on reception, lovely hotel, specious room, we had the balcony room as it was husband birthday present it was the most beautiful thing seeing the gondolas going pass our window fantastic.

I stayed in February 2018 with my husband. Great hotel for location (three minutes between St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sispiri) and the stunning room in typical Venetian style. Highly recommended.

Location, felt like a true high end boutique hotel with great value!

Accommodated us (a family of 5) last minute (literally in the middle of the night) after other places were telling us to call back after 8am. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfy and everything was top notch. You could definitely tell you were at a luxurious hotel. Nothing was too much to ask: directions were given in English and they even booked our water taxi to the airport. The location put most sites within leisurely walking distance and the piers were also fairly close by if you needed to go further afield.

Room was alot smaller than advertised but besides that, everyone has been pleasant and breakfast is good.

Would recommend to family and friends. Great location and hospitable. Clean and the hosts were very helpful.

Great stay at Aqua Palace, good sized room with huge bathroom, helpful staff, great central location, book a private water taxi to and from the hotel, well worth the money.

We loved our time at the Aqua Palace Hotel! Our room was very specious and the staff were extremely friendly and ensured all of our questions were answered. The location is superb and having a gondola right in front of the hotel is amazing! We absolutely loved the “stoop” as we called it. The little area on the main floor of the hotel where we could sit and drink our wine/champagne while the gondolas passed right in front of us and the gondoliers would push off on the side of the hotel. Excellent breakfast included as well. Thank you Aqua Palace Hotel for a most memorable stay!

A human-sized Hotel with a small care with arrival in the gondola hall. The suites are of normal size, certainly there is noise sometimes if you have the view of the canal, but in Venice everything done on the water then it is part of the folklore.

Nice hotel located in Venice… Only downside no balcony in the rooms… But overall very nice and very axceuillant staff!

Great hotel especialliy Silvia at breakfast is fantastic… superb location. Our room even had a small terrace which was great… the only minus point we founs was the airco which was very lloud and didnt cool the room much.

Cosy Hotel and very well located 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

Do not hesitate to book here. We extended our stay four times in the course of one visit for many reasons. The first is the location — romantically situated on an intimate canal close to St. Mark's without the craziness of St. Mark's Square. The decor was tasteful and opulent in that perfect balance that Italy does so well. The breakfast was oddly one of our favorites we have had while traveling (especially surprising since Venice is not known for food/service — who can blame them to some extent…) and our server was so darling. She remembered our tastes and allergies and waited on us like we were family, bringing special treats to my children. The room was luxurious and well appointed with excellent turn down service. I wanted to move in. Worth every euro.

The hotel is close to St. Mark's Square The room is of the correct size and the bathroom is quite spacious very good surprise upon our arrival thanks to the roof terrace adjoining the room with a nice view.

Excellent Hotel, close to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto. Good rooms, bathroom and common spaces. The Apart that are next door and are of the same chain, are also spectacular, even better than the hotel and cheaper. The only bad thing is that it has no elevator unlike the Hotel.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The service and facilities are top notch. I'm a fussy traveller and cannot be more impressed. Rooms are big and bathrooms too. Breakfasts are comprehensive. Mini lounges on each floor. Gondola stop outside and close to both Rialto and San Marco. Slippers and gowns complimentary. Highly recommended.

So our shower drain didn't drain and what they offered was an upgrade, if we paid 50 euros, or more towels. They did give us a complimentary bottle of prosecco which was nice. However the front desk was unable to answer if we could find a place to mail a glass vase, in Murano glass territory. So I was not impressed.

A very nice hotel close to most of the attractions in Venice. However, the shower in our room drained very very slowly. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but the floor of the shower is level with the floor of the rest of the bathroom, nothing to hold the excess water back, which lead to the bathroom floor flooding. We brought this to the attention of the hotel and while there wasn't anything they could do, they did provide us with a complementary bottle of prosecco.

Very well located, close to the center and the sights. Clean and comfortable room but for a 4 star it lacks services to develop and details to rectify and perfect. (Broken trash, broken faucet, uncleaned terrace, …)

The best Hotel, beautiful interior, close too beautiful surroundings like Rialto bridge and San Marco platse. The staff really made us feel welcome and it felt like Home. And then we have the wonderful Sylvia at the breakfast she really made us feel like family and our daughter really liked her a lot. We recently stayed here & can't say enough about how great our experience was. Our room was on the main level on the canal which added to the marvel that is Venice. The staff were nice & helpful, room was everything we needed, finishes were beautiful, breakfast was great… but the BEST part is the little outdoor patio right on the canal! Highly, highly recommend staying at Aqua Palace Hotel.

My husband and I had a canal view room on the top level, what a wonderful magical view from the room. We loved our junior suite. It has a great bathroom, very beautiful antique luxurious furniture. We loved every minute. The breakfast was nice but average. Room service was excellent. We enjoyed our staying and we recommend this place.

Very nice place and centrally located between San Marco and Rialto close to all designer boutiques. Staff was very nice and helpful and place very nicely designed with a combination of modern and Venetian styles.

I went for a two days trip to Venice. Came from Vienna with a night train. Just saw this place and went up the stairs to ask the price. A very very nice lady greated me. I liked the room and the price. The suggested to lend me boots as the San Marco square is flooded until 11. She went to look for a pair and I decided to try my luck without. It turned out she was right, but I managed. She and the other person (I guess her husband) were very friendly. Gave me a map of the city and advice. The next day I could leave my stuff at the hotel until late. The room was very clean and quiet. It was wonderful. Reminds me that there are good people in the world. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Thanks very much for the very pleasant hospitality at your hotel.

Located in the middle of the channel, is a unique place to enjoy Venice. The service and the rooms are excellent.
That Yes, it is expensive, but as almost any hotel in the area.

Excellent hotel for money and great location, reception very helpful and awesome little archway to sit under with a g&t watching the boats go by! Recommended.

Loved it! Our airline lost our bags but the staff at Aquapalace was very very helpful and friendly. We had loads of fun. Its right in the middle of the Venice Island and is highly recommended.

Great hotel, good breakfast and good service. But I would suggest a sign at the entrance… the name of the hotel on the entrance mat can escape.
