A charming pure Venetian style hotel very well located, of impeccable cleanliness, quiet away from the crowds but close to everything; a hearty breakfast and lovely staff. An unforgettable stay that I recommend!

Very nice hotel with a good hot breakfast. Our room was large with nice sitting area and a decent sized bathroom. Would highly recommend for couples.

A little gem beautiful decor great roof terrace stunning rooms very comfortable and just around the corner no 1 pizza in Venice.

The hotel develops around a very beautiful historical core. The rooms are large, detailed and clean. Full and varied breakfast between sweet and salty. Appreciable the machine for freshly baked hot pancakes. All the staff was up to a 4 star. Especially appreciated the tips for dinners and lunches.

He says it is 4 stars and it is not, in the rooms there are pipes that are noticed going through the roof, we were two nights, the worst! the second night we decided not to take them because in case the hotel had its air conditioning ruined and it is summer and they could not solve it until the next day, and our pick up was scheduled for 1:00 am we decided to check out, taking note that the reception told us that they could return us that night, in the end they only wanted to refund 15% of a night for 3 rooms that we did not even use because the air conditioning did not work, something that was not even fault of us. This hotel is a scam! so don't even think about staying here. Ugly and dirty rooms.

This is a quaint little ole Hotel that sits right on one of the small but beautiful historical canals in the middle of the maze of Venice. The rooms are small as well as the bathroom. However, the rooms are clean and tranquil. The staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast was Great :-) The price $$$ is well, in the middle of Venice so expect it to NOT be cheap. I enjoyed the overall stay here at Dei Conti and would enjoy staying again.

Great location at a reasonable price (Aug/Sep '18). Really nice staff. If you're after a less gaudy Venice hotel, this is a good choice. Basic breakfast offering but otherwise hard to fault. Would stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very well locate near St Mark's and points east. Large rooms, elegantly appointed. Great water pressure. Helpful staff who are happy to give recommendation for a place to eat. The breakfast is thorough but institutional. Dialing internationally on the house phone didn't work. The room safe didn't work. A request for ice to be sent to the room never happened. Rooms are very inconsistent in sitting chairs and in coffee cups vs Styrofoam cups. Bottom line, flaws aside, I would recommend this place to others, and would return here myself on another trip to Venice.

Great location in Venice. Clean, tidy rooms. Very nice, accommodating front staff at all hours. Spoke very fluent English. Air conditioning worked ok for Italy. One of our rooms had a leak from the air conditioner that made the floor wet and stink terribly. It was repaired quickly once I told them but floor took a couple days to dry out. There were no rooms to move us to. Breakfast was well stocked with a large variety of Italian and Western choices. Kids loved the automatic pancake maker.

Typical venician hotel with lots of ambiance and character. It is small and charming. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There are 2 water canals around the hotel with a charming little bridge into the entrance of the hotel. The rooms are very old world but charming. The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from.

We took a speedboat from the airport, dropped us off around the corner, and were just impressed from the beginning. Great staff, with excellent and well appointed rooms. We had the top floor rooms, and while awkward with roof beams, it just added to the character of the place. Views of terracotta roofs, church bells and quiet sounds of the city. Lovely.

Great hotel. Near San Marco but out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

If you want to spend moments of exceptions in lovers, in a romantic and typically Venetian setting, I highly recommend the hotel CA'Dei Conti.
The rooms are large and very comfortable, beautifully decorated, very clean and equipped with all the comforts useful during a stay.
And the rooftop terrace offers an amazing view!
We were received with a lot of sympathy by the staff of a great skill.
And nothing better than the gourmet breakfast that is offered before committing an intense day of sightseeing!
And we enjoyed the proximity of the hotel CA'Dei Conti of St. Mark's square and the vaporetto stops!

Met our expectations and as advertised. Room 303 was very spacious. Hotel is set close to San Marco Square and in a quick walk you’re near everything but far enough away it’s quiet in the evenings.

Central, quiet and the staff is lovely. The décor of the rooms will take you to the 18th century.

Hotel situated very inside. Difficult to find. Rooms are small with limited mobility. Good for short stay. Limited services available in house. Breakfast quality is good.

Hotel close to St. Mark's square and Resto and shop in a small street removed to be quiet inside the classic Venetian clean and charming but slightly ageing but the main thing is that we sleep well and the breakfast and very correct.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. We had a very large suite, very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The bedding is good. Only small downside: The breakfast room is small and on heated, plus the food is frankly not terrible.

Right in the centre of Venice, this hotel is very convenient for sightseeing while staying calm: it is located just on the edge of a canal in a non-passing street but close to the hustle and bustle. We had a large comfortable room (I would say well 40 m2) with Venetian decor of the years 1700. With storage, a desk, a hot beverage service (coffee, decaf, tea, herbal teas), a mini bar, a large TV with many channels and a USB port for those who want to put their films (even if I was not there for that, it can be used by followers of good yarn MS in the evening). The bathroom was large and well heated, with whirlpool tub (not top for those who like the big Italian showers, but great for the dip fans). Breakfast was ok but no more: a great choice but not good quality, automatic machines for pancakes and omelets, chemical juices and there were not enough places for everyone, some had to wait for Settle down. The staff was nice. In short, a good place for those who wish to return to the Venetian past, be well placed and who are not too looking on breakfast:)

Very disappointed. We arrived at the reception very nice view from the outside as well as inside. The guy from the welcome very nice. But big surprise when it tells us we have a room outside the hotel. It is an annexe building and the tiny room. Not at all at the height of our expectations and not as we had seen in the photos. The TV didn't pick up, hair dryer wasn't working. Our room right next to the front door. So we heard all the inputs and exits. Short very disappointed. At this point they warn us that we do not have a room in the very enclosure of the hotel CA dei Conti. We paid the price for a deluxe room so we got a first rate room.

Great location, very clean and helpful staff. I was a little disappointed with the room (almost suffocating) and the breakfast (the sweet part is not much).

We arrived at night and with this being our first visit to Venice, knew nothing. We caught the public ferry from the train station to the landing. First mistake. Take the private taxi. Cost more but believe me, it’s worth the money. The public ferry was packed and with our luggage, a nightmare. When we got to the landing we encountered our second mistake. No one knew where our motel was and it was then that our mobile battery died. We eventually got to the motel and that was when everything became worthwhile. What a lovely hotel. We were very lucky and got an upgrade and our rooms were like a palace. The staff were very friendly and always helpful and the complimentary breakfast is one of the best we have received during our travels. Once you understand the layout of Venice, everything is very easy to find and get around. Locating the hotel was never an issue again and our time here was wonderful. Would highly recommend this hotel… but get the taxi here first.

They tried to put in a small room that is not what you see in the website, also its says that the classic rooms are 20mx20m in the website but the one they try to give us was 7mx7m and its completely different from what you see in the website. Almost capable of calling it a scam. Dont book here!

Perfect location, quiet and hospitable.

We arrived last night more lost cost us to arrive, the trunk accompanies us to the hotel Annex and we said Uhh is going to be small, and nothing entered and we took the big surprise a room dreamed enormeee and beautiful. Our room goes straight to the breakfast bar so happy.

First of all we have to start with the fact that we have a very good promotion compared to the prices displayed. €100 The classic room with breakfast per night.
Everything could have been a little better in this 4 star hotel. The beds are wide and large but the mattress not super top.
The furniture in the Venetian style pretty, but top of the cupboards with a layer of 3 kilos of dust. The bathroom is clean but with a shower cubicle so narrow… the shower pressure is very good, but the Apple does not hold comma so if you make 1 m 60 or more you are very annoyed.
Breakfast and pretty good, but maybe not enough for 4 stars. Lack of dried fruit, coffee served in the carafe.
The highlight of this hotel is really its location thanks to this we were able to fully enjoy Venice in addition to the month of January it is the best to be quiet in the streets.
Fortunately we paid that rate because it's really not worth €500 per night.

The hotel was wonderful however make sure your travel agency gives you a good map to find the place. Google maps fail, local directions fail…

I've come to the conclusion after staying in many hotels in Italy that 4 star is not the same as 4 star in New Zealand! The front desk staff here are very friendly, the room was fine, dated, but bigger then most we have stayed in across Italy. It was ideally located to the main sites.

Charming hotel, full breakfast, nice location away from tourists. However, the room was very poorly insulated and we heard all the passages and conversations of the Italians. The comfort of the beds is not exceptional.

Better if you book on the website of the hotel, it is more expensive but the room will be spectacular on another page you risk being put in a minihabitacion… If you're going to be rulando all day you'll get the same… But if it is your honeymoon or something like that Laosca is superior…

Confirtable and clean.

Beautiful hotel, very central & despite all the quiet, very clean, delicious breakfast, from our room we had a wonderful view of the canal, very nice and helpful service… we will be happy to return!

Excellent location at 300 meters from San Marcos. Very quiet room, great bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Attentive staff. I recommend it. Unique paste: There are rooms that overlook Q directly to the dining room. Be attentive xq se fice q are noisier.

Very central but quiet hotel.

Great Central Hotel. If you take care in advance which room you get, the stay is worth 5 stars. Breakfast very extensive and the staff particularly friendly. The hotel is easily reachable by a water taxi and therefore does not carry a suitcase. Highly recommended.

The hotel was highly recommended by our travel agent. She booked a Classic room for us back in May for travel in October. When we arrived at the hotel we were assigned a small, smelly room on the 3rd floor (elevator to 2nd floor and a steep flight of steps up to the room). The double bed in the room was tucked between two walls making it impossible to enter the bed from the sides. The only access was from the foot of the bed. The room was at the top of the building so the ceiling was partially slanted making it impossible to stand in certain parts of the already tiny room. When porter brought us into the room, I requested that we be moved to a Classic room which we reserved and not this attic room that was assigned. The porter called the front desk and put me on the line. The desk clerk said we would have to spend the 1st night in this room and he would see if he could move us the next day. I had the porter take our bags down to the lobby and was transferred over to the manager by the desk clerk. After looking over the available rooms the manager said that he would upgrade us to a Superior room at no extra charge. We were shown to a rather remote Classic room which we accepted after the initial nightmare room assigned. It was not a Superior room as the manager stated. Additionally, during the stay we found the staff to be very unfriendly. No smiles or friendly greetings in the lobby or breakfast room.

This hotel had friendly staff and we'll maintained facilities. I liked that. The breakfast was mediocre at best and I barely fit inot the shower. Had I dropped the soap, I would have had to get out to pick it up.

The hotel is ten minutes away from San Marco. The hotel is definitely not 4 star standard although it does have the potential to be. The bathroom door had to be forced shut and was jamming. Not good when you have a five year old. Breakfast served between 7 — 10am, it was decent, but the staff were in a hurry to clean up at 10:30am. Air-condition only had cold air during summer even though the thermostat said up to 30 degrees. Towels in the bathroom had a dry clean smell to it, and some make up stain. Expected a lot more from the hotel that is charging about £500 a night.

The location was fantastic easily accessible to everything.
Although our private transfer watertaxi did not drop us in the canal right near the hotel we had to negotiate our way through the crowds at the hottest and busiest part of the day. 15 minutes of walking with two large suitcases was not easy when it was a little tricky to find.
Our room was lovely but not the room I thought we had booked and paid for. No view at all no canal view nothing …
The staff were helpful and I did raise my concerns when we were placed in a ground floor room right next to the entry door with a loud buzzer each time you entered and a very heavy door slamming entering the building. It was VERY loud especially at 2:30.3;45.4:20 AM! when people were leaving the hotel and talking so loudly also!
To top it off the cleaners started at 5;45 on this particular day so we had no sleep at all as we had to leave at 7;30 am!
We were shown two other rooms we could ve changed to but would've cost us an extra 50 Euro per night!
Overall I can say the location was the best part of the hotel experience.

The hotel was so lovely had a lovely bottle of wine on arrival, employees were very helpful and friendly but the highlight of the hotel has to be the breakfast bar. If you do stay make sure you don't miss their pancake machine.

Centrally located… near St. Mark's Square and many places of interest… easy to reach with ferries, stop San Zaccaria or just San Marco… great breakfast… nice staff… good cleanliness!

This hotel, 5 minutes to the Piazza San Marco (St Marks Square), for Venice, the hotel is very clean, large room, very spacious. Breakfast for each person, there are many styles of food. Staff were very helpful. If you are in Venice, I was willing to stay in this hotel. Very impressive.

Great location with friendly helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. For some reason the Wi-Fi did not reach our room, but the staff were helpful and as it couldn't be fixed quickly we were given a different (and better) room :)

Location was perfect (5 min walk to San Marco). Staff was great for recommendations and suggestions. Breakfast was very crowded, but well stocked. Room was much smaller than pictured, but luxurious. Only major issue was outdoor room buzzer very audible throughout the night.

Be careful here. Staff gave us a "free" tour for MURANO for glass blowing and tour. This was a scam, they tried to sell overpriced glass and then dumped us in an alley and closed the door when we did not buy. The hotel was in on this deception. Internet only works in lobby or maybe lobby building not across the alley where we were. Lost one of my bags eventually found, I think they may have been in process if going through it. Not trustworthy.

Not you fooled by photos published, because although they are not assemblies, just show them that are good. Us us mandaraon to a building adjacent to the hotel, you have enabled for "hotel" where rooms are ridiculous, at least that we gave to us. Instead of being a four star room, it seemed a pension by the small that was and the bathroom was prefabricated, separated from the room by a screen of plasterboard. The next day we complain and they gave us another without putting any impediment. The truth is that this room was already better, but when the Cabinet gave us was no door and the had there dismantled with the entire tool pulled over there. A disaster will be. The situation was curious because when we hire hotels in Rome, Florence and Venice, we love the latter by the presence that showed in the photos, but it was by far the worst of all. I already had heard that hotels in Italy, despite having the same star that in Spain they were worse service and quality, but when I have seen it for myself, this hotel in Spain would not be more than two stars.

Perfect location 5 min from san marcos and quiet at night, excellent and in the Spanish attention.

Our quad had two separate bedrooms, very comfortable, with a lovely decor. Hotel is minutes away from St Mark's Square, once you learn how to get there (easiest way is coming from the southwest corner of nearby church plaza). Breakfast was fantastic, the eggs that they charge for were the weakest part the breakfast, and not worth paying extra for. Will stay with them again.
