The mini-hotel "Economy Class"Price corresponds to the quality. You don't expect much. Huge plus that shower and toilet is your own! The hotel is for those who walk all day, and the room comes only to spend the night.

Nice Hotel, close to the station and convenient to the center, friendly staff, possibility of luggage storage… In short, just to sleep, there is, but many are the flaws, especially in cleanliness, both the rooms and common parts. I don't know about you, but if I pay, I want and at least demand hygiene.

Unfortunately Despite the great location does not guarantee a stable Wi fi even in the areas where they declare it.
It is Not permissible in my opinion a standard breakfast service from 08.00. The breakfast served before the Doorman still offers does not have to be a favor since many travelers for business or delight often depart early.
For The Room the level is sufficient.

Clean. Nice staff. They charge you 3.5e per person and tax day. Seagulls don't stop screaming all night. Breakfast does not reach the approved.

This place is very near to Railway station in Venice. Walkable distance only. Room is quite small for single, better to take double room if you are coming together.

We were asked to pay an extra 14 Euro for tax in cash when we arrived. Not sure if that’s legit. Anyway hotel is dated like the other reviews said. It is quite noisy. And the TV is very small old school set. But it was in Italian only she said. The was clean. Staff seems nice.

Perfect for relatively low budget, few minutes away from the train station. Wifi only in the common area on the ground floor and conditioner was not working in the room.

I enjoyed my stay good shower breakfast and very friendly receptionist Emma was fab and polite very professional too. She made my stay enjoyable. And cosy I guarantee the room has plug sockets and shower is not small plus was clean Great location.

Stayed for business reasons. Exaggeratedly bad reviews or I'm lucky? By reading I went with the anxiety instead I found a clean room, maybe for three slightly small but comfortable, comfortable beds, well obscued, outdated TV is true but not even lit. You are in Venice you have time to watch TV at home! Bathroom is a very nice and clean room. Maybe the breakfast in the morning a bit poor, there was no choice of brioche. I do not know if they were fresh pastry but in that case I have eaten better, little instead of the salty choice. But overall I would say really good and 5 minutes from the trains. Hopefully also in the next few times I'll be back!

Never been in a hotel (if so we want to call it) in a state of degradation that, the stations under the bridges where the Closchard sleep… are suites!

The rooms are girls, and the breakfast is scarce. The good thing is Q is very clean and at least in the room Q I touched there was no humidity, something Q usually happens in Venice.

You have excellent service. And it's quite cozy.

Location: San Croce neighborhood… which is nice. It's away from the crush of tourists, but close enough to be a relatively short walk from San Marco. Room: very small and very dated. Mine had a large, portable Ac/dehumidifying unit in it, with the large exhaust tube shoved out the window… which was open, with no screen. Room was clean enough, but in desperate need of an update. Doors are super thin. Luckily it was pretty quiet generally… otherwise the noise would penetrate into the rooms easily. Staff: friendly and helpful enough. Breakfast: fairly minimal, but standard for Italian hotels. Verdict: if you can get a great deal, it may be worth a shot, but likely spend a few extra euros and stay in a nicer option.

Aged but it was a cheap place to sleep. It was amazing in it's day I am sure.

Room was expensive and small. The walls and doors are made out of plastic and it sounds like a caravan.

Standard hotel. Fairly clean. Friendly staff. Wifi only in common areas though. Close to Firenze Santa Lucia station which is a bonus!

Nice rooms. Older style and great location. Staff was very courteous but never went above and beyond. Wifi in the lobby. To stay 2 hours past checkout, I had to pay for a full extra night.

I have to anadre Monday with my class but as I have explained and sent photos The rooms are disgusting, I hope to be well, because if we are of the school and we are tourists we must find ourselves PK if you go to an unknown place you have to have the joy of returning a else At times, this Hotel really sucks.

Staff friendly and helpful, cleaning rooms sometimes completely absent, the towels had a stale smell. The structure is affected by the years, it definitely needs a restoration and the addition of dehumidifiers to avoid the reappearance of the mould. The breakfast is lacking, the croissants dry and the juice watered down. However, for one night, it is bearable.

Apart from the home that is perfect, the hotel isn't great. Noisy rooms, breakfast awful. Damage as well located.

The room was dirty, we found hair in the sheets, towels was stained, miserable breakfast, croissants, halved and hard, to be able to use the TV they asked me 10 euros for the remote. A shame!

They had already warned us that if we are looking for a hotel in Venice it would be small and expensive (for a local expectations).
At the beginning we had reserved two nights at hotel Atlantide, but when we said at the reception that was our honeymoon, (very friendly) director told us that it was a smaller room, and that as a courtesy of the hotel we offered at the same price a larger in another hotel room.
The hotel is located in a quiet river, is not a tourist area, so the atmosphere is very nice.
The room is located on the first floor (no elevator), when you open the door you meet a narrow carpeted staircase (such as walls), which continues to rise up to the room. There are two chairs, two bedside tables with two drawers each one, a small wardrobe and bedside table (CRT) television. All very classic furniture, carpeted floor and wallpapered walls help make the room look even smaller. The window of the room gives to the kitchen of the building across the street (to 1 meter distance). Nothing overlooks the Rio Marin.
The bathroom is narrow, with a small window. It has hair dryer, shower and toilet.
The receptionist doing the morning shift is very friendly and attentive, but may not be the same in the afternoon.
In general the feeling is not good, since decoration doesn't help, but above all what hurts is the value for money. In Venice, everything is very expensive.

… once I was in a hotel with three-star hotels that had pools, Wi-Fi, TV and space. In my Quad (big as a bathroom) there are 4 beds and a corridor to spend down aligned to how tight. The TV does not work because the wires are all mangiucchiati. The only 2 towels that were there were dirty. We cannot charge our phones because there are 3 outlets 4. Two even in the bathroom, one on top of the can, advise against, and the other over the sink. That the Council as well to turn the alarm off you have to get up to strength. —. … I'm just saying that from my side of the bed there is a bulb that does not work because the plug is not plugged in. But I don't doubt it: there is! It seems an outlet jn around.

The Hotel was a disaster! The shower worked hardly, in the beds were insects to find and you could get the bathroom door didn't shut off! —. —

In our room the beds where comfy and the room was reasonably clean. But the wall paper was falling off, the shutters paint was peeling, the shower didn't work properly: it either came out boiling hot or ice cold and also came out in a dribble. In addition the room came with no air conditioning as it did not have the remote because it was deliberately removed from the room before we got there (to save money in 30 oC heat also I know this as the remote had the room number on its self) and had to ask for it from reception. The hotel had no Wi-Fi to offer! instead offered an extortionate internet service from the down stairs lobby using there computers. The breakfast was pretty bad with tiny plates about 3" in diameter and with limited food option's: no hot food or meat. To sum up my experience crap! just dont bother its worth the extra to avoid the hotel also its closer to a 10-15 minute walk.

This hotel is listed as 3-stars which is extremely deceiving. It should be no more than 1 star, if that. The room was a total dump, the walls and celings were peeling and patched with duct tape, it looked nothing like it does online and you can forget a restful night sleep with non-functioning AC and all of the noise outside. Also the bathroom reeked of raw sewage. We lasted no more than 5 hours before checking out and finding a different hotel. We strongly recommend Hotel Antiche Figure (also located in Santa Croce) for about 50 euros more which is listed as 3-star but should really be 5. They accomodated us last minute giving us a superior room at a standard room price, they are extremely helpful, rooms are gorgeous and clean, breakfast is wonderful and staff will assist with any need.
