It is a beautiful hotel with a classic and elegant decor, very cozy and the staff is fantastic, always trying to help. During our stay we experienced the typical flooding, that is to say the "acqua alta", and it is not as bad as many think. They are very prepared for this, since operations from accustomed and as I was going to have water in the hotel even served us breakfast in the room. It was a stay truly wonderful. As negative points I can only say that the breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel, the water of the shower had little pressure and the maids not replenished the soaps, body milk, shampoo etc that had been spent. But all in all I would recommend this hotel to all who want to complete their vacation in Venice with a good hotel in the center.

Great breakfast with wide choice between sweet gluttony and savoury delicacies. I thank Mrs Olga so much, helpful and, to say the least, lovable. If your destination is Venice I highly recommend it, five stars deserved! Thanks for everything.

Just made a return visit. Lovely hotel in a very convenient location — so easy to get around Venice. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and concierge. Very clean and welcoming and a lovely little garden to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. — в городе Венеция.

Amazing hotel. The location is second to none. Rooms are high class boutique. But a good hotel is more than interiors and Palazetto Madonna adds great service and personality. Just one night into our stay I just love the place!

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The location was great! Only a short walk away from the major attractions. The restaurants and shops are good too. We had a great time!

We've loved our time here at Palazzetto Madonna! We received a free bottle of prosecco during our stay and loved sitting out in the garden area. The breakfast is great and will have you fueled for a day off walking through Venice. Our room had a view of a side canal and was very spacious with a great shower!

The terrace of the hotel is top, whether at breakfast or at aperitif.

Perhaps one of the most beautiful hotels in Venice (boutique hotel)

Hotel Palazzetto Madonna was our first stop during our Italy length of our Europe Honeymoon this past February 2018. They were very helpful with us, even with a super late check in time. Breakfast was very good, with an amazing garden that we could not really use in the morning because it was very cold but nice to watch. The room was looking right to a canal and you definitely felt in Venice because of it. Location is fantastic, because you are not in the main hub, but steps away from the waterbus, which makes transportation super easy at all times, and you are not bothered with huge crowds all the time. There is a main mirror in front of the bed, which is actually a TV! Yeah, mindblown with design. Overall, we had a great experience here and would definitely come back.

Nice decoration, however, Aircon not working. Stench of the canal floods the room when window is opened. Did not expect this from a 4 star hotel. Also, lots of mosquitoes in the room.

Great hotel. Great prices. The room was quite large and beautiful with Venetian glass chandeliers and fixtures. A bottle of prosecco was delivered upon arrival. The included breakfast was great as well. Its location: quiet and quaint. While not on the Grand Canal, it is only 2 minutes from it and a water-bus stop. That made it not crowded and noisy, yet fantastically situated for getting around. There is a smaller canal just outside the entrance though and if you really wanted, could maybe get dropped off by water-taxi. The walk to S. Marco Square took 10-15 minutes across the Rialto Bridge or about the same via the water-buses. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this centrally located hotel and would stay again.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms where exceptonally beautiful with little extra touches like electrical curtains, TV hidden in a huge mirror and light that changed color in the shower. The social area outside the suite was amazing with beautiful interior with glas details typical of Venice. We had a nice view over the canal and a small balcony. The location was great, close to the station, nice shops and resturants. It feelt like a five star Hotel if only the breakfast had had some more options, however the freshly squized juice was delicious as well as their coffee. I would absolutely recomend visitors to stay there.

I booked this hotel as our splurge hotel on our honeymoon and I cannot rave enough about the Palazzetto Madonna. It’s as gorgeous in person as it is in the pictures. TV’s are hidden behind the mirrors. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The bedroom and bathroom décor is luxe with Hermes toiletries for your use. (My only complaint is that all the hotels we stayed at in Italy – the mattresses are extremely firm and washcloths are not available). Breakfast is included and it’s amazingly delicious! Mostly cold meats, cheese, fruit, pastry, vegetable quiche. There is also “American breakfast” which we were shown, scrambled eggs and bacon. Honestly, just skip it and enjoy the main show because the quiche, meats & cheese and croissants were out of this world. The hotel recommended we eat at Osteria La Patatina a San Polo for dinner which was a short walk away and it was amazing! Everything was so good and very affordable. It doesn’t matter what you pick, it’s all bellissimo! Try the seafood antipasto, seared tuna, and the Liquirizia (liquorice) liquor after dinner; and say hi to our favorite waiter, Claudio for us! I picked this hotel because it’s close to all major points of interest, it’s really easy to walk everywhere so don’t be afraid to explore. Our room windows opened onto the courtyard. We didn’t get to enjoy the courtyard because it rained the whole time we were there, so it’s the only thing I can’t comment on.

Beautiful 4 star hotel located in a quiet but ideal to reach all points of interest in the room with all the comforts a great breakfast service and hospitality.

Worst customer service and the pictures are about as fluffed up as they can be. Spend the same money to stay at a nicer hotel and closer to the city center.
