Very nice old house with big rooms.

Very good bed & breakfast place!

This hotel is inhospitable to say the least. To save 100 euros we had: a room full of spiders and cobwebs, rusty towel warmers, missing some nozzles of the bath jets and the silicone of the same full of mold, a hole in the breath, you could not open the windows at the first morning because they looked out into the common courtyard where people had breakfast. I was ashamed of my wife as I had given her the trip to Venice for her 30th birthday. Avoid if you don't want to ruin your holiday.

My family and I slept in this hotel for one night during our stay in Venice. The hotel, which is in a great location, makes it easy to get around the city. The room was nice and the bathroom was provided with everything you needed, the only flaw was the bed, very uncomfortable… Despite this the owners were available and came to meet us to try to fix the problem. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired and there is a choice between the sweet and salty one.

Small hotel in a strategic position, just a few minutes from Ponte Rialto and S. Marco. Quiet Hotel, basic but clean rooms. To definitely improve the breakfast.

The reception was very bad. There's no staff. Then all very well. Normal breakfast and Wi-Fi normal.

Worst hotel ever! The pictures of the rooms on the website do not match in any way with the rooms in reality. Especially rooms in the groundfloor have a lot of mold on the walls (bedroom and extremly in the bathroom) due to very high humidity since they are close to the water. The bed was dirty and full of hair. The TV is broken, the shower is broken and full of mold. Toilettpaper was already wet from the high humidity. The air in the rooms smells like an old house. After one night from expected four nights we left the hotel and searched for a comfortable one. We had to pay for the whole 4 nights although one of us had an alercic reaction due to the mold. In the new hotel we heard that the owner of the hotel is a rich man who is too stingy to refurbish the hotel.
STAY AWAY from this hotel! There are far better hotels in venecia.

Part time management, the owner goes away and leaves the hotel to return to us the next morning. But this may not be a negative point. In fact it is still available by phone and always leaves a thought which can be a hot tea for the guests cold. Great breakfast and good value for money. Also great location to get to all the places to see in Venice. If it happens we will gladly return.

You can walk 5 minute and do all things in downtown and all calle are small like the hotel. Forget luxury and wide hall.

Not bad but not exactly contemporary.

The hotel is very well located close to the Vaporetto, the airport shuttle and 15 min from San Marco Square.
Staff very friendly, breakfast ok everything is good. Housework done every day
Our room was a little rundown and would deserve a small renovation but excellent value for money for a week in July.
Room equipped with air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.

One couple bed is made by two single bed! Can't find any hotel staff in reception.

View €256 for two nights on booking we have book, at our arrival does not deserve the name of hotel bathroom unsanitary up with Scotch painter shower curtain too small room that ended in the pool after a shower + lack of toilet carpet The room stained smell of humidity, breakfast infects the sanitary limits and to top it all you are asked if the room should be made result of return at the end of the day nothing to move bed not made towel wet still in the bidet to you to see But looking for there's probably better.

The rooms are quite acceptable. Breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety. The location is good but it is far from the train terminal, if you want to get loaded suitcases it is very difficult to get to.

The location is great, quite and central of san polo. The staff are kind, friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean gorgeous. Good for couple stay up to 3 days.

Good hotel to spend the night and have breakfast. It has no food or dinner and the breakfast is a bit fair. The service is friendly. The only great drawback I can put is that in Room 9 (in which I find myself staying) you will hear the noise from the boiler in the room that is next door and can be a bit annoying.

The room was okay. Breakfast, however, is an impudence. Everything looked old and smelled like. The coffee was burnt… Bottom line: For the price okay, rooms are nice.

Great value for money. Comfortable rooms, only fault the carpet not clean and with a few patches. Friendly and helpful Manager. Other small downside to the "Hall" for breakfast virtually non existent so few places available and very little space, but for a star I think you can't ask for more. Otherwise a pleasant discovery, for short stays.

Nice place to stay. You'll need to walk a bit to reach there though. Please check the maps before if you are going in the night. I didn't see the manager over there for 2 days, my keys were dropped in the postbox in front of the hotel, bit weird but still I liked the rest part of it.

The hotel is the one of the cheapest hotels and works for one night stay. We took a quadruple room for around 70 Euro. It was really tough to find the hotel especially in the night, but the hotel guy was kind enough to make us reach there through SMS ;) Ambience of the room is good. The services here are relatively okayish, as there is no one at the reception when we reached, but the keys were kept at the reception. The air conditioning system is kind of messed up and no one was there to help us in the night. But overall, if you are looking for a cheap hotel for 1 night, this is the way.
