Amazing hotel in a quiet neighbourhood near to the bus and train stations. Room was clean, spacious and comfy and overall the experience was excellent. The staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great location close to the port and main bus & train transport terminals Spotless and beautifully maintained B&B in a quiet area but all the main attractions in Venice can be reached on foot. Piazzale Roma, Venezia Santa Lucia railway station and vaperetto stops are all within 10 minutes walk. Located overlooking well maintained gardens and breakfast area on balcony overlooking gardens is idyllic. A good quality continental breakfast is provided. Rooms are well furnished, air conditioned and have en suite facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the overall ambience is excellent.

A nice little hotel. The hotel is located not far from Piazzale Roma, the train station and the departures of practically all vaporettos. Really handy. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful to take if it is nice on the terrace. It is very nice to be under the wisteria in bloom with the singing of the birds. The hotel is located in a quiet little street. It is only 20 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco via the Rialto Bridge. The reception in French by the staff is appreciable. The staff are very nice and always smiling. This hotel is tastefully decorated which makes it pleasant and cosy. Ratio/quality is really correct for the benefit. We are delighted.

Everything was great… we were in the apartment on the ground floor clean and cozy… friendly staff… quiet and great area to visit the city. I recommend it.

Perfect 1 night stay. Easy 10 minute walk from the bus terminal. Ramps over 2 of the 3 bridges. Quiet location. 10 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. Excellent breakfast. No lift however.

Great hotel. Good location, 15 minutes walk to St. Marks Square and Rialto bridge. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is great. Concierges are really nice and overall service is excelent.

Quiet breakfast on the outdoor terrace, clean rooms and cosy ambience.

The location is good, but you have to walk some minutes to get to the center of Venice, which I didnt mind. The rooms are very clean with Wi-Fi available free. There is a TV and a mini bar, the bathroom has everything you would need including a hair dryer. Breakfasts are tasty with freshly baked pastry and good coffee with a variety of cheese and cold cuts They are served on a terrace overlooking adjacent gardens. It is nice to sit and enjoy your food listening to the birds and bells.
A well kept small garden welcomes you in the evenings after a day of walking.
The lovely girls who keep the hotel are very welcoming and help in every way.
The place is worth visiting and is a home away from home.
