Fabulous location near the waterfront where Vivaldi once taught orphans. Loved the shared dormitory with only six beds on beautiful marble floors.

Excellent location, is close to St. Mark's Square the service is very good.

Cons: showers (broken doors), no lockers or enough cabinet space in some of the 6-bed rooms, out of order lift. Pros: location, friendly staff and the most amazing building. For the price (expensive for hostel room) I expected a bit more of the showers and wish I had a locker. But the building is very pretty, the terrace view is amazing.

Amazing location, easy to get everywhere. The rooms were simple but nice and the service was very polite and helpful. The only bad thing was the shower was so backed up it kept almost overflowing.

Great location… nice staff… good breakfast… clean and spacious sitting areas and rooms… large cupboards… overall id stay here again… economical… needs hooks in the bathrooms.

Central location, shared rooms and bathrooms both clean and treated with great care. It was a pleasure to stay here, also due to the hearty and delicious breakfasts! I will definitely be back!

Venice is expensive. This place is not. So set your expectations accordingly. Good location, though I'd say you'd be hard-pressed to find a "poor location" in tiny Venice. When I checked-in, they insisted on cash-only payment, even though I could clearly see a credit card machine on the back desk. Shower had mould and mildew. Cleaning staff threw away my slippers, but fortunately they recovered them from the trash the next morning.

Staff are nice but they can be very vague. The hotel/hostel is meant to be very quiet but the walls and doors are very thin so they can be very noisy. If you like a party this is not the place for you. The provide towels which is good but breakfast has a very short and early window. Not good if you've just spent the night at a club. They don't have a kitchen which sucks but you can make do bacuase there are cheap places near by you only have to look on yelp. Rooms are nice but the beds are very creakyfor a place that is meant to be quiet.

It is quite spacious, clean, and pleasant. Do not fear the fact of having a shared bathroom… There are many bathrooms. I never came across with anyone. It is not nothing cheap, but saves you a lot of time and money-its location: on the steps of the Ducal palace. The breakfast is good without being spectacular. Recommended.

Wonderful Ambiente, Rooms very nice, personell very friendly. Little Breakfast delicious. Bathrooms at Floor are clean. We are very satisfied.

Located in a very central area, a few minutes from St. Mark's Square. Courteous, helpful and always present staff. Clean and bright rooms; numerous were shared bathrooms.
Tasty Italian breakfast (milk, cappuccino, rusks and butter, various jams, brioches)
