It was really a surprise. Great location, friendly, friendly, helpful and professional staff. I'd just live there to go and have breakfast every morning like I'm home. The ladies were very kind and caring, I have never found so much friendliness in any other hotel in Italy and abroad. Go there is very convenient if you need only overnight.

Located structure where to find everything (supermarket, pharmacy, ATMs and stop actv…) and move anywhere. Clean and soundproof rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Try again.

Hotel very very difficult to find if you arrive in the evening, no bright sign, black shop window, in short a real ordeal to find but well located next to the Santa Lucia station and for the shuttle boats.
Clean but very small rooms, really tiny bathrooms. Clean bedding.
Friendly staff. Promiscuity in the morning for lunch or we're squeezed like sardines. Overnight at 130 euros. Expensive value for money, especially since we had a room on street very very noisy… really I don't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is located on a busy street, which you can walk slowly and enjoy the views of beautiful Venice! They chose the hotel at the price and distance from the bus station. Distance from the main square was not so worried.
Indeed, from the station we walked about 15 minutes from the station, the hotel was found right away.
At the front desk a lovely guy works, immediately put us on arrival. We were taking a room with our own shower outside the room but apparently the hotel wasn't full and we stayed for just 1 night, he gave us a room with its own bathroom.
The room was on the ground floor, the view from the windows was not important to us. The main room was clean, comfortable bed and hot water.
The next day we left equally in the morning and left the hotel at 6am. For the first time I meet that not rations with themselves give, and for us personally covered breakfast! Idea? Juice, coffee, pastries, slicing sausages and cheese, egg! We had a great breakfast and took the bus. Thank you for that! Be sure to go back!

Spending the night overnight is a good option. However, breakfast is purely symbolic — coffee and croissant.

All of Venice is a tourist trap so there's no way we expected to find a really good deal there. However, we were pleasantly just surprised to meet an actual Venetian behind the front desk who gave us the inside track to some of the best food we had — as well as the namesake dog on the Wi-Fi password. Front desk allowed us to check-in early, and even rearranged our room so that we could be closer together. Consider bringing earplugs as it's on a main thoroughfare which is full of loud college students at night, but it is close to a fantastic supermarket which is full of great Italian goodies. Can't beat the location, and while the breakfast left a bit to be desired, we've had far worse and paid far more in other places. One tip for travelers is that this hotel is shockingly close to the train station so it's perfect for coming into Venice. If you are going to the cruise terminal, however, be sure to spend a bit of extra money and take the DIRECT shuttle ferry to the cruise terminal.

Family Hotel, no luxuries or rimbombancias. It has everything you need, cleanliness, order, tranquility… The rooms are small but they have large comfy beds. Good place and is also economically affordable.

Near the station good atmosphere excellent attention from there you can see all Venice.

Location is great, it is just located beside train and bus station. Only few minutes walking distance, but the lobby is quite small, not easy to find. The breakfast is simple, choices are very limited. I like the window, open it and view the tourist busy to and pro. Overall, I am happy to stay in the hotel for my 4 nights. In front the hotel, it is a cafe house, price is reasonable and tasty. Need to pay city tax, 4 persons 4 nights total charge us 16 Euro.

Hotel in a strategic point of Venice, friendly staff, good breakfast, structure a bit outdated but the rooms are OK.

It is hard to say why we so much enjoyed staying at this small hotel. The room was ok, The complementary breakfast was ok, (a staff member watched to be sure you did not eat too much LOL). The sound of travelers dragging their luggage was ever present. The windows overlooked the narrow street, across was where residents lived and loved. Food and shops were right outside the door. Everything about Venice was magic and we were enchanted.

Fantastic place to enjoy Venice! It's one of the last few places situated in the Historic Center of the city with cheap prices. Nicolò, the director, is available for everything you need, awesome!

A clean and convenient located hotel if you are on your way or coming from a cruise and in transit by train. Only a nice 30 min walk to the St Mark's Place. (If you wonder where the shower is on your room, it's across your entrance hallway, opposite the bathroom… yes abit aqward but it's fine. Clean room and friendly staff.

This hotel is very near to to Train station and water ferry station is also near. Comfortable rooms and very friendly staff …

Convenient to the station and the center unpretentious.

Rooms very small. Showers are very small. If you have more than a 44 inch waist forget about fitting through the shower door. Very friendly staff. Rooms and bedding have a peculiar smell. Good continental style breakfast comes with. Eating area is small and crowded. No eggs.

Good value for Venice. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast that was included was fine. Our room had its own bathroom. The room was small but clean and fine for pre cruise.

Great location by the bus station. Very small and tight. AC doesn't get turned on until summer time here in June, so it's hot in the rooms unless you open a window. But if you open a window, mosquitoes will come in. There's no screens on the windows.

I checked in last week of march, not the worst and not the best but then again its Venice everything is in compact spaces. Staff was friendly. Very accessible to everything.

Good location close to train station / bus / boat, easy access. Wi-Fi.
Staff making its possible, as little amendment, probably need it solicit them and don't be shy. (the cup of cappuccino is a bit small for lunch, but it is proposed that one, and we had no Council of visit)
The 45 room seems damp with mold around the window and in the bathroom (normal in Venice? ) over its maintenance is unrelated to pictures found on the internet of the other rooms.
Italian TV, the satellite for the french, only to see France24.
We have suffered the night a noise annoying engine and ventilation (origin? )
The price of 89 euros per night (with breakfast) seems right in Venice.

Pro: Next to train, bus, boat station, friendly staff, low prices. Cons: Lift not working.

Good value for money. The rooms are comfortable, the location is good, walking distance from the train station and not far from piazzale Roma. Also nearby the vaporetto stop!
Helpful staff. The breakfast is plentiful!

Very comfortable. Host always busy watching TV. Don't speak french unlike what is announced. Room overlooking a courtyard in refrigerated rooms that fire every five minutes.

A fine Budget Hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Night staff member was rude and not helpful at all. AC didn't work and it gets hot in the room without AC and can't leave window open because of so many mosquitos. Wifi didn't work when needed and I had to go to a restaurant to book flights and hotel for next stop.

I stayed at the moor of Venice on 22 February at the Carnival, I found it very good value for money, good location for arriving by train the closeness to the vaporetto and the cleanliness of the premises.
