Good place. Clean and comfortable. Good location in relation to the train. Highly recommended.

For few nights it's fine. Nothing special, very old style hotel, but in Venice all hotels are similar.

A cozy hotel with small rooms. Located very close to Venice's railway station almost on the very shores of the Grand Canal. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The bathroom is narrow and long, but it is all adapted for the convenience of the living. Breakfast buffet. They offer cereals, yoghurts, juice, coffee, jams and especially delicious croissants.

Hotel Florida is the main check in hotel for my room. The front desk is very easy to find and pleasant to work with. They were also very responsive to any questions we had and provided all the services we needed.

Nice hotel very close to the main rail station. No street noise despite the central location.

Our room was on 2nd floor; being able to use stairs was explained in the hotel description. Our room, 27, was clean, bright and airy. Not so big, but we were in Venice to sight-see, not laze in our room.
The Wi-Fi worked well, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was cleaned well. The location is great and the hotel was quiet.

Very poor service n attitude, staff very rude and behave like obligating is by serving. Hotel staff not allowed to pass complain to boss n manager; refuse to give name too!

Not quite up to the standards of your average chain hotel. Decor is a bit dated. Cheap, with a very good location.

There is no lift and that can make it difficult to transfer with the suitcases, more if the room is on the 2 floor.

Very good relation cost benefit in Carnival season that the costs are high. Very close to the railway station of Santa Lucia. Comfortable rooms.

Lnos taste, location, near the e stacion and in the middle of everything. Very friendly people but we were on second floor staircase and no one helped us with the suitcases clean and small room.

All very well. The Wi-Fi works everywhere. Clean and simple. Overheating. The only issue is the noise from the street but the windows have double glass, it is something that has to solve the city hall. Very close to the train station.

・if spacious family room with amenities. Clean, tidy, not expensive, warm! The night is quiet. Breakfast was very good. In 5 minutes on arrival at the railway station you leave suitcases in this and hotel and already walk in Venice.

The room is a little too outdated and too hot. For the price I paid from 30 2017 to 2 2018 it seems excessive the price is the breakfast rather basic… friendly staff… great Location.

For a 2 star hotel it is like a 3 star hotel. Except there isnt any lift.

The hotel is a 1 min walk from the grand canal and 5 min walk from the bus station. The man at the reception was very helpful. Was delighted to get great take away breakfast when we were leaving in the morning before the official breakfast timings. Surely a recommended place because of the helpful and courteous staff and its proximity to grand canal and the bus station.

Great location, better than average breakfast, large well equipped ensuit bathroom, hotel decor a little to shabby to be chic, and no air con or a fan, but I did enjoy my stay and think it's a good budget option for Venice.

It's like an upmarket hostel in its vibe. Good value by venician standards. Small TV with hundreds of stations, a handful in English. Comfortable beds, made daily. Basic but sufficient continental buffet breakfast (fresh croissants, hot drinks, cereals etc). It's not a hotel you're going to spend all your time in but that's fine really, more time to explore Venice! Absolutely fabulous (and affordable restaurant right next to it with 2.5 courses for €12. Staff are fabulously friendly and give it an extra star alone! Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was fine if you only need to stay for one night or two.

Relatively affordable price — correct room — not terrible on the other hand to keep these luggage until the room is ready "a simple shelf with a curtain"

The Staff.

This hotel is about a 2 min walk from the train station, this place is great for travelers looking for a budget stay. You will get a basic room with a bed, ac, and towels in the bathroom. No shampoo or soap. They provided free breakfast, which was bread, cereal, croissants, jam, and juices/ coffee. The croissant tasted home made. Wifi only works down stairs. They also have free baggage storage All in all a good stay for travelers traveling by train considering the location, free breakfast and baggage storage.

Very comfortable hotel for those who arrive in Venice by train. The facility is a bit old but the basic amenities are there. The staff is nice and helpful. They also allow luggage storage even after check-out.

Room was dirty. Lights fixtures with 1/4 inch of dust. Bed was literally as hard as a rock, my wife had to sleep ontop of 4 extra pillows. Wifi only in the lobby, why? They make enough money to get a real router to reach everywhere! The shower is a complete joke! Someone here described it perfectly, "an oversized bi-level sink! Almost broke my butt just standing in it. Half elevated and super small. All the shelving were coming off the wall and nothing would stand straight. They change the towels once every 3 days… really? I have traveled to many places in Europe and Asia and always received fresh clean towels daily! The main lobby floor is sunk in and when you step off the last step from the second floor you almost fall down. Not even their front door opens correctly because of the dip in the floor. Breakfast was horrible. If others review this hotel as good, they are out of their minds! Never again!

Hotel was in quite a good location being close to the station and just next to the grand canal but the rooms were unclean and many people in our group got bedbugs.

Hotel in a strategic position both for trains, both airport, both for its location to various ferries, both for its proximity to the city. Great room, nice, quiet, convenient, quality service, comfort and friendliness of the staff. Great value for money. Only fault is the Wi-Fi reception very bad. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this place for 2 nights, very dingy rooms, there was a weird smell coming from the room all the time, no Wi-Fi in the room, the bed was in the worst possible condition, it wasn't worth the money they were charging. The rooms and the hotel all over is in need of a renovation as its too old and musty. Would never stay here again. The location is the only positive point about this place, very near the train station. The breakfast was okay too.

Great location for visiting Venice, great prices (85/night). Breakfast plentiful and good. Big room and very clean. Hotel, although it is full, it's quiet. It has an excellent privacy. Outside the hotel there are two local restaurants where you can eat very well, I went to "lance" cheaper prices. When I return to Venice definitely call here first.

Not fancy but very centrally located near Stazione Venezia de santa Lucia, main Vaporetto stops and not too far away from where the buses stop either (5 Euro each way to and from the airport — buy your ticket ahead of time). There no canal view but the management is pleasant, there's Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, breakfast is included and the rooms are warm in winter with high ceilings. A good bang for the buck. This hotel is very near the Grand Canal although you cant actually see the canal from the hotel. The room is ensuite but very small and we found the restaurant below and the street outside very noisy till pretty late at night. Not too bad though on a whole.
