They have to change the way of cleaning because when they vacuum u can year it in the other room and it's not possible to sleep.

It is located on the okraida of the city of Treviso. The rooms are new, cozy. Stayed by way for 2 nights. Delicious variety breakfast. Free pool. Nearby there is a large grocery store. The experience was spoiled by water from the ceiling, which began to pour at night due to problems in the room floor above. At the reception without unnecessary words and excuses exactly for one night gave a new number.

We spent two nights here. Loved the hotel itself, our apartments (room 130), breakfasts good (give desserts every day from fruit, all sorts of goodies). The rooms are clean, the TV shows 4 Russian channels. Wi-fi works smoothly. Everything was great!

Very good 4 start hotel, but is not half-board, only breakfast. The staf can not say thanks in the morning.

Excellent service and the staff The room was very clean, unique against the wallpaper and the window fixtures quite ruined.
All in all a very enjoyable experience.

My assessment only concerns the buffet lunch.
I happened to stop for lunch two consecutive days for work.
Contours all cold, from courgettes, to baked potatoes, from sausages, to breaded chicken breast.
Only the "first" hot, but not excellent.
The three stars are for the kindness of the staff, they would be two.

A very stylish hotel with a small indoor spa. The staff at the front desk greeted us with a smile and with a lot of friendliness. The room was clean spacious and adequate to our needs. Breakfast offered in the morning was plentiful both European and American. The hotel has parking spaces for all guests both indoors and outdoors. The all was spacious inside which there was a nice living room where you could spend a few minutes.

High quality Hotel, clean, very diligent and helpful staff. I took advantage of a daily offer which included a meal, a room and access to the Spa area, which I would definitely recommend. The SPA is not overly large, however it is well organized and practical. The interiors and furnishings are appreciable and make the environment more evocative and welcoming.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Located near train station. Breakfast was very good and a dinner in the hotel restaurant was also very good. It was pity that the pool and fitness room opens so late so training early in the morning before work is not possible.

Clean rooms courteous service at low prices. The hotel has a Bar, restaurant pizzeria, conference room and free parking. The staff was very helpful Treviso Airport not far away.

Got sent here by Ryanair after c ancelled flight. Very good reception, no fuss. Very nicely decorated rooms with comfortable bed. Breakfast very good. Close to bus stop, 8 mins to Train station.

I recommend it x a meeting or business event. To the height of both the rooms and the staff.

Nothing special. The gym is not its own. The bar is very noisy and EUR 90 per night does not correspond to its quality.

Large room and good breakfast. I stayed there for one night. The bathroom was perfect with a jacuzzi. Bed was confortable. You can drink something also after 10 Pm. The location is perfect for business man and woman but also for everyone want to visit the city. The hotel is not in the center of treviso.

I stayed here during a business trip. The hotel is very clean with indoor parking. The service is great and the staff friendly. It has a good and varied restaurant. The indoor gym is very well equipped. Only drawback the reduced space to work at the desk in the room and the electrical outlets a little scarce in number. I will definitely go back.

Nice hotel, a little away from center but you can get a cab. Food is good too. Large varieties of pizza available.

Everything was perfect, from the first reception to the room very comfortable. The restaurant inside offers a wide choice, for all tastes. Also the breakfast is in line with the rest. I want to put an emphasis on the professionalism of all operators, from reception to catering. Good.

Nice and helpful Staff The Room was very clean We Had dinner at the restaurant eating pizza, which we liked. We also got to use the pool which is open to customers at times but fortunately accessible also on the children our ha, 8 years old and enjoyed a lot after a day of hike in Venice. Recommend and will be back.

We celebrated New Year's Eve from them! The rooms are large and comfortable, clean, helpful and friendly staff! Excellent Organisation.

We attended a successful brunch with kids and parents of the class. Children's space with animators, good location and food. Nice and helpful staff.

We had booking howeber after arriving at the reception, they told us that they have problem and booked us to other hotel 20 km away from Treviso. They did not even try to contact us in advance or appologise. Terrible experience and unpolite behavior.

Very good Hotel. I totally recommend it.

Room was clean and tidy and I liked that it had an outside widow ledge and toilet brush. No shampoo and shower gel but access to the pool was apriciated. Breakfast was good particularly the 'bacon' and eggs.

I was at a conference. Excellent audio and visual. Perfect temperature clean bathrooms comfortable chairs Considering that the conference lasted 8 hours.

Reasonably priced. Clean, and within walking distance of Treviso. There's a very nice Restaurant within the Hotel with good pizza and local beer. Breakfast was ok. Pool is a bit small but the gym is ok. Unfortunately, the sauna and hydro massage are not included.

In advance; The staff has been very friendly through the bank. But if I had paid the normal price (I paid 59 instead of 120), I would probably only have to award "3, 5 stars" under quotation marks. Because: A) the air conditioner made a noise, as if a washing machine had been in use in the bathroom B) the fittings and the bathtub were partly heavily worn out C) The spa, which was closed during my stay, can otherwise only be used at an additional cost Nevertheless; Breakfast was very good and varied (except for the vending machine coffee, which does not belong in this price range — I prefer an "honest" mocha). Bed, mattress and pölster very well maintained and cozy. The swiveling TV (many German and international programs) is a plus. But; The prices of the minibar are actually a cheekiness. Tip: Next door is a supermarket and the tap water is easily drinkable in Treviso.

Great Hotel friendly Absolute customer service outstanding.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. It has a large car park and has a beautiful SPA, unfortunately in summer it is not open on Sundays but the swimming pool (included with the living room) was a godsend after the drive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can also walk into the centre even though it is a walk of at least 25 minutes and along a busy street and not exactly with a nice view. But the city is beautiful.

I can't talk about the cost because I was a guest. The structure outside has a large parking lot. The building looks recently built from the outside and has simple lines and placed on the highway. The entrance is simple and bright, the staff available to every question. The rooms are large and in the norm for a four star, only flaws the soundproofing on the floor which is very poor; The bathroom is large and clean enough but some details should be more carefully and some of the same finishes should be arranged. The breakfast takes place in the adjacent room of which the management is of the hotel and is of continental type and well assorted.

We got booked in as result of our flight's cancelation. Arriving at midnight with a full bus of tired people we were served a very nice Italian buffet, and got booked into our spacious and clean room in a truly quick and simple process.
Next days's breakfast buffet was fine as well.
So why 4 but not 5 star ranking? Some of the chairs and tables at the breakfast room were as wobbly as pudding, very incommodious. That could be fixed easily.

Crazy opening hours (why? ) for the pool draws down the points. Clean rooms and facility areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Might be noisy from the road if your room is towards it. ***** location

We stayed here because 1) convenient location 2) breakfast was included and 3) it had a pretty cool looking pool.
Traveling with two teenage boys, a pool is a must.
We checked in at 6pm on Saturday, got settled, changed into our swimwear only to be told that the pool closed at 7pm!
Sunday afternoon, between a wedding and reception, we came back to the hotel to use the pool. This time we were told the pool is not open on Sunday's in August!
Today, we thought we'd try one more time. We leave Italy tomorrow and wanted a relaxed day.
We tried to get to the pool, had to wait 5 minutes while the clerk finished her conversation with a coworker and then were then told that we had to have a "kit" with a towel (because they don't give you towels for some strange reason), a robe, slippers (like what? ), these were available for purchase… And a bathing cap that we had to purchase for €3 each (there are 4 of us).
At this point I'm done with this. At no time during the booking process, checking in or on their website did they indicate their ridiculous hours of operation for their pool, or their "requirements" to use the pool. They advertised their pool, at every step of the process as a feature of the hotel. Talk about a "bait and switch".
A few other complaints… 1) their espresso machine is the worst coffee ever tasted, 2) to get AC in the room, the front desk controls this.

Great location and spacious private parking and free. Fully-equipped meeting room and free Wi-Fi with a simple and quick registration without having to request codes or anything to anyone.

Partake only of common areas. Everything very clean and tidy.

Really nice and well organized place, only minus the meeting room in the basement where they don't take cellphones. It would take a small repeater site.

I didn't stay in the hotel. I can however say that the location is very convenient for treviso and the staff are always polite. Classy ambience.

A cosy hotel with a staff always friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere, rooms spacious, quiet and very clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and all the facilities of the city, easily accessible. For those who want to relax after a sightseeing tour, is in the right place. The hotel also has a Wellness Center. Pamper yourself between massage, sauna, fitness or pool.

Nice place, comfortable and tidy, have been here already a few times. Not too expensive and may recommend it.

I must say ke sn was very disappointed from a 4 * hotel, we begin: friendly staff, apart from that of spa, food really poor (spaghetti and carofie to squid gave off foul odor), TV in the room of the years 90, you may see only 4 channels and evil, all careless (bath), all 96/night with 1 breakfast, cabbage ke frigate, very romantic.

I was here on the beginning of August, just for one night. The hotel has a private parkinglot. The entrance hall looks very good. The room I had was a double room. It was small, but ok for one person. I also was missing a bath tube in the bath. The rest of the room was clean and it was quiet. The breakfast, which is very important for me, was very good. Müsli, ham and eggs, bread, fruits, cakes, and so on. There is also a big indoor pool and a fitnessstudio (free) and a relax area (i didn’t have time to visit this (maybe on my next trip).

Very helpful staff. Very relaxing. Very good value.
