Clean family-friendly hotel. The staff are all very accommodating and friendly. The food has also been very good. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and also fresh towels and bed linen every day. On the roof of the hotel is a great pool and wellness area. Highly recommended.

Bad. The rooms were very small, the food inedible (in fact we went to the pizzeria nearby), the waitresses were just obnoxious and the Wi-Fi was not free but they wanted 3 euros for two nights… never again.

It is a hotel that I loved, if you go to Venice, is a bit secluded but it is a hotel that is nice to spend a few nights.

Excellent structure neat clean rooms good kitchen, friendly staff, small Neo Breakfast in my opinion a little poor, however far superior to other 4 star facilities where I was guest.

From 4 stars far away. We were luckily only one night at the hotel and would not book this House anymore.

The rooms are absolutely hideous. A mix of old with colorful sheets of bad taste. The restaurant in the hotel is very noisy and the food served is hardly edible. No vegetables were served in three days. We are always looking for the four stars announced by the hotel.

The room in the cupboard is well.

No outlets, Wi-Fi fee, clime to review.

It eats very well and has very well service.

Comfortable hotel. But big disorganization on arrival and at the restaurant. I'm disappointed. But Venice and its carnival deserves to move and we quickly forget the problems of organization.

Doing a vacation near Venice in a beautiful hotel like in Colombo is very relaxing. Good half board, pleasant bar. Many beautiful little shops in reasonable proximity.

Clean, quiet rooms. Private parking. Super breakfast. Good location.

Clean locals nice and qualified staff, you eat well, great even breakfast. The pool is located on the roof and is also beautiful for children. It is well served by public transport and is very close to Bafile Street and the beach. It is a structure that I also recommend for the tranquillity that distinguishes it.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The rooms are partly old-fashioned but very clean and are cleaned each day. There is a balcony, AC, a pool on the roof and a bar at the reception. The staff is very professional. The food served is of good quality and variety and quite tasteful. The dining room is clean and comfortly structured. We would revisit this hotel for a trip to Jesolo again!

The food, the rooms, the staff. Nothing makes me think of a 4 star hotel. The only thing I really enjoyed was the service at the american bar, where courtesy and expertise have proved to be up to par.

Good, modern rooms. Nice pool on rooftop. Wellness costs extra. No fitness room. Breakfast room not very clean. More worth 3 stars as 4

The rooms clean and tidy, heating too high, mediocre dinner, breakfast great!
Elevator extremely modern and fast. Opening of technological rooms. Little furniture and you won't get the channel search because it blocked. The bathroom fan makes noise. Hope to return.

Very good, not to mention the kitchen I would say excellent … Owner friendly to say the least!

I stayed here for a week from 24/05/2014. I cannot fault the staff we was made very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean spacious and the food was excellent!, its in a prime location. The only thing I can say was that the hotel didn't promote them selves enough in the sense of the extra facilities for example they have a well being centre but we did not know it was there or what the cost was as it was not posted around the hotel, this was possibly because there season did not start till this week. We had a lovely guide / rep who was a very proud italian lady. Will definatley be going back hopefully next year :).

We were there in early July 2012, the room x 3 people was large enough, the bathroom by 3 x 2, 5 m, clean very well. Great conditioner. Large double bed, 3. It was a little small but I was fine just the same. Dev have been restored in the last 2 years if I read the comment of another user. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner I can't say anything.

Lovely older hotel rooms unfortunately with carpet otherwise clean bathroom small but with daylight. We had bed and breakfast to €53 Preis Leistung Super. Window completely soundproof, breakfast is however not worth 4 stars. No fresh orange juice but just only an Orangensaftänliche mixture. German sprechenes friendly staff at the front desk. Rooms clean, parking is only for 15 cars, which had another on a public parking on the other side of the street where however was a quite come and go. Pool on the roof clean with great views to the sea. Would definitely, the hotel case again is 80% book as small and quieter. Lie with screen room available including, 5min to the beach.

The rooms are very small and old, narrow impression of cleanliness, bathroom with walls that tend to peel off and plumbing all rusty, rusty faucets and drains. Obsolete and noisy air conditioner, small beds and pillows very low. Really too old, needs total renovation. Staff very nice, but a little preparation (all boys), enough parking. Food fair, public canteen level, certainly not from 4stars.
