The hotel is comfortable, nice and clean.
The staff is caring and helpful.
The structure is located in an optimal position: a stone's throw from S. Antonio and the historic center, as well as from the hospital.
It features parking that you pay as an ancillary service but at reasonable prices, as well as the cost for the overnight stay.
I highly recommend it.
My husband and I are regular customers.

Unfortunately no recommendation! For many years we have been with many of our friends in this hotel! For March 2020 we had booked again, because Corona we could not arrive! Money did not return but a new date — end of November! Now again lock down and travel to Padua not possible! Answer from the hotel: by the end of the year you can still redeem your booking, after that — unlucky! Very, very short-sighted reaction because we will never book the hotel again and our friends certainly won't!

Ottimo hotel a pochi passi dal centro storico di Padova e dalla Basilica di Sant'Antonio. Camere doppie confortevoli e spaziose, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in zona. Non do 5 stelle perché la colazione, comunque facoltativa, non vale il prezzo proposto.

Hotels to prefer in many respects. Very close to St. Anthony's Basilica and the old town. The staff were always helpful. Rooms are cosy and clean. Great breakfast and good value.

Quiet place, very clean and cheap. Very close to the city centre and the main tourist attractions, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.

Small hotel near the basilica, undergoing renovation that will make it an efficient three star. Rooms and bathroom small but functional, very nice and professional staff, good breakfast in the small bar. Nearby stops for numerous and frequent trams and buses that allow you to visit the city using public transport with a daily ticket of only Euro 3.80.

The location and the quality of the staff were very good and the price was Great.

We spent three days in Padua and stayed at this hotel in a great location, very close to the Basilica del Santo, in Prato della Valle, the botanical garden. Next to the hotel is a good restaurant with a nearby Pontecorvo. The manager was very kind as well as all the service staff. The room is very clean We relaxed the place is quiet. In two words I recommend it!

Hotel in a convenient location. Near the hospital for those who need it. 15 minutes walk to the center. Nearby a small supermarket and also find several restaurants and some pastries.

Small and cozy. The best value is the proximity to the Policlinico of the University of Padua. Cons is being renovated and the rooms between the buildings aligned are not with continuous hallways. Wc in some cases not conforming and to be improved. Cleaning OK.

I stayed here 1 year ago and chose to come back because of the location. Although the rooms and bathrooms look a bit tired and could do with updating it still offers excellent value for money in the low season. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who go beyond the call of duty to help clients. Last year the lock jammed on my suitcase and the young receptionist whom I now know as Alberto patiently spent ages trying to prize it open. He succeeded eventually and I was immensely grateful to him. He was just as helpful this year researching information for me. Highly recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and value for money. Excellent choices at breakfast as well.

Discrete quality, very variable prices and, however, those communicated directly by the goalkeeper are always higher than those proposed by the various agencies do booking.

The hotel is nice and new. I've just had a drink in the restaurant but I've seen the rooms and they're pretty good.

Nice and clean Hotel Conveniently located 10 minutes away from the centre on foot. Attached to the hotel restaurant and pizzeria where they practice by convention 10 percent discount. Friendly and helpful staff to meet the needs of the customer.

A nice and quiet place, but the tenants I encountered were not very amiable and the rooms (mostly the light exposure and small beds) were not worth the price they ask for.

We were there for a weekend. Close to the centre, great cleanliness, friendly staff. We had a great deal.

Very comfortable and friendly place, beautifully decorated. (I don't think I'd risk antique furniture and other valuable artefacts in a hotel) However I suffer from Virtigo and couldn't risk the curved main staircase because there is no handrail on the left hand side going up and the steps to the right are very narrow. But, there is a small lift but it may not take a bulky wheelchair. I don't want to overemphasise my experience because I enjoyed my stay. I just wanted others to check with the hotel if they have mobility issues — there may be other routes upstairs that I didn't investigate.

It is felt that the rooms are smoking.

What you'd expect from this sort of hotel. The AC could be a bit stronger and honestly the breakfast is not worth the extra 7 euros, but all things considered a decent place. Located within walking distance of most sights.

Very nice place all the way around. The bed room was very clean the bath room was small but normal for Italian standards.

Hotel Giotto has more than the hotel (lobby area). It is a good, centric and quite pace to stay. Receptionists often speak English and Spanish, other staff don't. You pay 50€ instead of the other rates if you stay in the adjacent buildings which generally are very good. Don't eat breakfast there. Is better to go to surrounding places which are cheaper and better. If you have a car, bear in mind that you need to pay 10€ per night. Wi-fi is not available in adjacent buildings! 1 plug available in the room only to charge the phone.

We slept in the dependance of the hotel, very nice and clean room. Staff was very kind and professional. Little bad side of our stay: there was no Wi-Fi in the room (only in the hotel, which was not written/clear when we booked it) and only one plug in all the room. Quite annoying to discover in 2016.

Modern and functional hotel with cosy and modern rooms.

Decent practically in the Centre of Perugia.
I was expecting something more from breakfast and some pieces of the frames were coming apart.
For the rest, friendly staff, good location to reach the city centre on foot.

The Hotel lost are reservations and wanted us to move. The treat of calling the police got their memories back. The hotel was not bad after the let us in. Who want a battle after a 12 hour flight.
