It's a nice place to stay. My room was fine. Too bad the airconditioning is very loud. Breakfast is fine. I was dissapointed in the dinner. It's a little personal I think. I didn't like the meat (fat, Grey (cooked? ) and it tasted weird. Also the dessert looked like it came Just out of a fabric packaging (ice) and I saw that was True. Over all it was Just fine for one or two nights.

To start we were very dissapointed in the food. All of the dishes were nearly cold or cold. The main courses existed of a dry piece of meat without sauce. As garniture we got a bowl of dry salad (tomatoe, carrot and salad). The second evening two slices of melon formed our dessert, the first evening we received two scoops of shop bought, low quality ice cream, not even Italian… The starters were okay. Even though they were, cold it was the only thing that didn't taste like it was made in a timespan of 10 minutes. Second: our room. Nice beds. Clean living space. The bathroom was a disaster. Mold everywhere on the ceiling. Pieces of the ceiling were falling of because of the moisty environment. Because of that our room smelled like mold. When you took a shower you had to hold the shower head in your hand WHILE showering. Otherwise the water would flow from the edge of the bathtub onto the floor because of a gap between the showerscreen and the wall. The staff's friendly. The drinks are not too expensive.

Nice quaint town. Clean and had very friendly staff. Nice food nearby.

Excellent location for the visits to the Outlet, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Decent hotel just off the highway. The room was very clean Big beds. Breakfast Bathroom courtesy Set And there are still those hair dryers with the Tubone years 80. To change absolutely.

The hotel which warmeded us, fed, etc. Of course for our money, but… — having arrived from Russia bored on tasty cheese, ham, tomatoes, and we pleasantly surprised by this all at breakfast. Not new but clean rooms. The plumbing is also new. We have been in this hotel three times. Never disappointed. The hotel is warm, not cold even in winter. For Italy is very good.

Great Hotel — near the highway exit. Ample free parking. Spacious, quiet rooms, board.

Generally, the hotel is fine, comfortable, clean and silent. But the Internet is not free. (1€/h)

For what has been my experience, worthy of note is the courtesy of the staff (who deserves the full marks for both professionalism and sympathy), the composition of the rooms, with a comfortable bathroom and a large shower (at least as far as my experience), and the vastness of breakfast. The only note is that, in my opinion, the temperature of the room is too high (but I did not try to ask if it could lower, so I can not give a rating). It also has a garage available to guests.

Clean room, friendly staff, big parking in the immediate vicinity, breakfast plentiful. Only fault the temperature in the room at 28 °c in winter is a blunder. Wide open the window to refresh.

When you do business it's a bit Too Late.

Lighting and sound are not the best for a meeting, the place looks lovely.

The worst thing about this hotel is bed. Matrimonial bed consists of 2 small beds under one sheet.

Convenient to reach. Located near the motorway exit of San Donà di Piave and the Designer outlet. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms in order and always clean in an impeccable way. Breakfast buffet with quality products.

The Hotel is very nice and the rooms are a little bit more modern but some of them know a lot of vintage, but I recommend it.

Decent hotel But a dilapidated layout, too far from an agglomeration. Bland food, too passive staff.

Near factory outlet. Need to pay for wi fi. Hot water for instant noodle is also not free.

Close to Venecia, quiet and clean.

Good location, between shopping outlet and city centre, free parking, very nice man in the reception. Rooms spacious, clean, with proper bathroom in which there was actually some space. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. If you ask, hotel will give you a special voucher, which later can be exchanged for 10% discount card at the outlet. Internet connection wasn't working at evening, but it was late and we were tired, so we just ignored it.

Room is very basic but (mostly) clean and comfortable. Didn't like the "graffiti" on the bathroom ceiling… I agree on breakfast offering: nothing special. Overall it's ok if you want to stay a couple nights on the cheap.

Very good hotel, just off the highway and only a few hundred metres from McArthurGlen, that was our goal and we were for sale. We had originally thought to another hotel nearby, where we were already last year, but then finding no place we changed and it's lucky, because this has the much bigger rooms and much more. Also the breakfast is plentiful and varied, there are also many nuts that I have never seen in other places and I really appreciate it! Only down fall there's the restaurant, make you just a quick snack or cold dishes, but then in the Center going on foot in five minutes it's full of nice little places, so we stopped at enoteca nearby and we had a great meal. Going back for sure.

Bagno senza bidet.
Smoke smell in the room.
Dirty carpet.
Unprofessional staff.
Cappuccino for breakfast impractical.
Wireless internet access have to ask password ticket, every 5 hours expires.
Reception staff rude on the phone but false courteous of presence.
Delivered documents and returned only after our request (almost dimenticarseli).
Total note sucks.
