Quite a place, remember to bring water with you eat breakfast/lunch/dinner since they will charge you for that, besides that, everything is great.

When I booked it said airport shuttle available… nope they call you a cab that costs 90€. Nothing around here but the shopping outlet and it isn't anything special. I would never stay here again.

This hotel tells you that it was a nice one when it was new, and would've stayed so if had been well looked after. Unfortunately, however, the looking after does not seem to have been successful. The room (211), the bathroom and the bedding were clean, but there were pretty unpleasant stains on the curtains, the futniture bore various chips and other damage marks, the bottom of the bathroom door frame was rotten, the handheld-to-overhead shower switch was broken, making it quite awkward to operate, the towel rack had a broken rail, there was mould along the edge between the shower cubicle floor and wall. The floor of the shower cubicle was so slippery that some skating skills could come very useful to keep oneself from landing on one's backside… There was no kettle in the room. There was a minibar, containing two small bottles of still mineral water and two of sparkling, which we assumed were complimentary, as there was no price list or any kind of other information in the room; however, it turned out they were not complimentary but cost 1.50 EUR each. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently situated for the motorway and for a nearby big shopping centre. It has a proper 24/7 reception, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was pretty good (continental only). I would not give this hotel a good-value-for-money definition, but it is OK for an overnight pit stop.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était très propre, bien décorée, isolée du bruit. Le personnel est serviable et le petit déjeuné était copieux avec des produits frais! Au niveau de la localisation, a 20min en voiture de l'aeroport de Venise et 1min en voiture de Noventa Outlet Designer. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel!

This hotel has a room according to its stars, clean and the right room with TV and safe. But it is small and the food leaves a lot to be desired… There is almost no variety, and they serve you a first and a second dish if you like it well but don't eat it. But as they say in Italy 4 stars are not the same as in Spain. And it's on the outskirts of Venice.

Great but they have to check the outdoor emergency staircase because it hits the wall during windy weather.

It's always a pleasure to stay at the hotel Base. Large and Comfortable rooms. Very nice and friendly Staff Breakfast in the morning rich and very tasty.

Excellent hotel with, only negative, high presence of groups but do not bother you much because the structure is large enough and breakfast, for groups, is usually separated. The Work is more recent than a couple of years and on darker tones: slightly higher prices because they include a minibar and some other benefits.

Little but cozy room, with all the necessary (apart plugs). Staff very gentle and nice and good breakfast. No gym or swimming pool, but you can go to the other hotel of the group.

Immediately stands out at the check in staff, beautiful rooms, excellent international buffet, adjacent to shopping arcade, and very close to the motorway exit and outlet noventa and inserted in complex with other hotels, you should keep in mind to visit Venice in about 45 minutes!

We make on our travels in the South or West of Italy always have a layover between Udine and Venice. There is the journey or the journey home even more comfortable. This time we have a very leiwande found accommodation: The Base Hotel Noventa the Piave. Specifically, there are two Hotels, the same that are side by side: The Base to stay and the Base to work. Both a Minute from the motorway exit Noventa di Piave removed, both being the same compared to the Veneto Outlet, 20 km from Jesolo. We have in the Base Hotel to stay before. In a comfortable, quiet rooms with spacious bathroom with shower, free Parking in front of the door, free usable Wi-Fi in the room, and a large safe (also for laptop), and an impeccable Breakfast buffet. And if you like, can into the Pool attach, the muscles in the Gym to strengthen and/or relax in the Spa.
