Fantastic food and great atmosphere with first class service.

A spacious and comfortable room. In the morning they open late so the only flaw is the really poor and cheesy breakfast.

Very nice and comfortable, except that you have to go up with the bags up the stairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything closes very early and becomes dark and scary… daytime everything looks beautiful!

The staff was very nice, great location (all night ferries from the main island) and delicious breakfast!

This review is for the hotel. I did not eat at the restaurant here, so I cannot comment on the food. The hotel is a very short walk to the Murano Faro vaporetto stop which makes it an excellent location on the island of Murano. From the main island’s Fondamente Nove stop, it only took about 20 minutes to get to Murano. The ferries run all night long, so you don’t have to worry about getting stuck. The ferries at night (after 11 or so) do take a little longer (around 40 minutes) but it’s an enjoyable ride with the breeze. The room was not huge, but it was comfortable for my 4-night stay with my boyfriend. Even though the bathroom is tight by American standards, we didn’t have any issues. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast here was really great. Before booking this hotel, I read the review complaining about only getting one croissant. C’mon. How spoiled can you be? The hotel offered several dinner rolls, the typical packaged toast that you find here in Italy, and a croissant each. There were also boiled eggs, ham, Swiss cheese, yogurt, granola, plenty of varieties of jam, water, and juice. Not to mention that every morning, one of the friendly staff members prepared a fresh espresso, macchiato, or cappuccino, your choice. I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking to stay in a nice, quiet part of Venice.

Great place, however just like in every other place you need to pay for covered seats 5eur… :)

Murano was my favourite Island, people were warm and welcoming, felt very safe and tranquil, family friendly.

Staff very friendly, rooms and breakfast nickel. 100m from the boat stop to Venice, nothing to complain about.

Nice place to stay on a hot summer day. Liked my pasta arrabbiata, for once spicy enough. Prices reasonable, nice and friendly staff.

Better than we expected, very cozy the place and very quiet, the room is simple but meets everything you need. It is very well located, just one block from the vaporetto.

The 05/05/2018 2 meals of very average quality and pay by credit card 2 levies on the bank account of thieves.
If you want to eat disgusting and pay the note 2 times I recommend it.

The care has been very good. Quality food, pizza, rich, and fresh fish. Quality good price. One of our few good experiences eating in Italy. The very best that you can find in Murano.

It is the only restaurant in Murano where you can eat well.

I haven't received any news from the hotel for the loss of money from the rented room, they are not serious, they are not looking for a solution, it is not advisable for our visits to be pleasant and quiet. Not to spend days of terror, no money dropped off at the airport, etc… Lousy attention, which I do not want to remember. I'm waiting for your comments.

At first well, until I was robbed from the room, annoyed because it was a lot of money, zero contribution to solve the problem, we were dumped at the airport, from that time left the worst of our stay, we just want to forget the unpleasant. It would be a real miracle to return, is what I hope they have to communicate what has not happened to date.

Superb terrace, we were 7, excellent aperitifs (spritz and rosé wine). Excellent dishes (cuttlefish, pizza, calamari) except paste tomato sauce for a child a little less good. Reasonable price. We'll be back.

The restaurant: The food is not bad. Consifering the covert charge, the price is high.

Cute. Clean and renewed the interiors of the rooms. Maybe a little too much retouched prices compared to average. Okay we are close to Venice but €134 per night in a 2 star hotel it is a bit overrated. In my opinion is meant!

For the price Not worth Too far from main city. Have to take a boat that takes an hr. Reception closes at 5:00pm So read all of this if u still book & reach after 5:00pm There is no water in the room to drink. Venice shuts down early so make sure u have ur to go food ready to eat. Room has no tissues or anything inside room to asisst you. Breakfast is super limited. It is set on a table with ur room numbet so u cant ask more croissants. No fruits nothing for vegetarians. Too many steps to 2 nd floor so difficult to lugg bags up especially if u r old. People in restaurant not friendly eapecially one lady who is rude. Wifi sucks in room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good value for money! I highly recommand this hotel postionned very close to a water bus station (Murano Faro) with caring staff and spotless rooms with air conditioning and excellent breakfast (best hot chocolate I ever tasted)!

Only came for food on a day trip to Murano — after a week in Italy this was the worst food we had eaten! Pizza with dough so hard it was like biscotti, and impossible to cut. Might be a lovely hotel for all we know, but go elsewhere for food…

Good food, quick service, romantic location and reasonable prices (to be in Venice). You can go back.

Family-run Hotel, friendly and helpful staff, located in the middle of the quiet island of Murano, just a few steps from the vaporetto that from Murano Faro leads to Venice in just 10 minutes.
Certainly to be recommended to those who love peace and do not want to give up comfort thanks to the excellent value for money. We will definitely go back!

Great break for a relaxing lunch in Murano, in a beautiful location. Fast service, wait staff friendly and attentive. We got a pizza, a stir-fry and pasta and found everything good. Nothing to say about prices, slightly more ulti mainland, but here we are in Murano …

Aperol spritz without carbonic acid and with only 2 ice cubes. Then the bill comes ever not and then another 12% on the bill without the it where was. And then also Listless, inattentive basement.

Restaurant staff talking infamy, we ate fish: a seafood salad, a mixed appetizer, a first and second + sweet spending 32 € per person.

Very nice room (if you get the one with 2 windows) and nice staff. The breakfast is okay but the real plus is the proximity with the vaporetto. The hotel is always clean and quiet, air conditionning works fine and you can watch TV. Last but not least, you can enter or leave the building anytime without having to warn the owners. We really enjoyed it, especially regarding the price.

9, — Euro for a lasagne vegetables would have been fine, if it wasn't just a quarter of it.
