We spent a few days in this hotel, the front desk staff are very nice the one from the restaurant a little less. Very good value for money and ideal location. I recommend.

There are several aspects to mention. When we arrived we didn't get any warm welcome, any smile… We were given a bedroom without proper windows (there were windows on the ceiling). The ceiling was a bit low, a bit enclosed for me. We had a couple of issues from the bathroom, but the staff solved our problem pretty quickly. The breakfast was poor: coffees and juices from vending machines (not good), not very much food to choose and some food needed to be replaced at some points.

The hotel was clean and provided a decent breakfast, but there were some issues with the place. Our shower was leaking water on the bathroom floor. After 2 days of complaining, the management did nothing. There are no microwaves to hwat up food and half the staff doesn't speak a word of English. They also didn't provide us with the Wi-Fi password and we tried to ask them, but the reception/management office was closed the entire day on Monday. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel and and our stay was generally uneventful. I'd recommend it if you have limited expectations.

Stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel. The staff were all very helpful, particularly the reception staff who made it very easy to find out information and were very understanding when we arrived very late due to our flight suffering a 5 hour delay. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of toiletries and towels. Comfortable room with decent air con. Breakfast was simple but adequate. I would have gone to the full 5 stars if the roof terrace had been a bit quieter to sit in. Unfortunately, the air con from an adjoining building made it a noisy place to be. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

A good hotel for budget travel, cheap and cheerful. The breakfast is all you can eat but the quality is not great. Room was a bit on the small side but quite comfortable.

Worth every penny you pay.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds, no elevator, breakfast is fair but well, the island of Murano is very quiet and the combination with Venice is very good and fast, with three different vaporetos to catch, the 3 takes you straight to the square of Rome.

Cleanliness great quiet environment. We will return.

Nice hotel and how to find yourself in the Venice of 400.

The room was very clean Well-maintained local in typical Venetian style. Located just a few minutes from the vaporetto stop, in a quiet area where there is no shortage of locals and shops. Recommended.

The room is small but perfect for sleeping, floor and carpeted walls, generally clean and cozy. In our room there was no window with outside view, only ventilation on the top. The rooms seem to be very attached to each other and the walls are thin, you can hear the talk of your neighboring rooms. The breakfast buffet is free and the internet is decent, there is a Samsung screen (not smart TV) but it has HDMI ports to be able to carry a device like Chromecast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Small Hotel at first glance. The façade is quite discreet. But as we pass the front door one is surprised by the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. The rooms are tidy, clean and decorated in the Venetian spirit. Only downside: Apart from the breakfast (varied and very good) there is no mini bar and you can not be delivered on site. Super.

All super friendly and helpful. Just what man expects for 3sterne room. BSL pity that there was only climate for heating, no normal heating… At least in the room where we were, that's why only 4 stars of us.

I found a good price/quality ratio while considering that apart from the atmosphere of the time, the hotel should be restored, very courteous and helpful staff.

Hotel near the Vaporeto, quiet in the centre of Murano. Very nice atmosphere and very good location. Breakfast OK.

It's OK but it's far from Venice and the toilet is not the best.

Nice little hotel on Murano, we can perhaps deplore the state a little old-fashioned room and bathroom and the fact that the dependencies are located at 50m of the hotel in itself. But it makes it possible to stay in a fairly quiet place.

Cozy but there is no reception all the time.

Small room, no bidet, very little water coming out of the shower, very thin walls, uncomfortable bed to be crazy. I will never go back, not even have to lower the price to a level appropriate to what they offer.

We were satisfied, price-performance adequate. Very friendly staff. Breakfast okay. Shower initially gave little water, but was repaired during our stay.

Breakfast is disastrous even for Italian conditions.

The room my boyfriend and I stayed in a room that looked nothing like their website shows. A very small room, the bed was practically the whole room with maybe a foot of walking space between the bed and the tiny bathroom. Water pressure was very poor, it took me about 5 minutes to rinse my hair alone. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard, with old rag like bed sheets. The towels in the room had stains on them. As advertised every room comes with a safety box and mini bar, our room did not have either one. Making us feel uncomfortable with leaving documents and valuables behind. The walls are very thin, meaning we could hear the guests in the room next to ours, we heard their conversations, we heard every toilet flush, every time the tap was running. It was not a pleasant stay at all, after a whole day of exploring Venice all you want is a good nights sleep, which we did not get. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely not stay here again. We would rather spend an extra $50 Canadian and get a comfortable room.

Small room and a few rough edges, but a good price for a clean room. The hotel is on a quiet street in Murano — very quiet and the terrace is a relaxing place to wake up with a cappuccino and an acceptable breakfast buffet (nothing hot). Good place if you're visiting Murano and need a budget accommodation for a night or two.

We really liked staying here and most of the staff was very nice, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very minimal, but convenient.

The hotel is located in Murano, not bad, but the ants at breakfast and a grumpy owner and apples polite didn't help…

Very nice hotel, cozy, with nice and big enough rooms. It is very clean. The included breakfast was amazing with allot of options. Personal is helpful and always with a smile on their faces.

The hotel is beginning to show its age in terms of appearance. You are also a good bit away from the main island with St. Mark's Square. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

This hotel was in a nice location, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. However the safe didn't work and the bathroom was really very small. The breakfast was a big disappointment as it purely consisted of bread rolls, cheese, two types of ham and some croissants. Very basic. Restaurant staff not very friendly however reception ladies were fab especially Paola who was lovely and really friendly and helpful.

I loved this hotel, and it had everything one could ask for. It was beautiful with the glass Chandeliers.

Lovely rooms and with a curate. You sleep very well and is quiet.
Shame about the breakfast, when I see the vending machine coffee and cappuccino, in my opinion, lose points.

Super clean and staff friendly.

Not sure why people slate this place, we thought it was lovely and peaceful. Would stay here again. The staff were friendly, it's clean, tidy, spacious and in a good position in Murano. The only reason I would not stay here is to avoid paying to get the water bus into Venice which are extortionate to say the least.

Check in time at 2pm is a bit late and inconvenient . We enjoyed our room, the air con was excellent for the hot august weather. Close to the supermarket and ferry, and also for daytrips to venice.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in November 2006 for my birthday. I've always said that it was the best holiday I've ever had, and that I would recommend staying here. The room was small, but very cosy and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite my attempts at 'murdering' the language. I would consider staying here again if I return to Venice.
