Good Hotel with spacious and refurbished rooms with a large bathroom all very clean, quiet rooms despite the ground floor being located a music area with DJs and bars, meeting area for the guys of Mogliano and surroundings. Breakfast in the norm of staff kind and professional. Maybe not a 4 star…

OK ish room. A bit scruffy and tired. Manager was a bit grumpy. The bar staff were really nice. Simple breakfast.

It's a nice place, but the guy behind the bar was so far up his own backside that it kind of ruined it. He was ok if you have nice legs and big boobs, otherwise he didn't want to know.

The room is pleasant, not too noisy, in short one of the nicest in the city. The prices are however, on average, higher than the surrounding premises. On the ground floor there is the possibility to rent a nice room suitable for parties.

Let's start with the pros and cons! Pro the hotel is a 6 minutes walk from the station and close to some nice bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is close to the airport and a 20 minute train ride into central Venice. The bar in the hotel is friendly and reasonably priced. Some of the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Cons there are a lot of things in the room that probably won't work. For us the fridge was broken as where some of the plug sockets. Some of the lights switches didn't work and there was a light that would flicker every few minutes for no reason. The rooms are poorly decorated, very old fashioned and not cool way! The whole hotel felt out of date and poorly maintained. On check in there was an older guy who was quite rude and sarcastic for no apparent reason. He appeared to be the owner. However every other member of staff was lovely and helpful. For a four star hotel you do expect more but this isn't a four star hotel it's more a three star. Overall for a short stay it's conveniently located and relatively comfortable.

We were only at the bar for an aperitif after dinner, very quiet local, music, good drinks, and spent little.

Nice place, I attended a birthday and the service was impeccable, drinks a little watered down and DJ unskilled, prefers smoking cigarettes rather than playing, its console is located in the bar area, while birthdays take place in a separate room… Obviously communication with the DJ is semi-unmanageable.

In Mogliano, 15 minutes by train from Venice. The train station is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Large room with king size bed, comfortable and clean room at attractive price.

4 star Hotel "Italian" is a 2 ob3 of Spain, antique decoration but well consevada everything works and is in good condition, and most importantly very clean, good breakfast and 5 minutes from the train to Venice, we liked enough.

The room was very spacious and clean. Only complaints would be that, it was very hot in our room as they turn the A/C off in October and the nights are still relatively warm. Other complaint being that the temperature of the water changed from ice cold to scalding every few seconds but it wasn't anything we couldn't deal with. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One guy helped us with some Italian words, another gave us a helpful map with the train times to and from Venice and another assisted us in getting some hot tea after the bar/restaurant was already closed. Overall, very good experience.

The character that is called Roberto and is the engine of the bar service and an exquisite person makes you feel like you were at home very professional and sympathetic.

What a pity… Actually a good house… Only the lady at the reception has probably a problem with the friendliness… especially foreigners. Not only has she been in the sound of me often, but the bartender Matteo is a Konservationskünstler and goes to all the guests sensibly…
The guests don't want to steal anything… You just have to explain things sensibly… After it went on in the morning with the friendliness I had not even more desire for breakfast… Thanks to the lady of the reception… So I vergraule to myself guests.

A pleasant suprise! After reading reviews online did not know what to expect, however the room has all the facilities you would expect and all staff are friendly and extremely helpful! Limited items available at breakfast but this wasn't a problem for me!

Hotel la Meridians was a wonderful efficient and cost-effective place to stay while visiting Venice. The staff and service was excellent, nothing to complain about there. I really liked the fact the people working there were friendly and somewhat talkative. Most of them spoke excellent English (not that they have to it's just nice for someone who is still trying to learn Italian). The breakfast was good above average but nothing fancy and nothing to special, they had English breakfast tea so I was happy. The location was ideal 10 min (tops) walk from the train station directly into Venice. This makes it a very good hotel for people who want to save a little money at the cost of not having a hotel on Venice island. I would say the deco needs a little work for it to become a perfect hotel, a little modernization never hurt anyone. Hope this helps Have a nice trip where ever you end up going.

Clean yet dated decor. Helpful staff and a good basic hotel. Commute into venice within 30 mins so not too bad. Quiet at night.

Barely a 1 star hotel. Rooms are dirty, bathroom atrocious with mold and defects. A short 30 min stay hotel suitable only for leaving your own mark on the bathroom before you find a better hotel just about anywhere else!

Staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Walking distance from train station (straight to Venice). Heating in bathroom and lack of usable plug sockets were only issue.

Room and staff very much pity that it is from Treviso airport.

Hello. We were staying 3 nights and although the hotel needs a reform to be updated and to be a true (****), we found an ideal place to stay. Spacious rooms, clean, quiet, 15 minutes from Venice by train (since the station is located 400 metres away), good attention of the staff (in this aspect we would like to highlight the attention and helpfulness of the receptionist ANNA, a exceptional person which by itself should have the (*****), and we wish your career progression). Recommended for stay in the. A greeting from As Pontes de García Rodríguez in A Coruña.

Price from boss around rude service room small and dingy took eletreca one and put on the wall next to my bed room overlooking a landscape ever bad 2 stars to be nice.

Dirty room, one electrical outlet away from one night stand of one main bedroom, difficult management of the thermostat, fridge basically empty, problematic Wi-Fi, bugs on lumpy mattresses, curtains. 4 stars misplaced.

Quite normal but very well located, clean and breakfast included.

Hotel General, but the surrounding Villa area make it feel very relaxed in it!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel la meridiana last year for our 25 years of marriage. We had a great time, the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the station and so every day we went to Venice! leaving our car safely parked within the hotel. The room was beautiful. Large, spacious, bright. Spotless. A mini apartment. Very discreet. What can I say. We will be back! :-).
