The hotel is quite dirty for the price. The parking is 12€ a day, breakfast is 8€. The room is small and not very clean.

Great location near Mestre station for those who want to visit Venice on the day. Discreet rooms but a bit to renovate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Location is very good. It's near the station but also quite with surrounding. The thing they provide is valuable for the price. Room is comfortable with the windows and air conditioning. They have a dryer on the wall of toilet. They even added water in the fridge on the second day we staying. The staffs are all kind. And the check-in and check-out is smooth. Good choice for a trip.

Reception is good. Location is very convenient, if you plan to Venezia St. Lucia Station, this hotel very close to Vezezia Mestre Station.

Close to the Mestre train station, this hotel is perfect for a stay in Venice, very friendly reception, spacious rooms, very decent breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Small room, dirty walls, strong smell of mildew. And as if that wasn't enough at 10:00.25 The receptionist who calls you rudely to remind you that within 5 minutes you have to check out. Rudeness, poor professionalism and little care of the rooms. I don't recommend it.

Hotel located very well since it is very close to the station and you reach Venice in 10 minutes, only flaws the breakfast a little ' narrow for the rest OK.

Hotel very good quiet and very clean at 200 Mt from the station breakfast in the norm maybe I would like in addition some tarts or sweets of the Venetian tradition) as an alternative to croissants, among other fresh and delicious I repeat only alternatively.

Fairly standard 3 stars hotel. Quiet neighbourhood, could be dodgy at night. Room is normal in size and have good amenities. Had a decent stay.

Minutes away from the train station (Ven. Mestre). However located in the ghetto. I'm sure my wife and I walked by 2 prostitutes at 10pm steps away from the hotel doors. A/C was loud and rattled. The roomsecond walls was cracked and had scuff marks all over. The "queen" size bed was 2 twins put together. Absolutely horrible. Spend the extra $ and don't come here. Best Western is directly in front of the train station for and extra 50 euros… do it!

I had a great time, a friendly, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, rich buffet breakfast but mostly we found availability and kindness of the staff. See you soon.

Stayed for one night. On the floor beside the bed hair. Bathroom clean but shower close, elbows beating against the shutters. The fridge in the cupboard scanty, water and wine for an hour, cooled sooo weak, although the regulator at the maximum. Air conditioning under the window, little effective room for more than two hours is cooled to a more or less acceptable temperature may have been affected by daytime Inferno outside under 40 degrees, and the walls all night gave heat, preventing the air conditioning. Wi-Fi, though free, but the speed could be higher. Measurement showed incoming and outgoing 0, 21 3, 63 MB/s, ping of 170 MS. Breakfast did not take. The reception guy was very friendly. The hotel check in time is 14.00 but we arrived at 12.00, so our room is not provided, but allowed to leave our bags and hauled them himself later in the room, were allowed to use the guest toilet on the ground floor to freshen up from the road. Warned that reception is open until 23.00.

I highly recommend it to everyone. Whether you get there by car or get there by train. Next to the station. Very romantic and elegant atmosphere! Great x visit Venice! To be returned with more days available!

Location and price are the main reason for staying in this hotel. A few minutes walk to the train station and 15 minutes by train to Venice. rooms and breakfast are ok (no Wi-Fi in rooms).
