I don't recomend. Terrible place, fake pictures…

The söner is a very nice lady very helpful. The hotel is cheap but the Wifi does not work in the rooms.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous.

It is as ok. You can tell at some point it was a fancy hotel. But it shows it's wear since those times.

I loved the quiet, lush hotel, small and cozy. Nice room, large bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning in the room, safe, enough towels, clean linen. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Courteous welcome, excellent breakfast and good accommodation in the rooms that although modest were lively and colourful. The restaurant was nice and the room was very nice. Would go back and would recommend also for great value for money.

Not quite modern, but furnished in a special way according to Venezianischenstil. Relatively cheap, so close to Venice…

It used to be a villa as its named but now its not. It is 20m from Mestre Vienna and the bus is every 30m. The last bus is at 21:40 from Mestre. It takes two hours from the airport because buses come every 30m. If you want something cheap and you don't mind the distance then it's ok. There is no sound proof at the rooms. The reception people are nowhere to be found. Maybe in the morning if you are lucky and they don't speak English! The room is quite dark but if you are romantic is ok ;) there was one small fridge with mold inside… No comments. I was one night sick and they had no emergency pharmacy available. Also the shower had one broken glass and they replaced it with a curtain ahaha one last thing. The bead was not steady at all. But it was clean!

To avoid absolutely… dirty and poorly kept… pity because given in hand to experienced people would be a fantastic hotel.

Beautiful place hotel a bit old fashioned not much to do in an evening really just a place to sleep and not very good breakfast needs to be updated.

The hotel is located in a remote place, the room is not so clean. Recommend.

The short hair lady at the reception is super arrogant, doesn't want to work and doesn't know the meaning of humanity. I was very unsatisfied with the way she treated us, which made my stay there very unpleasant. Won't go there again, and I'd suggest you to keep away of this place if you don't want to be treated like trash.

Good big rooms with nice amenities. Rooms are nice enough for the price you pay. Warning directions are out of date so consult a secondary source.

For the price, the hotel was a nice stay. However it is far away from everything, Taxis are expensive and public transport is difficult if you have luggage. The rooms had a Misty odor and the air conditioning didn't work. Furthermore, the showerhead in our room had very low water pressure and the water I slowly dribbled out. Nonetheless, were able to sleep.

Wow, such a disappointment. First, it is in middle of nowhere. Second, highly unfriendly and un welcoming staff. Third, rooms were not as cleaned and they didn't clean it for 2 days out of our 5 days. Wifi sucked and they kept lying about it, saying it works for everyone. I asked other guests and they were told the same, also I am communication engineer. I know how Wi-Fi works. Liars. There was only one staff who helped a little reluctantly else the experience would be even worse. It is not worth it.

Nice to see but as hygiene and cleanliness left to desire, so disappointed.

I was at the Hotel Villa Dori for a graduation party. The organization was good, the space was large enough.

I put a star because I want to comment because otherwise I would avoid how I will avoid returning to Villa Dori that Villa has only the name. It is to be improved in every point of view. The cleanliness is non existent. We took 2 groupons to stay 4 nights and these days not even a sweep was made. The property is too much for family use. Breakfast is included in the ticket but you see the owners who pass by and look at how much consumption you get uncomfortable. We being from the south are accustomed in the morning to simple coffee or cappuccino while others instead take toast eggs etc etc. So we allowed ourselves to make some toast to eat them later but we were scolded and yet I wonder if you are so tight because not the Get out of the way? In Room C is a mini fridge that does not work to avoid electricity consumption. On Groupon c it is written that they pay the supplement to people with long hair and big size dogs. I have a small Yorkie shire and short hair yet I paid the same, say for final pest control, think a little about me to my sweet teddy bear where I have to sterilize at the end of this stage. The staff instead hired is very courteous in fact I say poor people… At the restaurant of the Villa we paid more than a dinner made in the center of Venice. They care a lot about foreigners especially the Chinese. The Italians go into the background.

Stole me all my money in this Hotel, make a reservation and although it more evening call to cancel and the girl said that the cancellation of this check and obviously not me debolverian my deposit which is natural. But the day following full payment of my account and nuunca dedugeron answered my emails. They are robbers sinicos.

Avoid! The Venetian style is not worth the beyond poor service.

It is clear that this hotel used to be a thriving hotspot, with decorative fabric walls, marble floors and gold leaf trim… however it's obvious that it's new management and the current staff is all about getting your money. After a huge problem with the bill, being overcharged 40€ and still having to pay 12€ for "FREE Wi-Fi", PER DEVICE! the front desk girl, who previously spoke fluent english before, only had the word "NO" to say to me. "I think we were overcharged on our bill" "NO" / "may I please have free Wi-Fi like the advert stated? " "NO" / "is there anything we can do to make this right? " "NO". Do yourself a favor as well as the Venetian Heritage, don't sully it's good name by staying in this poor service hotel.

This hotel is very out of the way, in the suburbs of Venice. The shuttle to the airport is expensive (35 euro) and the location is not ideal. There is no food served between breakfast and dinner. So if you miss breakfast you must expect to leave the property for meals. The first room I was put in had bedbugs that I did not see until 11pm when I asked to be moved to another room. They helped move all my things but moved me to a worse room. I itched from bedbug bites for a week after! The girl who checked me in, in the evening was sweet and very kind but the older woman working in the morning was rude and incredibly short with me. I ate dinner one night and the service was great but the food was mediocre.

My fiancee and I stayed 4 days at this hotel, located 10 minutes from Venice, which is easily reachable thanks to the ACTV bus (if I remember correctly) or with the shuttle provided by the hotel for a fee (but for visiting Venice it was worth it).
The rooms are cute (thanks to the Venetian walls), clean, big, and very comfortable; reception staff were very polite and helpful, gave us all the information to go to Venice and other places like Padua and Verona, which can be reached by taking bus and train.
Side note to the restaurant which I found a bit peculiar but pleasant, with welcoming staff and very good food and tasty, although in the end the price could do "make" to many. If I ever come back to visit Venice, my first choice would be this Hotel.

I have been here in Villa Dori some weeks before. We loved our stay there!
The girls at the Reception were amazing: they give us a lot of information about Venice Sightseeing and how to go there. They offer a Shuttle bus to go to the Island just for Euro 3, 00 per person! We ask for a champagne Moet and some roses for our Wedding Anniversary and we found everything in our room.
We have had a incredible Dinner food fish sushi and grilled fish with candles on the table.
It has been like to live again with my husband my Marriage again. You have to try taste Cocktails prepared by the barman Simone. We would like to thanks Villa Dori and all the Staff for the unforgettable week we spent with them! I suggest it to all!

very poor service the bathrooms were very dirty and the shower had mold and dirt on the wall. After we got moved to another room due to the shower being dirty we moved into a very much better room which they should have given to us in the first place.

I have to thank very much the staf who advised me the most beautiful of Venice and the Riviera del brenta. I had dinner at the tantra cafe and I have never eaten so well in my life in a fresh and intimate candlelit atmosphere of the rooms were very clean they were in Venetian style.
I recommend to all travellers ranging has Venice.

The hotel offers a very comfortable for the price. The trilingual (English, german, Italian) effort to find the best route for Venice traveler reception, to visit the city. Transport links are super, car parked safely, and there are special rates for children. The cappuccino for breakfast is equivocal and the location is not in the lagoon city. But with bus or shuttle in about 10 minutes in the lagoon city.
