Convenient location, near the stop of public transport, it is most convenient to get to Venice by bus.

Convenient either by public transport or by car. Clean and the staff is top of the category including the owner, very attentive and nice person.

A comfortable hotel, with 3 stars deserved, 600 meters from the station of Venezia Mestre. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are taken care of and efficient. I recommend it especially to those who have to spend a weekend in Venice.

Courtesy is the highlight of this G Hotel. The availability of the staff is disarming and total. If there were 10 stars I would give 11! Clean, practical, great breakfast though simple. Easy to reach the transport to the beautiful Venice.

Everything was perfect except Wi-Fi was not working at all : (Surprised that such a big hotel can't offer alternate solution or notify in advance.

We stayed here 13 years ago backpacking around Europe… and I still remember this place fondly. A little out of the city, but the owners were so incredibly lovely, rooms clean and welcoming, and we would love to return if we have the chance to again.

The first room we stayed in was not pleasant. It was a corner room which had less space and the furnitures were in the way of each other. The washroom was also narrow and not functioning. The shower head had a build up of minerals so bad that it looked like a cluster of barnacles. The shower drain was partly clogged. We transferred to a 2nd room and it was much better. Rectangular in shape with a nice proper window. The washroom was also more spacious and fully functional. Only issue was the AC not working. Overall this location is okay if you got a room like the 2nd we had. Staffs were very nice and more than happy to help answer questions. There are quite a few coffee shops in the area as well as an amazing diner. There's also two markets in the area which sells water at €0.22. Also great for packing up a cheap lunch and snacks before touring around.

Great location. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Place is very clean and tidy. Very affordable. 10 minutes from Venice by bus but great to be able to stay in a quiet area after being around sI many tourist. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, small room. Located close to bus transportation to the Island. In a very quiet, low traffic part of Venice on the mainland, close to good restaurants and a supermarket. Shower was hot, but low pressure, and drain didn't work too well. Staff was attentive and ready to help, but speaking Italian is likely going to be better for you than English.

Lovely room, but it's the helpful staff that command the 5* rating. The owner was more than happy to spend half an hour drawing maps and giving us recommendations.

Definitely high price for room quality and breakfast. Clean but old room, limestone-encrusted faucets, non-existent mini bar, uncomfortable bathroom. No breakfast, instant coffee and cardboard croissants. Convenient for access to Venice and friendly staff.

Great location because in two minutes you can take the bus to Venice. The rooms are clean, the only downside is the carpet on the floor of the rooms which does not give the air of perfect hygiene. The staff is very friendly and professional.

We just returned from a six day stay at this wonderful hotel located in a lovely, safe & quiet neighborhood. The owner, Ludovinia and her staff, were very welcoming, gracious, friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, warm & comfortable. The breakfast room was spotless with a wide variety of foods & fresh fruits served daily. The hotel is also located an easy walk to the bus line or which, after a short ride, took us into Venice. Again, we were extremely pleased and planning on making the Hotel Villa Adele our home away from home the next time we visit Venice.

I stayed only 3 days, I went without breakfast, but I wasn't dropped room prices (60, 00 € per night). The room then I think it is an understatement to call it such, little more than a closet used as a "single room", without a support for the things you bring generally behind. The bathroom, while "sitting", his feet were to get into the shower, otherwise just standing you could "Do" something.

We had 3 great nights in this hotel. Breakfast can be taken on a beautiful terrace. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Price/performance is excellent. The bus stop around the corner is awesome. In only 10 minutes, one is with the bus in the Centre of Venice. Also your own car is housed for a small extra charge safe private parking is available. We like to come back.

Excellent for its price! No matter that you come by car/train/plane, we highly recommend this place. The busstop is 50meters from the hotel, 4th stop is Venice center. The breakfast was also better than expected, almost a buffet breakfast. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms were tidy and silent, bathroom is clean. The hotel is located in a very calm and nice part of Mestre surrounded by tidy italian houses. Perfect choise.
