Very quite clean hotel. Really nice helpful staff. Rooms were really comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. I gave it four stars because once breakfast is over food is non existent. You can go to the pool and get some food but that's it really. I would 100% stay here again. The vending machines were a fantastic idea, plus they take card!

We just left this beautiful and greatly organized and run hotel, very clean and homey with friendly staff and delicious food in the bar and restaurant, dinner buffet was very good with big choice of different dishes and especially we liked breakfast this morning and very friendly and professional waitress Irina N. We liked her very easy going and polite manner and very good knowledge in her job, you see straight from the start, that she likes her job very much! Cool, but the bus on the map comes to the hotel, and so he came to the main gate and so we missed the bus. The food is delicious, but not all. Peppa Land is certainly readable) ) ). Good hotel for everyone but especially to stay with family and with kids. There is the possibility to stay in rooms entirely furnished to fantastic themes naturally connected to the themes of the amusement park Gardaland. You can buy tickets and there are Bus shuttles available to reach Gardaland and Sea Life avoiding unnecessary queues for access and ticket offices. Great facilities available to visit the parks without too much stress. The surrounding green area is beautiful and cared for as the pool area "Blue Lagoon" which is gorgeous.! Adequate prices.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the hotel is beautiful and there is the same magical atmosphere of gardaland, all cared for the smallest details and you scova parsley a little everywhere! The staff were very helpful Not to mention the rooms which are really very nice. Inside there are three types of restaurants that satisfy the different types of clientele in addition to the animation present at different times of the day. We were only one night but we enjoyed it and later if I have to return this Hotel will definitely be my first choice. We spent a night in this Hotel by sheer chance of returning from a family outing. The curiosity and the fortune to find a free room dictated the decision.
The Hotel is very nice and spacious. It consists of 4 buildings including 3 for the rooms and one to host the places of catering and entertainment. In the centre of the buildings there is a fountain and a play area for children. The parking lots are spacious and tidy. In the daytime there is always a person who is oversees in the entrance and exit. There is also a path between plants and flowers that skirts all the buildings. The Hotel offers entertainment and children's shows. Very friendly staff explained everything on our arrival. Nice room, we found it clean and spacious. It is possible to buy tickets for the park inside and free of charge offers a shuttle to it. What to say clearly the next day we passed them there. We will be back for sure!

The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. Shuttle bus to the Park all day. And excellent value for money.

The best hotel we have stayed at in Italy for creatcher comforts hands down impressed everytime I'm here.

Very nice hotel, adequate rooms and facilities. I had the feeling that it was a little under staffed, even confirmed by some of them however once they started serving you everything was fine. The restaurants are very good, Matka for fine dining and the Magic Restaurant as buffet. This hotel is obviously thought for families but we enjoyed has a young couple that wanted to stay near as possible to the park.

Every Eve and Christmas I have always been in this wonderful structure, with my wife and my son.
The first time I went I stayed in the parsley room after that every year I booked a different themed room.
I highly recommend a stay to anyone.

The theme areas in the hotel are nicely designed. Unfortunately, there are no playing possibilities for the children. There is free Wi-Fi and car parking. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the park and the sea life. The dinner at the hotel was unfortunately not the hoped for. You had to wait a long time at the entrance. Am amazing hotel for family! Lovely animation and very well prepared guys! Kids enjoyed the time spent with animators especially Simone, the new Indiana Jones. Restaurants around the hotel are incredible and you as a parent will enjoy the Italian cousin! I was kid again a step back in my thirteenth… Gardaland And the hotels are incredibles!

For children and young at heart a really great hotel — we were three next here without going to gardaland. For us the location was just good. The staff here is very friendly and our room was very clean with terrace. The poll is quite nice, but you have the lake! Only the breakfast buffet is rather chaotic. But it's more like the other guests than the hotel!

A good hotel to stay with children under 12. Spacious parking. To visit the park it is better to rent a car. Buses run every half hour and it is not convenient.

Excellent Hotel, well themed rooms and of course clean. Very nice reception staff and with a good eye on the customer. Breakfast very good (although not excellent). Convenient location to reach Gardaland (of course) for those coming by public transport there is a free shuttle service from the park to the hotel (and vice versa) and from the park to the station. Only "flaw" is the price, sometimes it is really excessive. That said, I highly recommend the stays at this property.

We had a standard room and were very excited by the view of the courtyard and the size of the room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast/buffet room is very great. The food and the selection is top.
We also tested the restaurant at the theme hotel and were very satisfied.
We were taken to the park by the shuttle bus which runs every half hour.

We have stayed several times in the hotel suites and I must say they are beautiful! Space, comfort, kindness on the part of the staff. At the restaurant great food!

Nice hotel with a big swimming pool and activities for the kids. The breakfast is great with a lot of options for kids and adults. The rooms are big and well equiped.

We came to the Gardaland Hotel for the buffet, having enjoyed our meal at the Tutankhamun restaurant the previous day. The place was swarming with out of control kids. Also, the buffet wasn't as extensive as I would have liked. This lead to a very disappointing meal.

Luxury Hotel, spacious and very clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff, remarkable the isolation of the rooms thing that makes them also very quiet; The room conditioner is remarkable. The aquatic part is very well cleaned and is also supervised by a lifeguard, also baby-dance for the little ones. In the evening there is lanimazione but as I said as the rooms are isolated you don't hear anything if one wants to feel comfortable in the room. A single flaw is the shuttle that runs every 30 min. And in my opinion it is a little awkward for those who want to go out and have to wait for half an hour. Very very good and well organized buffet breakfast at the Wonder where I think I took 4 kg (too bad I missed it at Gardaland Park) moral, worth the price it costs. I highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Swimming cap is obligatory in the hotel pool. For 4, 90 euro here to buy in standard size and color blue. Night meal in the same room as breakfast. Far too loud voices and music. Sensational rooms. The kids are thrilled.

The place is nice and the service as you expect. The playground is small to what I expected. The pool area is nice a little more low end area for the kids would be great all in all a great experience until now.

Hotel Gardaland aventure with Arctic theme, very successful and beautiful Deco. Very nice Hotel, it feels like being in another world.

Nice and clean. Ideal for children of especially the great earthquake. Unfortunately, no perks for the gardaland land.

The hotel is located some away from beach and Gardaland. But there is a free shuttle bus to Gardaland. The Hotel looks really great from the outside. Our room was not very modern. There were but to complain about anything. There are also themed rooms that are very appealing to children.
We had had no breakfast and ate there or not, so I can to the food nothing to say.

Very nice and clean rooms. Some naive décor choices clash with valuable elements (but there is, is a theme). A series of themed shows will entertain the little ones. The restaurant buffet offers a nice selection of dishes, all of excellent quality. Wi-Fi free fast!

Be a movie, you feel pampered, a little pricey but in the end it is normal if everything is being groomed. Maybe a little too far from the town to have dinner somewhere else since the restaurant's interior is a bit pricey.

Don't book from the site! Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this after paying £ 260 for a beauty treatment room standard with half-board in advance, on the day prior to departure in our three years was bad, so I called to ask if it was possible to change the date, the first attempt was vain were told that unfortunately the penalty was equal to 100% of the amount paid, even though I was in possession of a medical certificate I decided to try asking to speak to a Manager, the Manager has managed to push through the move request date by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount then 130 € without specifying however that I should send the medical certificate within the day but doing so only in the evening when I called back to communicate the data to us more convenient for departure at that point for me was unable to send the certificate I could send him no earlier than the day after, but for them it was too late so I was charged 100% cancellation fee, and then there's also skipped the weekend at gardalan … But I wonder if they had authorized the change date with payment of a penalty of € 130 what changed when the certificate arrived promptly the next morning instead of the evening before? Oh I forgot, my husband and I had paid 18 € each for a buffet we hadn't purchased breakfast for our 3 years that in the morning he only drinks milk bottles … Their answer?

Top Hotel. Good facilities. Particularly suitable for children and families. Only the fact that you must pay extra for many encounters evil. For the pool you need such as swimming caps off 2.80 euro. The morning buffet was though very good but to a better to get you must again fall in the Pocket and quite deep. Room service very expensive. Therefore only accessible 4 star from me. Positive to mention the children's entertainment is Gardaland transfer from the hotel to Gardaland Park and a very well maintained pool, free. The park if very nice, the queues tend to be very large in the summer, but they're very short late at night. The heat is unbearable so find a shade and bring something to drink with you.
