Fantastic, a magic for young and old.

We stayed overnight in the Arctic room, just WONDERFUL! However, I wanted to thank particularly all the staff of the Tuthankamon Restaurant for their kindness and care regarding allergies and intolerances, my child had a great time and I must say that I have never seen such a nice and precise service, the staff very kind and attentive to every need of all guests.
Dinner was great, as was breakfast! We will be back soon! Thank you very much.

I spent a pleasant weekend with my family at the Gardaland Adventure Hotel in June 2021.
Very nice and clean themed rooms and a nice pool available for guest use.
My experience was completely ruined however because I forget a headset in the room. I activate immediately by sending an email to the hotel, on the day of checkout. The next day and for a week to follow I send other emails, I write on Facebook, I try to call more than 500 times. 500 times empty I assure you it was a job!
Nothing, I do not claim the headset. Now I give it for lost. But to date not even the courtesy to respond. Shame!

The Gardaland Resort Hotel is not recommended. We stayed 4 nights in August 2020 suburb. Breakfast is a disaster qualitatively very bad. There is no child-friendly food. The staff seems hectic and stressed. There is rip-offats at all corners. For pool towels must be paid. Ball of ice 2, 5€ by the pool. If the receipt for the towels is missing, you will not get your deposit back. Bath caps for 6€ man must buy otherwise you are not allowed in the pool. The included Gardaland visit of 2 days must be taken on consecutive days. There is no indication when booking. For the Gardaland itself you need an app otherwise you can not book the rides or kiosks. With the app virtually in line for a pizza when no one else is in front of you is over the destination. Of course, the app keeps tracked you. Far from data protection and personal rights. Because it cannot be done without it.
We had agreed with the Hotel Manager Vorort to repay the re-entry. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not adhere to this agreement.
The hotel is unfortunately not recommended for families.

Does not work the heating, and upon arrival did not work, the lights in the room, saw The prices I was expecting much more. Re-opened after the Covid, but they have had 3 months to prepare. Insufficient.

The breakfast was great. Breakfast buffet, everything very good. I would say a great experience, for us to remake.

Recommended only to take advantage of the proximity to the playground. The costs are disproportionate compared to the service and the real quality of the rooms! It's all smoke and little roast! Almost impossible to contact the hotel by phone at least lose 1 hour of waiting. The swimming pool is not manned by no lifeguard on duty. The 2 new structures, Magic and Adventure Hotel are far below expectations and much more expensive than a real 4-star hotel that you can find in the area at about the 50% of the cost.

I was the 19 20 21 October room the forest beautiful and amazing everything was perfect also the breakfast and the dinner but the price is a Bit excessive for 2 nights with entry to gardaland park and an entrance to the if life 2 adults and a child 8 years and one 2 years 600€

Very quite clean hotel. Really nice helpful staff. Rooms were really comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. I gave it four stars because once breakfast is over food is non existent. You can go to the pool and get some food but that's it really. I would 100% stay here again. The vending machines were a fantastic idea, plus they take card!

Everything was very good except the air conditioning kept turning on and it got very cold because you couldn't stop it.

We just left this beautiful and greatly organized and run hotel, very clean and homey with friendly staff and delicious food in the bar and restaurant, dinner buffet was very good with big choice of different dishes and especially we liked breakfast this morning and very friendly and professional waitress Irina N. We liked her very easy going and polite manner and very good knowledge in her job, you see straight from the start, that she likes her job very much! Stayed one night with family… the staff was very friendly and efficient which makes you feel immediately at ease… not to mention the rooms are amazing I stayed in the Artic between the igloo and polar bears… congratulations.

Every Eve and Christmas I have always been in this wonderful structure, with my wife and my son.
The first time I went I stayed in the parsley room after that every year I booked a different themed room.
I highly recommend a stay to anyone.

Very nice, nice rooms and good restaurant. Only flaw is that it seems to be in a teleshopping. Big slide In my opinion is the awarding of the princesses in the daily program. In the evening gather all the children and give the garlands to the girls. Too bad it's only for a few. With the result that many girls are disappointed because a few have been told that you have to book and even pay 25 euros. If the goal is to make children's entertainment it should be done at all.

Nice Hotel We had the Western-themed room. Only small downside to breakfast. Fruit juice tasteless coffee bland medium buffet given the price that was paid for the rooms.

My family and me booked a night at Gardaland hotel as a present. The hotel is a new structure in the surrounding of Gardaland Park, provides all the comfort of a modern structure and also a bus for the park every 30 minutes. Inside the structure there are also different restaurants.

It makes you immerse yourself in a fairytale, the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, it is an ideal place for families and everything is meant to let the little guests live a unique and magical experience.
Breakfast and dinner buffet satisfy all palates, the only drawback is that in times of greater crowding the users of the hotel forget the good manners, luckily staff and entertainers always have the smile and education and the amount of food is Really abundant. The baby dance and the animation for the children is fun but also here alas there are some small flaws, the place used with the stage for the representations is not suitable to welcome all children but especially parents who jostle to see the show not Leaving space for younger children, here too is more of a matter of common sense and education that is left at home by the larger. Great shuttle bus to and from the park. In conclusion We will be back maybe in the summer and maybe taking advantage of another super convenient package proposed by the official website of Gardaland. My advice is to keep under control the promos proposed by the site and call Center, operators know to fully satisfy all requests, doubts, questions.

Stayed 2 days. Clean and simple room. Warm and comfortable. We had breakfast included, buffet well provided from sweet to salty. All in all nice. I put 4 stars because the price is too high compared to the services offered. I was expecting something more. The entertainment is very simple and dedicated to young children. I'd say six years up aren't involved. I was struck by the fact that the rooms are not connected to the central block, so for dinner or for breakfast you have to go out in the open and cross the park on foot, at 8 am just awake and with zero degrees is not the best. I would only recommend it to anyone who has children in kindergarten.

Am amazing hotel for family! Lovely animation and very well prepared guys! Kids enjoyed the time spent with animators especially Simone, the new Indiana Jones. Restaurants around the hotel are incredible and you as a parent will enjoy the Italian cousin! I was kid again a step back in my thirteenth… Gardaland And the hotels are incredibles!

Good hotel for families with children under 12 years old. Spacious parking. It is better to rent a car to visit the park. Buses run every half hour and it is not convenient.

Great facility. … We stayed 1 night after spending a day at the park… Very friendly staff… helpful… breakfast buffet great… rooms not large but comfortable and spotless… There's nothing missing for the kids… outside Park… with little Jocstrine. … indoor games Room… wide bar… what to say… everything was great… we will return.

Brand new, very peculiar and fun, endless animation with professional staff for kids. Children were loving it. Didn't get to see the rooms.

I love the hotel and the style of the room. The best part is when you try to find the lost treasure inside the room. You must bring an adopter if you are traveling around Europe.

We took the sea Life themed room which is beautiful! Too bad it was not dirty. Worse. Sheets of blood stains. And hairs. Floor with crumbs and dust. Evidently it had not been cleaned before we arrived. Warned the front desk at 18.00, beds changed at 21.45. After several reminders, and then cleaned the following day. However they proceeded to apologize for the incident with refund dinner and accompaniment to the park by car. For a room from €350 Euro per night is however inaccattabile!

For the kids however everything is great and the setting is wonderful! So nice anyway:D.

The Gardaland Adventure Hotel was a surprisingly good hotel choice. We did book a jungle room but were informed a week prior to check-in that for "technical reasons" we had been moved to an equivalent room type. We ended up in a wild west room. The theming is great and much better than expected for Merlin properties. The BIG annoyance of the room, in fact the only one, is the pathetic shower. Rather than a sensible cubicle or shower curtain, you get a curtain on steel poles that only just extend around the shower. You end up with little room to move and the curtain sticking to your back. Highly annoying. It's just easier to treat the bathroom as a wet room and deal with the water cleanup afterwards. There's two bunk beds and a very comfortable master bed. Free water is given each day and the room houses a fridge and two safes: one for the adults and a safe for the kids. The kids one is clever because they are given a treasure hunt to crack the code. Breakfast is a torrid affair with kids running around and a very poor choice in healthy food. However, it filled a gap. Breakfast was included in our rate so I cannot say how much it costs for general guests. I must recommend the Tutankhamon restaurant for evening meals. It's very noisy and busy, but the food is very good and filling. There's also a show every now and then.

Rooms are comfortable and have all the luxury that can be expected from a 4* hotel. The food in the blue lagoon is awefull and overpriced, I had the worst club sandwich ever (and believe me, I had a few in 4* hotels).

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been its very clean and the decorations made the kids really happy, location and parking are great and I will for sure come back again.

Nice and clean rooms. Nice pool area, but a bit funny that everyone needs to wear bathing-cap in the pool. The kids loved the hotel. Noicy music in Thutankhamon restaurant. Matka restaurant was very good! Close to Gardaland, free shuttlebus.

Clean modern rooms. The themed decorations are excellent and add to the fun. Service when you need it is prompt. Location is about a mile from the theme park. Free bus every 30 mins. If you have hire car then better to get season pass as you only pay 5 Euros which covers parking at theme park all season. The hotel entrance is uniquely cool.

The French are not necessarily welcome:p Erson speaks our language only one zero chain on the TV miniuscule no carafe of water obliged to buy bottles at the evening meal comparable Buffet has a self D companies otherwise very well guarded parking.

Excellent hotel, nothing to say, beautiful rooms and environments very well kept.

The room is cute though I expected more. The day after we have made the tickets to go to an amusement park, we arrived there with the shuttle service (came in late), and have not done esntrare saying that the tickets were not valid. We waited for more than an hour before revenue … without words!

Very bad communication before arrival. Exceptional bad English overall. The Restaurant at the Adventure hotel, managed to make the worst pizza we have had in any of our stays in Italy (we are in Italy 2-3 times a year) soggy and tasteless, the dough had not been made correctly and rolled out to thin, no kid friendly food. They came with my starter and main the same time, and nothing for the kids, and we has to wait 30 min for the kids to get their food. No Wi-Fi (as advertis…ed) We paid in total 2200 euro for 4 nights, defeintly not Worth it. When I raised the issue at the reception, the girl just got angry, but to be fair she prob. Didnt understand english.
The suite itself was nice thou. All the kids entertainment was in Italien, so our kids feelt very alienated and was constantly pushed by bigger kids, the animators seem only involving the italien speaking kids. The food at the wonder restaurant was good, and the only reason I give 2 and not 1 star. This is our second stay at Gardaland hotel, but first at adventure hotel. A huge dissapointment If we go to Gardaland again we will not stay at the hotel again!

The best themed hotel for kids in Europe. The room was clean. How they deal with such a number of guests at breakfast just need to see! For Italy, such a flawless organization is unexpected. Children's animation, free shuttle bus to the park. Parking is free and paid (do not know why) one minus-pool, rubber caps for me still not clear?
