The welcome here. Great. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful room with lake view! In the evening we had dinner at the hotel restaurant all great. Magical atmosphere. Thank you we will be back soon!

Lovely traditional hotel in a wonderful lakefront position. Rooms are simple (worth paying extra for lake view and balcony) but very clean. Friendly staff and great, good value restaurant with lakeside terrace.

Location directly on the lake. Staff very nice. Breakfast very versatile. Facilities very old, hotel with elevator, free parking about 10 minutes walk.

We had a great time, the hotel is not very modern but it is functional breakfast is varied and the restaurant has good cuisine. In a convenient location, it is clean and the staff courteous.

The rooms at the hotel are very clean and the staff at the hotel and restaurant are very attentive and accommodating.
We also had a room with balcony and lake view, was worth paying 30€ more for the balcony.

Beautiful location directly on the lake. Good service and great on-site restaurant.
The one-sided breakfast and the long way to the beach (800m) stand out negatively. In addition, the room furnishings are partly outdated and defective.

Vintage hotels… Old and uncomfortable rooms. Wonderful location right with lakefront balcony. Air conditioning is noisy. Standard breakfast.

Can't comment on the accommodation, as we only visited the restaurant. Things started out badly, and on reflection what seemed like confidence from the main waiter, turned out to be arrogance! Firstly, we were not told until after we'd ordered our drinks that the salmon and the liver were finished. As I enjoy salmon from time to time, and was planning on ordering it, I was a little disappointed, but there were other choices, so we chose sea bass and lavaret. Sadly, both dishes were a little dry and poorly seasoned, and the portion of fries was very small. Towards the end of the evening, my partner pointed out to the head waiter that at no point throughout our meal, did he ask us if our food was ok, or if we wanted a dessert or any extras. Therefore they had missed out on extra custom. His response "well, we're very busy tonight" didn't go down well I'm afraid. He further added "well, tell it to my boss"! So if you're the boss of this establishment, we're doing as your arrogant head waiter told us to; we're telling you that this is how your staff are speaking to your customers! It's a shame, because the other staff were lovely, especially the Columbian waiter. Suffice to say, we won't be returning, as there are too many other places along the front with better standards of food, and polite staff!

We were just on the terrace. The terrace is located right on the lake, with a view to the east, south and west. Just a perfect location to enjoy an iced Aperol!

The place is nice, nicely decorated, a luxury hotel. Nice staff and great food.

Good hotel but third bed in a triple with very low mattress hard and uncomfortable good breakfast.

Bad food and poor serving, skimpy bathroom and no bidet.

Worst pizza I have eaten jeh, completely oily, it was addressed to the waiter Pampig and did not want to understand me unfriendly service. Never again!

Right off the bad there was a negative feeling since we entered the Ristorante Du Lac as the waiter didn't say hello and he threw the menus on the table! First time I've seen such a thing. I ordered lasagne (pic attached) and it didn't even look like lasagne. I took a bite and it was so bad that I returned it immediately. The waiter started arguing with me instead of asking me why I returned it and offer something else. This waiter is not trained at all. There are other restaurants in walking distance. What a horrible memory from such a great view.

Well cared for well clean rooms and qualified staff.

The location is good but it also depends on the room that is delivered. Some rooms have a bed area a bit small, the Wi-Fi is quite slow, the average food but for the value for money is a great solution for a stay in a beautiful location.

Meal only so can't comment on the accommodation. Location is fabulous on the promenade and on Friday night there is live opera in the piazza. 5 of us had a meal, 4 of the meals were good the fifth, a fishy pizza, was "awash", and we sent it back.

Awful restaurant, avoid at any cost.

We did stay for 3 weeks, we found the staff both at the reception and the service is very friendly and helpful, the two pretty good restaurants, good breakfast; cleanliness in rooms is great and even the linen; a note: the lack of a small minibar. It is our intention to return again next year.

The concierge was really nice it's a bit if a no thrills place and the breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it's not too expensive and the setting is amazing.
