Excellent and plentiful Meals
attentive and kind all the staff in the room.

We spent 5 days immersed in the woods surrounded by a wonderful view of the Dolomites for us Sardinians accustomed to the sea it was really a beautiful show!
Very kind staff is always available point in favor of the mini club for children which makes the stay even more fun.

Rooms are outdated feels like a time travel to an old ski lodge in the 70's. Swimming pool is off site (5 minute walk) and there is a fee to use it. Swimming pool use is restricted after 18:00 adults only. Drinks at the bar were very expensive €8/ drink. The views were dpectacular!

Wonderful place. The staff is unprepared, never smiles and it doesn't even happen by mistake that they say good morning. We were greeted by a very disjointed intern who gave us completely discordant directions on the facilities of the property (including the SPA, which is outside) handing us the room at 3pm. Until 5 p. M. 00 was all a vacuum cleaner concert. The open-air hotel pizzeria is very pleasant and the pizzas good, too pity that even here the reception pointed out that we could eat at the Charter but the paper is reduced for you do not know what management strategy, so you eat what decides the hotel. We asked for a cabernet and we were served a chardonnay, a green salad and came a mixture of vegetables, salt in a bowl full of crumbs and other undefined rhymes. In the rooms if you consume a bottle of water is not restored in the fridge, the beds are redone without pulling the sheets, the exit to the balcony on a mobile cube whose risk of breaking your head is not so unlikely. We found ourselves in the middle of the week of August sharing services with groups of elderly people in prayer. The warden, we haven't even seen him half a time. Luckily the views around are amazing, but the hotel isn't worth 3 stars.

Very old fashoined facilities, far from amazing service. Rooms are tiny. Beds in quadruple room are one on top of the other which is very uncomfortable for older kids (15, 11).

I love the location and history of this Hotel part of the former village Eni and designed by the engineer Mattei, the explanating woodland and the breathtaking views on the Pelmo, the property is beautiful and keeping all the information material of the time in the hole is really Remarkable.
I stayed here years ago with the old management, it was still called Boite Hotel and compared to the current find of gaps, no one offered us the breakfast service (which in our booking was excluded), nor did he propose some places to dine in the it is not as well as how to take advantage of the spa contracted not far from the hotel. The services always present the same problems as a time i. E. No shower box and evil drop in plastic flooding, leaky tap flush, wi fi to hicuse… I had to ask for the kettle in the room because it was absent and we didn't even have the loungers on the terrace like all the other rooms! in a 4 star I expect a lot more.

Exceptional welcome and cleanliness. The staff at the reception always friendly and with the greeting always ready. The housekeeper very nice and very good. The bathroom with bathroom was beautiful, with balcony exposed to the mountains. If you have to find a flaw, the double bed was composed of two single beds. As for the services offered by the hotel: Spa, payment by revenue (Great). With a 6 night stay we didn't even have half board, and canteen service is very expensive so it's best to eat out of the hotel. Other than that, hotel recommended!

Hotel Boite in the heart those who do not love it do not know it… of course it has been in the village Eni for years and years, only true mountain lovers appreciate the solitude in the middle of the woods… the relationship with nature (from the balcony you can see deer squirrels etc) … I've been attending it for years and I've seen several managements pass i'm sure these smart guys will find a way not to miss anything for a pleasant holiday.
Criticism is of no use if you do not know the history of this historical "monument" you can't appreciate the true beauty of the place.
I recommend it if you want relaxed friendly cleanliness and many cuddles not to mention the priceless panorama.

I passed in this wonderful Hotel in Borca di Cadore one night in July. Breathtaking location, just a few kilometers from Cortina.
Very welcoming and friendly staff.
As a pianist I had great pleasure in finding a piano in the main lobby, the object of entertainment during the evening, with the opportunity to play at any hour.
Very recommended!

A very nice place to restore the body and the mind. Hotel staff is outstanding. Very kind and always available. The restaurant offers a very high level of food and if you have special need, simply ask! Finally, big surprise. Every night live music! Piano man and singers that offers a wide range of good music. I'll be there again for sure!

Location about 12km to Cortina d'Ampezzo. Nice views, but the hotel is old. Saturday 23/06/18 the hotel restaurant closed at 22:00. Some details could be improved.

Only the pizzeria, and it deserves! Neapolitan pizzas with top and refined ingredients. A few pizzas, but done as you must! To try.

We were staying at this hotel to enjoy a weekend in the middle of the Dolomites.
PRO: Very nice, well-tended and elegant Location, with views of the Dolomites and stained glass everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The bed was really hard like a brick, not to mention the pillows, we really slept badly both nights, we are not delicate people, they were really uncomfortable the beds.
The flush was pretty much a faucet, never seen a similar mechanism (and so useless) you also had consistently in the background this flushing noise.
Last but not to importance the temperature. It was hot! As well as setting the thermostat to 18 degrees we were dying from the heat, to the point of sleeping with only the sheet (sweating) when out were-15 degrees. Absurd prices for bars and restaurants. I conclude by saying that if it were not for the found offer of €30 a night and I had paid the full price I would have left 1 star.
P. S. Only entrance to the spa view €15 a head, sauna entry other €15 per head.

Very good to stay to visit the lakes around and don't miss the pool in the hotel.

Does not work toilet flushing also loses water and is ineffective to the purpose. Elettrotermostatica valve or cold or hot. Nightmare night. On screen display on flat screen TV not disposable. Maintainer that only comes in the morning. For hotels in 4 alleged stars? Absurd if you choose to maintain (and it is just the spirit and architecture Eni). Staff helpful and willing but seems to say between the lines… you want the property is old and the new introduced seems to be the result of a wrong choice. A shame for a place immersed in such a beautiful nature. Repented and disappointed of the choice made first night by nightmare.

The structure is refreshing the room Datatissima, the old furniture and affastellati pure worn! The bathroom is very small but the beds are very clean. The staff were very helpful I had booked this hotel so out of the way for me because I liked their SPA, both in the reservation email and on the phone I had asked about the additional cost to enjoy it, both times I was told that access to the pool cost 10 euros per person, without specifying that it is separate from the SPA while being in the same structure and with different costs (at the additional price of another 15 euros per person) … maybe not for everyone and a foregone thing and on the site, as it happens for other hotels is not specified this Unlike it should be evident, it is a duty to assist the customer for these misunderstandings in which it will definitely not be the first time you stumble. We had done so many miles just for that, we were delusissimi… broken up with the bagpipes in the sack. To never again.

Purposely it was maintained a style years 70, really courteous the reception of the staff, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, good kitchen and abundant breakfast.

Great value for money. Amazing room with breathtaking views. Visited during off season and the food was not that great.

Nice hotel located in a huge park, view Mount Pelmo on every side, exceptional Spa: very poor eating.

That I write a review about this beautiful place I admit it's a bit part of it as I worked on it as an animation but I can't refrain from not doing it… as soon as you arrive you are enraptured by the enchanting location, the property offers everything, summer / winter, walking in the paths and being at all times in a corner of paradise and icing on the cake see the sunset that gives that unique color that only the Dolomites year.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak English which is great for us that don't speak Italian. The spa/pool is a bit of a walk from the hotel down the hill but the views are spectacular. I don't think there's a room in the place that wouldn't have a stunning view. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated but you do get that ski lodge feel even in summer. Dinner and breakfast is well prepared and the wait staff are attentive and helpful.

The friendly staff always smiling and very helpful, rooms clean and fragrant, breakfast and dinner … I can say top!
Organization and collaboration.
But the most relaxing was sit by the fireplace and sleeping the pianist … I have to say Kudos to the Manager of the Hotel Boite you in managing a building like that and worthy!
I would recommend to go for a ride in more there and also a shuttle that takes you to the ski slopes and the Centre of Cortina.
