New management.
At the reception the girls were very friendly and kind.
As soon as we entered the room however the sofa smelled, we found hairs in the sink and shower, the shower bellows leaked, fan of the bathrooms not working.
At the end of the stay the director Massimo O. Very incorrect, wanted to scam us € 100 penalty for a stain on the sofa from the first day we stayed claiming that our dog left him while he slept on the floor as usual.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed 5 days and on our arrival we found hairs on the sink and in the shower, the sofa cover dirty and above there was a blanket of dirty and smelly fur.
It happened that the attendants entered the room to redo it without knocking or making sure that there was someone inside it.
They have no organization and sin of courtesy, especially the director Massimo.
The latter at our departure wanted to sanction us for stains on the sofa claiming that it was to be thrown away as according to him our dog had been on it when it was absolutely not so since he is used to sleeping on the ground.
A 4 star hotel but that for courtesy and cleanliness should have only one.

Congratulations to all the staff, for service, hospitality and cleanliness.

We spent 5 days immersed in the woods surrounded by a wonderful view of the Dolomites for us Sardinians accustomed to the sea it was a really beautiful sight!
The friendly staff is always available point in favour of the kids' mini club which makes the stay even more fun.

Rooms are outdated feels like a time travel to an old ski lodge in the 70's. Swimming pool is off site (5 minute walk) and there is a fee to use it. Swimming pool use is restricted after 18:00 adults only. Drinks at the bar were very expensive €8/ drink. The views were dpectacular!

The hotel has the charm of a youth hostel. It's probably been something like that. It is well suited for excursions to Cortina and the Dolomites. Breakfast is also similar to a German youth hostel. Everything is clean. German holidaymakers have to do without German television programmes here.
At the reception, which speaks a little English in addition to Italian, we were told that this would not be possible in principle. Well, yes! We are located 30 km from the German-speaking area of South Tyrol. We wanted to go into the middle of the Dolomites. But next time we do it by day trip from there. Dieter H.

Wonderful place. The staff is unprepared, never smiles and it doesn't even happen by mistake that they say good morning. We were greeted by a very disjointed intern who gave us completely discordant directions on the facilities of the property (including the SPA, which is outside) handing us the room at 3pm. Until 5 p. M. 00 was all a vacuum cleaner concert. The open-air hotel pizzeria is very pleasant and the pizzas good, too pity that even here the reception pointed out that we could eat at the Charter but the paper is reduced for you do not know what management strategy, so you eat what decides the hotel. We asked for a cabernet and we were served a chardonnay, a green salad and came a mixture of vegetables, salt in a bowl full of crumbs and other undefined rhymes. In the rooms if you consume a bottle of water is not restored in the fridge, the beds are redone without pulling the sheets, the exit to the balcony on a mobile cube whose risk of breaking your head is not so unlikely. We found ourselves in the middle of the week of August sharing services with groups of elderly people in prayer. The warden, we haven't even seen him half a time. Luckily the views around are amazing, but the hotel isn't worth 3 stars.

Very old fashoined facilities, far from amazing service. Rooms are tiny. Beds in quadruple room are one on top of the other which is very uncomfortable for older kids (15, 11).

Absolute breakage stall.
Shower defective, balcony boards rotted, breakfast inedible, Lambrusco is sold as Chardonnay. I'm happy when I get away here again. Rarely what is worse booked. A disgrace to the Mercure chain.

Ambience of a youth hostel. Old and run-down, never 4 stars. At least quiet location.

A very nice place to restore the body and the mind. Hotel staff is outstanding. Very kind and always available. The restaurant offers a very high level of food and if you have special need, simply ask! Finally, big surprise. Every night live music! Piano man and singers that offers a wide range of good music. I'll be there again for sure!

Location about 12km to Cortina d'Ampezzo. Nice views, but the hotel is old. Saturday 23/06/18 the hotel restaurant closed at 22:00. Some details could be improved.

Me to write a review about this wonderful place, I admit that it is a little biased as I worked there as an animation but I can't refrain from not doing it… as soon as you arrive you are enraptured by the lovely location, the property offers everything, summer, winter, walk in the paths and be in every moment in a corner of paradise, and the icing on the cake to see the sunset which gives it that unique color that only the dolomites of the year.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Most speak English which is great for us that don't speak Italian. The spa/pool is a bit of a walk from the hotel down the hill but the views are spectacular. I don't think there's a room in the place that wouldn't have a stunning view. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated but you do get that ski lodge feel even in summer. Dinner and breakfast is well prepared and the wait staff are attentive and helpful.

We spent wonderfull four days in Corte delle Dolomiti, enjoyed every aspect off it, from professional and hospitable staff, mouthwatering meals, to marvellous nature surrounding the resort. Thank you for making our vacation truly enjoyfull!
