We stayed for 4 days on a school trip and I don't think the 4 stars are suitable. It was very small and the staff were very good. I recommend it.

We did an education trip with the school and found cockroaches in most of the room, the rooms were not cleaned, the cabins showers almost all broken, and the food not pleasant at all. I do not recommend it absolutely.

Extremely bad! Half of the light bulbs are dead, the water is switching between fluid nitrogen to burning lava on it's own, service is very poor and the internet is not free. Stay away from here, if you're not interested in a total disappointment!

Stayed here with a large tour group to visit Venezia. The dinner was ok. Spaghetti then pork with potatoes. There were also dry, bland rolls. We ate these rolls again for breakfast (and cold meat/cheeses). Double room was small, but the bathroom was quite large. The shower door was broken so water leaked everywhere. The air conditioning unit in our room was missing the knob to adjust the level of circulation. We turned it on, but could only use it on the lowest level, so the room was hot. Someone from the front desk came to check and he said "no, it's working, just on the lowest level. " If a knob is missing and I cannot adjust it to a comfortable temperature, then it is not working. I've stayed in 2 star hotels that were much higher quality than here.
