Very spacious hotel room. The only flaw is the furniture that is a bit broken.

Rooms are excellent and spacious. Very comfortable.

A lot of space, clean and very friendly personnel. Not a lot of amusement at the evening and the breakfast wasn't that good.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast good.
The hotel manager was very friendly and nice and took us every day to Mira Mirona station and the evening after our tour he picked us up again. In the restaurant next to the hotel you could eat well at normal prices. There was also a shopping market nearby. An all-round successful holiday in Venice.
We can only recommend the hotel.

Very very nice people, excellent food en nice, clean rooms. One of the best i've been in Italy, and I have seen a lot of hotels so far as a coachdriver!

Rooms are large. TV programs only Italian and few English. Free Wi-Fi in good quality. Bathrooms a bit dated but clean. Lots of towels. Breakfast very easy. The staff very friendly and attentive.

Staff very good, friendly place, breakfast plentiful, the room was great and the location great, we went to visit Venice which is about twenty minutes, we will definitely go back.

A hotel with good facilities. Breakfast is 10 and praise, just fantastic and the girl involved was of a unique kindness, attentive to all our needs, served us and spoiled! The only small flaw of a very spacious room, the little soundproofing. The second morning at six a group of tourists in the hallway made a total fuss waking us up.
The girls at the front desk very professional and attentive. The bathroom of lower quality than the four stars in terms of space, plus there were no soaps and shampoo disposable but in the shower a bath bubble dispenser.
In such a hotel I expected a little more. Maybe having paid a really competitive price save on the details. Great cleaning with towel change every day.

Availability of Internet connection is very poor. Bathroom condition is also very poor but the staffs are polite.

Apparently consistent for Italy hence the 3 stars instead of less… Leaky toilet that drips all night, mattress is horrible (really bad), room is nit very nice or clean and the bin had not been emptied between previous guest and us…

Really nice and comfortable hotel.

Room was small, breakers continued to trip and power went out. Doors on my shower were broken as well. Air conditioning was ice cold though.

Is a good site but there is a small buffet for breakfast.

We took lunch … very good quality of food however for a man he will need to make full course for go home happy … we rate it as €€€ Very good to experience.

We had dinner once with a group of 50 people, unfortunately good there was only the risotto of radicchio and walnuts, the grill was shrivelled and the meat not even very good. The service then was insufficient: almost an hour's wait between the first and the second, too.

We are a group of friends and the hotel Raphael where previously we had stayed and where we had a great time we recommended the Venice Palace Hotel.

Friendly staff good breakfast service.

Two smaller floor of the hotel, large rooms, rooms are not the same, old-style decoration. Wifi charges. Good breakfast, coffee machines have a Chinese label, a specially prepared milk, two eggs, bread, cheese, fruit shortage. This breakfast is Italy better.
