Really bad, I was there with my partner from 24 to 27 July and for a 4-star hotel with those prices I expected much better…
For starters, not all of the sockets were working, when you showered flooded the bathroom because all the water and soap came out, the Wi-Fi didn't work, but the bang did when one day we came back during cleaning time to take something that we had forgotten and the cleaning lady was EATING on our bed… but seriously? Of course I've filed complaints, but they haven't even changed the sheets. There is no that I go to a 4 star hotel and employees eat on the beds. Plus the cleanliness is poor, the only good thing is the buffet breakfast with a wide choice.

The water in the sinks and the shower just stands and stinks, in the shower jet is like a shower shark. Pretty dirty, I had a fly on the wall over my bed. Breakfasts are good.

Great hotel nearby Venice. We had a great supper at the hotel restaurant. The personal was extremely polite and diligent. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Free Wi-Fi available.

It was air conditioned which was welcomed!

Convenient to reach neighboring but lacking cleaning destinations.

Good base for visiting the great breakfast area with good choice of sweet and salty quiet rooms and great mattresses and pillows free parking in structure.

Very old Hotel. Good evening meal. Dark room and tiny shower room. Not practical at all. The hotel is lost out of town.

To have 4 stars I thought better, bathroom vacuum full of dust. However the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Very nice cozy local warm nice small rooms but very pampering ideal for passing couples and private stops.

I loved the hotel and especially the attention in the restaurant in which I was dining with friends and the attention of the staff excellent as the food.

Four stars seem excessive, eating very bland and little sought after. Very shallow cleaning, room with blackened walls and with moisture stain.

I have an hour at the hotel and I am depressing at the moment bugs in the room a part of the poor quality of this. The best thing about the room is the double paper that you "give away". The sink is horrible I dirty floors. The light does not work at all well and with what they charge would have to be at least correct.

I've been fine. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Great breakfast. 20 minutes from Padua. Good to redo.

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms with all services, parking… Internet… working rooms etc. Young and efficient staff, breakfast with a wide choice from the classic Italian to international breakfast: fruit salad, juice, centrifuge Fresh sweet croissants… eggs bacon sausage sliced… and much more.

Very quite and calm place with friendly stuff. Perfect and exquisite italian breakfast.

I found the accommodations somewhat disappointing… But their aspects were outstanding… The food was great… And the service was excellent…

Good standard of English at the reception. Check-in was fast, although they forgot to give me the Wi-Fi code, this was quickly rectified. The Wi-Fi had good speed until about 8pm, then became very slow. Mini bar was. Stocked well and the price better than other hotels in the area. Bed was comfortable, but no duvets. The bedroom had a desk, sofa and a large double bed. Bathroom was large and the amenities smelled nice. Overall a pleasant hotel and will be stopping here again.

Easy to reach, no hassle, simple comfortable hotel with a very rich breakfast. Large parking.

A very nice and cozy hotel! I don't know the individual price if it can be a good price because I have been to cun of groups!

The property is nice. Even if it is outside the important centres it is convenient to arrive both in Padua and Venice.
