Great location for stopping to see the villas on the way to Venice. Lovely breakfast, beautiful rooms, friendly hosts. Sadly the lovely room was so hot and with no air conditioning or breeze and with a couple with a baby the sweat was pouring off us. It was like an oven. Was told there was air conditioning but it Was not turned on till next week. The terrace was comfy and relaxing, on the condition that you bought something. Could easily be 5 stars if they just turned the air con on when it’s hot and let you enjoy the terrace without the compulsory purchase.

Very good reception, lovely hotel and beautiful decoration, very rich breakfast with a lot of choice very well located in relation to Venice and especially the owner has your listening and more I recommend this hotel.

We stayed for three nights at Elisabetta and Guiseppe and we felt more than comfortable. With an admirable cordiality, the two of them lead the hotel and read every wish of their lips.
The hotel and the place is the perfect spot for trips to Venice or Padua. The bus 53E runs in both directions directly in front of the hotel.
Facilities and service are great. Almost everything at the breakfast buffet is homemade. With a lot of attention to detail. We would definitely come over here again.
