Snapshots of food emotions, or, instant food emotions?
A kitchen outside the box and an attentive and surprising mind! No course is out of place or subdued in the tasting path. For pigeon lovers it is an obligatory stop. Above the dining room there are comfortable rooms for those like me who do not like to drive after dinner, and in this period they are practically given away. Aqua Crua will be a fixed semi-annual stage of my greedy roadbook.

I haven't had the pleasure of trying Aqua Crua's cuisine yet. On the other hand, I am fond of panettone: soft, tasty, fragrant. The best! One of the best ever tasted. Highly recommended!

Great dining experience. A set of flavors, textures and perfumes that envelge. The wine list is Good too. Minimal but cozy and warm Environment. Great service. The Only drawback is the birds in cages who do not cheer their lunch. Account in line with the courses.

An Unforgettable Dinner, a journey through flavours and wines. Every Dish taken care of in detail. Fantastic Products and prepare yourself with love and experience. Seeing the kitchen at work during the preparation is a pleasure. Surely The combination that most impressed me is the white asparagus with pistachio cream, juniper butter, black garlic and the unusual and unexpected taste of cypress berries. Thanks again to the Chef Baldessari and all the staff for the friendly and discreet reception.

Really excellent Experience. The Restaurant is equipped with a comfortable parking, internally the atmosphere is sober, linear and clean. The tables are only 7 and the kitchen is completely exposed.
In Addition to the a la carte menu there are 2 tasting menus: The Fractals (6 dishes at €95) and Initiation (8 dishes at €135). All The dishes were yummy and almost deceptive to appearance. A tasting course very intriguing and excellently executed, crowned by a service in the room attentive and courteous.

Very special cuisine at stellar prices… we have eaten some flavors, particulars and combinations too risky, are dishes according to my humble opinion without art and part. "P. S. " I would recommend to the Cook to wear the hat saw the huge ciuspa of hair in the wind. Too bad but we were disappointed, Michelin star not deserved.

I was there with my partner last night. Extraordinary gastronomic experience. A set of explosions of flavors from sweet to salty from spicy to sour. Plankton risotto and charred seaweed indescribable. Thanks to the whole brigade of the chef Giuliano for the courtesy and their preparation in the field of food and wine, I felt like home, pampered and the center of attention. To return definitely.
